My husband and I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get a problem solved with Lowe's. We want to let other shoppers know about the situation so this does not happen to them.

Purchased a $3000 ZT mower, was shipped 2 mowers, both times the mower was broke. Have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get our money back. Was sent between 2 stores, each time getting a different answer. Finally, was able to get our money back today...all in $20 bills. Not happy!! We will never shop at Lowe's again!

Preferred solution: Sent between Bloomington/Terre Haute Lowes getting different answers each time. Told 2 separate occasions, money to be refunded back to account, never was. Went to Terre Haute store, money put on gift cards, transferred to cash. Given $20 bills.

Purchased $8000 custom island for my kitchen. Part of the deal was a 10percent back rebate.

Summited everything needed in October, it is now May and never received anything. If you go to customer service in the store they tell you to call the rebate number, if you call the number theres a message saying use the website to check on the status l, when you go to the website you can only submit a new request for new orders, it says if you submitted a request they are working on it! And there is no way to contact anyone. The rebate is a joke.

Im assuming the company is hopeful is the consumer will just give up and let the rebate go.

If youre offered a rebate by Lowes just throw it in the trash.... its a waste of time.

Lowes has their HQ in North Carolina, I called the Fox 46 New Channel to ask them to investigate. Please call them too and help build the story. (704) 944-****.

Having same issue with a $1000 rebate .... that Lowe's stated it is approved...

have in writing....

but still no rebate... Many emails and calls!!

Truth! "Working on rebates previously submitted".

"If you haven't received your rebate, resubmit it online". "Your rebate Offer # is invalid".

No way to speak to a person. No email to write to.

Poor customer service, been on hold for 50 minutes so far. CEO Marvin Allison used to work for J C Pennies. Well it's no wonder they out of business. Well it's been an hour now. They must have so much cheap made products that their customer service is overwhelmed.

Refrigerator a day later than the food.

Lowes was to pickup a defective refrigerator on Saturday and delivery the new one on Sunday. I guestioned this and was assured they do this all the time and it would not be an issue.

They picked up (Later than originally scheduled). We got a call that evening alerting us to be home between 12 and 4 for delivery of the replacement fridge.

NOT! At 4pm the next day I called the delivery company and was told it was not on the truck and I would have to take it up with Lowe's.

Though they could not get me the delivery because of their internal issues, they have been very outgoing to the issue and I was well taken care of at the local store.

Issue is resolved with the customer feeling like he won, but still had to give away food that thawed during the event.

Called to follow-up on delivery of a Weber gas grill cost $800.00 that Lowe's was suppose to put together and deliver today....I tried to call both store and corporate customer service to get update information....Let both phones ring or over 50 minutes WITH NO ANSWER from customer service.... no bbq tonite!!! Never ask a salesperson a product finding or performance question...NO ANSWERS

I ordered a cabinet from Lowe's March 22,2021 with expected arrival of April 19,2021. I called Lowe's yesterday May 23, 2021 and was told the cabinet was in. I go there today, May 23rd, to pick up the cabinet. I checked out at 3:05pm and wsaited outside for 40 minutes waiting on them to get the cabinet only to be told they couldn't find it. I left the store and called to talk to the manager and waited on the phone for 20 minutes. He/she never answered! Is this how you all run a store? I would like to get a refund!!

Why didn't you talk to the manager while you were at the store? If they couldn't produce the cabinet you could have asked the manager for a refund before you left rather than having to wait for them to research the situation and have to possibly return to the store again for a refund.

Your carpet installer

I order carpet back in April and it was to be installed June 23 between 9 am and 12 and this morning at 8:15 they called and canceled now I had my house all ready for them doors off and everything ready took me just about 2 days and now they told me it would be sometime in the middle of July Ill never buy a carpet from Lowes again if thats the way youre installed work this was $5500 worth of carpet sure they credit it back to my credit card but thats not the point Im back at start and I have a wife that is super mad and Im the one that has to live with her. I think Lowes needs to do something about this

Have yet to be contacted by Lowe's. Customer service line is a joke-over an hour of being told an agent will be with me "momentarily," repeated every 45 seconds. The automated chat feature runs thru a series of questions, concluding, "you need to speak to a customer service representative, who can better assist you with your problem" and giving me the same phone number I tried earlier for over an hour. Still waiting for a response to my email...

Lowes in Easton, MD. Customer Service told me it would cost $35,000.00 to install a storm door. What an idiot. I finally spoke to the acting manager and said that is employee is an idiot and after 4 phone calls and he told me to stop calling his employee names. I asked for the phone number to the District Manager and was only given a name.

Refund:purchased the freezer on 01/24/2021 it was delivered but it would not freeze even water. So a called and told them that I would like a different. unit .First trans#345**** for 906.93It was told the I would need to purchase the other one first and I would get a full refund. trans #3403**** 01/30/2021 901.79 I was sent $600. So I called and they said that we would get a reimbursement from the warranty company. So far this is been one of the poorest purchases that I have made. Still no reimbursement!!04/192021.this Not acceptable!!.

Bad stove

we were delivered. electric stove. and. and it was bad. when the people delivered the stove they plugged it in and blew out the power in the residents. apartment. we had to call an electrician to get the problem solved. when he plug the stove in it blew the power again. we would like to have a new stove. and get. credit for the electrician. this is Autumn Meadows Apartments in Union City Georgia. my number is 706-977-****. thank you the manager of autumn Meadows Apartments. ine cuz it's on Friday. best picture. calibrated right

The Johnstown, Pa. store is an incompetent store. GET NEW TRAINING THERE. When I purchased shower doors from this store, had to return; pay more for ordering a new one, received yet another wrong size shower door. I now have to return this door. Called a different Lowes 45 minutes from my house, explained my situation. They were very friendly and empathetic and helped me with the situation.
