I ordered 4 cases of vinyl on line. I was sent a message that said my purchase was ready for pickup. When I got to the store I was given 4 pieces vinyl flooring, not 4 cases. Your counter people were very confused and thought I paid for 4 pieces even though the price was $164.00. Then I explained their mistake and someone was sent to get my 4 cases. After a half hour they found Only 2 cases and said they would remove the price of 2 cases. I can only do half of the flooring so 2 cases to me was not doable. I asked if Clarkstown store had 2 more cases to complete my order. They said it would be at the counter for me to pick up. On arrival in clarkstown I was told they did not have any cases at all but said we can order 2 more cases and it will be 3 days before it comes in. I had moved everything from that room and had put them in a very inconvenient room so it would be in the kitchen 3 more days blocking my oven and refrigerator. Now I had to put everything back in the room I cleared out. Now I will have to do it all again when my order arrives. I thought Lowes was superior to Home Depot but apparently it's not. This really screwed up everything I did for preparation and I get to do it again in 3 days. I'm very disappointed and pissed and frustrated I'm questioning buying from Lowes again. No apologies by the way and no admission of screwing my order up. No offer to Expedite. It is now July 15th and no word from Lowe’s about my order. Worthless consumer relations

Bought granite counter top. Contractor made a total mess. 22 defects made it unfixable. Lowes could care less. Contractor has not contacted me for 25 days. Have been out of water in the kitchen for 33 days. Lowes refuses refund or having contractor fix the situation. Sorryest humans in business. Totally abusing the elderly. Leaving us helpless.Use Home Depot or local business.

No Frigidaire gas stove : Order #42353****

I placed order for Frigidaire gas stove on 6/12/2020, paid in full. Date of delivery was given as 7/6/2020 by Mia at time of order. No one called to confirm delivery appointment on 7/6/2020. Called on 7/6/2020& told delivery delayed till 7/15/2020 as per Jaden, customer rep. Called 7/13/2020l spoke to Samantha, customer rep. told that she couldn't track order; Sent Incident Report # 1-3745-3*-71066 to N. Bergen Store promised call within 24 hrs. no call. Called 7/14 and spoke to Suenette in N. Bergen, NJstore. She told me Electrolux,division of Frigidaire, on back order- no date. Now have paid close to $800.00 without any call, tracking or shipping info.Told because I ordered online, no one would get back to me and no tracking or shipping info would be given. I want information NOW!! Otherwise, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!- NO customer contact at all since I placed the order. I know there's a pandemic but you are not doing anything to help customers.

What do you expect them to do? They don't build stoves in the back of the store.

Having sold appliances I know manufacturers don't let stores know an appliance will be backordered till it show as a backorder on a packing slip. Manufacturers are not helpful at all with expected delivery dates and you don't know when it will arrive until it hits the dock. If time is a factor, cancel the order and purchase a stove in stock at the store. Ghostwrited somewhere else if you have to to find an in stock product.

It's alway best to make large purchases like this in the store rather than on-line. You will have a much better chance of a human seeing problems with your order.

In the last week my boy and me purchased around $395 in epoxy for a table brand Glaze Coat a total of 5 1/2 gallon is what was really sad was I asked the lady at the paint counter for just 2 stirring sticks to mix it with and I have to say I was really surprised when the lady told me I had to purchase them.relly I spent almost $400 on epoxy and you cant give me a 25 cent stick really Sad

In today’s world everything $ is going up all but customer service you need to remember who got where you are

Cannot reach anyone to get service on appliances

put you on hold for long wait times and still have not talked with anyone. Lowes protection is a waste of money and waste of my time as well. I will never buy another appliance or any service plan from lowes.

Can not get through to anyone to schedule repairs.

Have tried for three days on the phone to get repairs scheduled for our washing machine. Always on hold for hours. Lowes is just taking the money and does not want to do anything for the customers. Seems like a SCAM!

Protection Plan????

I have a dishwasher I purchased from Lowe's along with many other large appliances after my house fire a couple years ago. And, along with the large purchase I purchased the Protection Plan. I have tried for weeks now to call only to be on hold for hours at a time. I obviously need this fixed and thus why I purchased the plan. Guess I will need to pay for it to be fixed on my expense. Pretty Sad!

Lowes extended plans are a ripoff. I too have waited on hold and have been beat down.

My recommendation is to post on every social media site that you can find and trust me - they will get back to you. I hate to play dirty but that is the only way I got satisfaction!

This would be true of most service plans purchased from big box stores. If you want a service plan purchase it from the manufacturer or some local utility companies will also offer service plans.

