Compliment Bev and Shea at the Lowe’s Sanford paint dept .

I usually shop at the Lowes in Sanford, but I had an errand in Altamonte Springs so I got my paint in Altamonte . The person in the paint department took the blue Dewdrop Valspar sample and said to come back in fifteen minutes ( I was the only person there).

I came back and the cans were on the counter. One was badly dented so when another employee came , I said I wanted a new can because the big dent was near the top . He complied .

My husband paints half the room and opens the second can and it has a GREEN tint !

I bring it back to Sanford , forgetting that I had gone to Altamonte .

Bev and Shea were WONDERFUL ! Even though the problem was caused in Altamonte , they mixed a new can for me.

Customer service is very important to me .

I will stick to Sanford. The Altamonte store needs to do a much better job in the paint department !

First and foremost I must say that the lack of cashiers make it very uncomfortable to have to use the automatic tellers. I do have to congratulate Kendra in your Poughkeepsie store for her wonderful disposition and great service. Also Daniele B, who help me ( I believe she was on her break) to make a key in the automatic machine. Also for both my purchase, as I had a gift card and was kind of confused on how to proceed . Misrepresentation to get me to purchase a dryer at their store.

I will be canceling my Lowes card. I bought a dryer and they told me they would install it if I bought three parts they needed to install it, so I bought those parts, and then when they delivered it they said they dont install gas dryers. I talked to numerous people at Lowes about them following through with what I was told, and they refused.

Delivery of washer and dryer dirty

Delivery driver worked on their delivery truck in the back underneath the lift gate once they parked the truck in front of my house. Then they proceeded to bring the washer and dryer in my home. My washer and dryer has black grease or some kind black substance from the delivery driver working on their truck. There were two delivery drivers.

I have a Compound Miter Saw and the metal guard rail had a metal fatigue failure! Like when bridges collapse - metal fatigue. It was cast poorly I suspect. I have photo's and tried hitting them up on FaceBook and Twitter I posted the photos there but no response after weeks!

They had placed numerous small plants with ceramic pots into a bin to be discarded.

I wanted to purchase ceramic pots that Lowes was discarding. They would not sell them. They would rather discard profitable products, than offer them at a reduced or discounted rate. They can afford to discard items that could generate a small profit by simply over pricing other products to compensate for they're loss.

Rather than accepting returns from stores many vendors have the stores destroy the product as the return shipping and dealing with the returned products isn't worth it. Part of the purchase agreements the stores make when buying from these vendors is that they will actually destroy the product rather than taking credit and selling the product.

It's just amazing to see that goes in the trash compactor at stores. It would be nice if the vendors at least allowed these products to be donated to a worthy cause.

I needed to purchase this item:

1/8" x 4' x 8' privacy lattice cedar/redwood

After asking numerous people at two different stores, all I'm being told is that they don't know if or when they will be getting this product. They can't tell me if it has been discontinued.

I needed to order this ASAP. I called the national customer service number and after being on the phone for over 90 minutes total, they disconnected me and didn't call back, even though they had my number. Again I was ignored by not having a look at my feedback here.

The store is better than the customer service number. They have no idea how important their customers are.

I purchased 4 bee boxes in April of this year only need 2 of them I found the other 2 in brand new condition not used an the store will not take that back because of your 3 month return policy I am 67 an on a fixed income I cant afford to let 40.00 in your pocket when they could be sold this season there was not notice of your return by date on the receipt I have I would appreciate if you would give me my money back. Made a purchase in the garden center and checked out. As I started out of the gate that was 2 feet in front of me a woman on the outside locked it. It is 2 in the afternoon and 98 degrees. Had to walk all the way through the store and back to the garden center where my car was located. Tried to talk to the store manager but he was not available. Later called the store but they didnt answer the phone. Held on the phone for 20 minutes- twice.

Horrible Customer Service

Lowes has horrible customer service. I purchased a front door from them.

One month goes by and the door is being sent over from another store. Two weeks

Later and several messages to the Lowes representative for installation and Premier Service Group, they finally set up installation for two weeks. Receive the message that it was schedule for the 26th. Took the day off work and no one showed.

Tried to call Premier 9 times and was sent to voicemail. Left three voicemails and someone finally called me back. They stated that my installation was for August 3rd, we changed it. Changed it without letting me know?

They must have realized they messed up, because by some miracle all of a sudden they have an opening for the next day. Take the next day off from work and the installers come. They start the process by checking the doorbell to see if it works. As we all are standing there, the doorbell rings, doorbell rings again, and again as hes testing it.

After testing, they start taking everything apart to install the new door once a new door is installed they hook the doorbell back up. The doorbell doesnt work, so they tell me this is what happens sometimes with older homes. So you unhook my doorbell, and now it doesnt work because its an older home and it was working before so Premier refuses to step up to the plate and do anything about it I contact Lowes talk to three different people. Manager over installation at the Murray store says we will have an electrician come out and make it right and fix it and eat the charge.

Next day I get a call from Lowes representative stating that the manager will offer me $50 gift card to go to Lowes and buy a doorbell and basically fix it myself and if I decide I dont want the $50 then its over from there and they refuse to help any further. The inform me that is the only offer on the table. So, my doorbell was working when they started the project and now I get a 50.00 gift card to fix it myself. After this circus, I will never purchase anything from Lowes again.

I should have listened to all the review over the internet.

Horrible customer service. They dont care about making things right when it was there installers that caused the issue.
