Hi I work for a company that's does window installs outta of 42 Lowe's stores. I can't begin to tell you how frustrated my entire crew is. We are a great crew getting great feedback email reviews from our very satisfied customers. But the problem is at least once a week we go out to the job only to find out that something in their order was ordered wrong now we lose 2 days of work without pay... Read more

We like this grill and we like to grill! The problem is the quality of the materials. We have had the whole bottom of the firebox rust away even though we bought the cover that they recommended and used it all the time. I bought a washing machine from lowes in bricktown nj. Went to do a wash and it didn't work. Called the company a couple days later and the told me I had to have it repaired. After 30 phone calls to the appliance manager, store manager, corporate office I've had repairmen to my house three times in 75 days the machine still doesn't work and they won't honor a return policy. Bought a $400 electric KOBALT mower and it broke just a few days after the their cheap 30 day warranty. 30 days, really? They burned us on this one but I will take the rest of my home renovation and large item purchases to their competitors. The new PSA and PSI program is geared to hire attractive, white, young males and young females to coerce simple minded customers into signing over their check book to Lowe's. They basically hire eye candy, or their farm house version of it. The programs are outsides sales using project so-called specialists for whole house jobs. Plumber raising cost of installing a water softener. We had an estimate from plumber that Lowes uses. Should have been $347 for unit, install the unit advertised at &168, plus a few parts and installation kit. They came up with $810. We cancelled our order. I purchased a Maytah Washer / Dryer combo on 9/ 2 / 2014. Bought hot water heater and told it would be installed on wed. But the plumber never called. After related calls to Loews they finally set up appt. Thurs. but then decided they needed two people and charge more but need Loews to OK contract change. After repeated calls to Loews and promises of call backs with information, still no results.... Every time I go there they only have one register open. Today there were at least 17 customers in the one open lane so I left. I will never ever return to a lowes store. Add comment