Bad Customer Service

I have had generally bad service from Lowes for the past several years. I used to love going to Lowes - but now it seems they just hire young disrespectful untrained employees - my latest bad service experience was trying to return a $4 item. I stood in line for 45 minutes to do so while there were plenty of employees wondering around doing... not much-... there were only 3 people in line ahead of me, but the amount of time it took to help each customer was extensive and it took more than one person to solve what ever problems the customers were there for. Like I said there were many employees walking around, chatting to each other, answering their cell phones, doing go backs one item at a time etc. The same employees kept walking past the waiting line never thinking to see if they could help at the returns counter until I asked one of them for a manager after having stood in the line for 20 minutes - then this employee just jumped in back of counter to help the next one in line but it still took me another 25 minutes before I could return my item. During my time waiting I could tell that the employees that were wondering around could tell that I and a couple of others in line were annoyed - but none of them tried to help move the line along or call a manager. Instead, they would just glare at us as if we were the problem. There have been other incidences for instance: orders for items that turn out to be not actually available and no notification until I go to pick up the order, getting large appliance orders wrong and no call for delivery - I had to go by the store to see what was going on ...they said they lost my number - (BTW I have a Lowes credit card- if I didn't pay my bill I bet they could find my number). I was trying to load heavy bags of pea gravel into my cart while two employees were standing nearby comparing wages- neither even noticed I was having a little trouble- one of the same employees, while fetching ONE shopping cart out of the parking lot walked right by my car where I was again struggling to load the pea gravel into my trunk- he never blinked an eye or even asked if he could take my cart for me -just continued returning the one shopping cart to the store. Where is management?? -and what happened to training in order for employees to efficiently help their customers? And lastly where is the respect for your customers and the good service we came to expect while spend our money in your store?

A hint for the future---never buy a fridge with an ice maker or a water dispenser. They tend to go awry sooner, rather than later.

Losing a life long Lowes customer

I ordered a refrigerator online on June 1, 2020. The delivery was scheduled for June 25, 2020, however the delivery group brought out the incorrect refrigerator, so I refused the delivery. After contacting the store several times, and leaving messages for Pearl, the store operations manager, and being assured I would be called back (which I never was) I finally reached someone in the delivery department, and they confirmed that they had my fridge at the store and ready for delivery, which was now rescheduled for July 11, 2020. I received a call about 9:30am on July 11, advising that the drivers did not have my fridge on the delivery truck, as it was not on the manifest. Completely unacceptable!!! I was able to get someone at the 3rd party delivery company to send a "special routing" to the store and it is now set up to delivery tomorrow July 14, but I am not very confident. Your local store management for the Arvada Lowes #0340 is sadly lacking in customer service skills. My experience has been so bad that I will be paying off my Lowes credit card and cutting it up, as I have no intention of supporting this kind of poorly run business. I will be giving my hard earned money to your competition. Someone from the corporate or regional office needs to step in and regain control of this store. Its truly pathetic how they treat customers there.

You getting angry at them doesn't help either. To say it's lacking customer service when you yourself antagonize as well is very hypocritical.

Lastly please cut up that card. Don't leave your family in debt because I doubt your old boomer life will last that long to buy another refrigerator...

Cannot get through to get water filter rebate form

I have called numerous days to get a rebate form for a new water filter I purchased on June 5th,2020 and cannot get through to customer service. I have gone online to try to get the form and all I get is a blank page. It seems to me that these protection plans are not worth buying because you payed for something that the companies do not honor. One of the days I called, I left the phone on for 45 minutes with no response. BIG BUSINESS SUCKS!!!

Rebate Runaround

Bough paint Valspar HGTV paint during rebate offer of 25% off. Sent all documents to Lowes prior to 1/22/20. As of today. 7/13/20, no rebate, no way to contact rebate department. Have called 10 times to hear the same phone message, "Anything submitted prior to April 6 is being worked on and Lowe's appreciates your patience". Online message says "If you haven't received a rebate submitted before April 12 (date difference) please resubmit it." Link doesn't allow it. Message shows offer is expired. No way to email. Store's cannot help you. I have all the receipts and proof, but not going to post here. They can contact me. This is 'The Never Ending Story' meets 'Catch -22'! Deceptive business practice!

User's recommendation: Don't buy based on expected rebate. Buy on how much it costs you at the register.

Blame it on the Manufacture when it's an Install issue is typical of Lowes shifting of Responsibility. Unfortunately Lowes plays the Game and knows they can out last you and has stacked the deck with a Contract that requires Arbriation that doesn't allow you to recoup Legal Expense.
