I bought a brand new lawn tractor from Lowe's app after the 4th use the track just started falling apart John Deere I was then charged a absorbing it Price to fix it $600 Lawn tractor steel brand new

I bought a brand new John deerector From Lowe's use it 4 times Tractor started coming apart Send the tractor to B fix 2 belts And a Spring $600 Tractor still have all the tags on it Deck on t Tractor Came apart $3000 tractor Now I'm on my own Have not even finished paying The bill for the tractor just started This is a crime Find me the tractor from Lowe's Now I'm stuck with a broken tractor or pay I am to choose I have not gotten The tags off yet Tractor still New

Claims help

Despite reaching out since January, I can't get the help I need. Was hit by a fork lift and am still waiting fory deductable and compensation for out of pocket costs for car rental. Will make sure to escalate and to never work with Eric again. after 10 emails and 15 phone calls, he is never available and when he is, he doesn't care. Needs to be fired. Destroys the integrity of the Lowe's brand.

User's recommendation: Stay away from Eric in claim. Horrible person.

Claims help

I was hit by a forklift in January and am still waiting to this day to get my deductable back as well as get my money back for out of pocket cost. The claims rep Eric has been avoiding contacting my insurance company and has been ignoring this claim. It was their fault along with a police report to prove it and they just won't help.

User's recommendation: Go through Lowe's insurance not yours.and immediately get a lawyer. Sue them from the start Don't wait and feel bad like they will actually care that they'll help you out..

My washer is under warranty. I first called Lowes on July8, 2022. It is August 1, 2022 and my washer still hasn’t seen a repairman.
