"Facebook friends" You do understand these really aren't "friends?" Most of the people on your list have unfollowed you and don't see your lame @#$# anyway. The others, they know what a whiny muppet you are.

As to going to the HD, something tells me you haven't seen the complaints over there. You'll soon dump them, go the Menards, dump them and be back to Lowes.

If you WANT to break the cycle and get great service, it's time to PAY MORE and shop local. Your thing for cheap will have you crawling back to these Big Box retailers every time.

Unfinished flooring job

My floors were originally to be installed on April 16. We emptied our china cabinet(not antique) but the crew walked out and said they didn't move furniture. My husband took a day off of work for nothing. After much struggling we got rescheduled for April 22, and we had friends come up to move all the furniture out. We were promised that was part of the installation cost. They finished the job, with the exception of one room and they said they ran out of trim and would be back the next day. Of course they never showed up. There is raw subfloor and carpet nails sticking out which I had to put a mat over. I called the installation services and they said they would have an inspector come out and they NEVER called back. We moved all the furniture back ourselves. I want the job finished. Over the years we have spent over 13000 dollars in your Salem store. I feel we should have some kind of refund as well. I thought Lowes was a stand up kind of business. I was wrong. I would like this resolved ASAP

I talked with someone in the Potsdam store before Christmas about new cabinets. They didn't get back to me, so I went into the store in March. I ordered new cabinets, microwave, dishwasher and for them to install. NO ONE told me there was a delay. Now I'm waiting for cabinets until June 22nd. Who knows they might not come even then. Meanwhile I have paid my Lowes credit card for the whole amount. I could have those dollars in my account right now. It's ridiculous!

Lowes - Not honoring price guarantee
So I went today to pick up 10 inch flowering annuals which were on 2/7.49 at a competitor. Afforestation 45 minutes the manager refused to honor price. I showed him his price guarantee and he still refused saying they dont match plants. I asked where does it show me that exclusion. He still refused I then offered to take them at their 2/10.00 that they do every year and he refused again! Seriously its your price guarantee if you have exclusions your required to post them!!!!

Product Defect

This is in reference to incorrect fuel in can purchase from Lowe's Home Improvement store #2348. I had recently had my gas trimmer repaired at Matthews Power Equipment. Based on their suggestion, I purchased TRUFUEL 50:1 mix for my Husqvarna 128LD gas String Trimmer. After use, it immediately cut off, and I returned to Matthews Power Equipment to diagnose the problem. They noted that incorrect fuel was in the trimmer. Based on their inspection the fuel color was clear but instead should be red. Inspecting the can contents it was clear as noted by the Repair Technician.

After filling out survey I was a list of Lowes promotional products for which I "would only be responsible for shipping&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; handling..for which I chose the DashCam. This had nothing to do with Lowes. You fell hook, line and sinker for one of those scams offering a high value gift card for filling out a survey. Better brush up on your cyber security.

No dishwasher, no installation, no delivery or haul away

On 4/4 I purchased a dishwasher online from Lowe's. Pick up, installation and haul away was scheduled for 4/9 by Hill Country Installers. Upon arrival at our home, we were told that the dishwasher would not fit and would be returned to the store. The dishwasher was not unloaded, no installation and no haul away. NOTHING. I have tried several times to contact many numbers for Lowe's customer service and have not been successful in speaking to anyone. My account is still showing full charge, including 429.00 dishwasher, 29.98 connection items, and 159.00 delivery, installation and haul away This should be rectified immediately or we will need to take alternative action. Ordered 4 stacked washers/ dryers for our building. Lowes missed 2 delivery scheduled dates Lied every time we called to confirm delivery. When a company cannot make scheduled deliveries and lies they should be avoided. Lowes lost over $ 6 k in sales. We gave the order to best buy who delivered on time and the date we selected. Current top mgt at Lowes need to be replaced before they destroy this company

Need receipt for purchase of Moen Kitchen Faucet on May 28th on credit card ending with 0723

Lowes at Concord Mills in Concord NC could not email the receipt (could not find it.) Referred me to Synchrony. Synchrony sees a receipt on May 28th for Total amount of $171.78 but said it would take two months to get it after he puts in a request. Called Synchrony again and another agent connected me to Lowes Customer Service, but the phone went dead. Can you get email my receipt for $171.78. My copy was blown away by gust of wind in Lowes parking Lot, Need receipt to register proof of purchase of faucet with Moen.

I think the associates that work for Lowes should be more hands-on when a customer approached them for help instead of brushing them off and thats what I received From the appliance associate when I ask for help A brushoff No I am not satisfied And no I have not heard from Lowes concerning this matter

Great service costs money. Money, you're not willing to pay if you shop at a low-cost big box store.

If you want great service, head over to a local hardware store.

Not getting a credit for a returned refrigerator

I ordered a refrigerator last year from your website on June 1, 2020, order #42191****, invoice # 86103 and my credit card was charged $948.27. The item kept getting a delayed delivery and finally was delivered on Sept.

24, 2020. The refrigerator didn't work correctly, so I went to the store that fulfilled the order located at 4330 East McCain Blvd., North Little Rock, Arkansas. I spoke with Michelle in the appliance area and she explained I should contact Whirlpool since it was under their warranty or I could return it. I had a Whirlpool repair person come on Oct.

30, 2020 and they replaced a fan, evaporator and told my renter, who occupies the property, that they would need to order and replace several parts and that it probably still wouldn't work right because it was a "lemon".

I then went back to the store in NLR on Oct. 31, 2020 and worked with Michelle to set up a return of the faulty refrigerator and purchased a new one to replace it; sales # S1627MH2, transaction # 3517****. The delivery people were to pick up the return when they delivered the newly purchased replacement. Well, the new purchase was "in stock", but discovered to be damaged, so a new one was ordered, and that delivery kept getting delayed, and finally was delivered on Jan.

17, 2021. At that deliver, they took the faulty one. My problem is that I have never been credited for the first (faulty, returned) one for $948.27.

On Jan. 14 or 15, 2021 I talked to the same person as before, Michelle who explained that she explained all this to Theresa, the supervisor for the appliance area, and that Theresa would have to look over everything and issue me a credit.

I have never heard back from Theresa.

On Feb. 9, 2021 I talked to Michelle again and she said she would email Theresa and also another supervisor, Dennis (I think) who is Theresa's management and ask them to call me.

I have not heard back from anyone, and I still have not received my credit.

I am not getting anywhere dealing with that store and would like for management help to resolve this for me.
