I ordered a refrigerator last year from your website on June 1, 2020, order #42191****, invoice # 86103 and my credit card was charged $948.27. The item kept getting a delayed delivery and finally was delivered on Sept.
24, 2020. The refrigerator didn't work correctly, so I went to the store that fulfilled the order located at 4330 East McCain Blvd., North Little Rock, Arkansas. I spoke with Michelle in the appliance area and she explained I should contact Whirlpool since it was under their warranty or I could return it. I had a Whirlpool repair person come on Oct.
30, 2020 and they replaced a fan, evaporator and told my renter, who occupies the property, that they would need to order and replace several parts and that it probably still wouldn't work right because it was a "lemon".
I then went back to the store in NLR on Oct. 31, 2020 and worked with Michelle to set up a return of the faulty refrigerator and purchased a new one to replace it; sales # S1627MH2, transaction # 3517****. The delivery people were to pick up the return when they delivered the newly purchased replacement. Well, the new purchase was "in stock", but discovered to be damaged, so a new one was ordered, and that delivery kept getting delayed, and finally was delivered on Jan.
17, 2021. At that deliver, they took the faulty one. My problem is that I have never been credited for the first (faulty, returned) one for $948.27.
On Jan. 14 or 15, 2021 I talked to the same person as before, Michelle who explained that she explained all this to Theresa, the supervisor for the appliance area, and that Theresa would have to look over everything and issue me a credit.
I have never heard back from Theresa.
On Feb. 9, 2021 I talked to Michelle again and she said she would email Theresa and also another supervisor, Dennis (I think) who is Theresa's management and ask them to call me.
I have not heard back from anyone, and I still have not received my credit.
I am not getting anywhere dealing with that store and would like for management help to resolve this for me.

"Facebook friends" You do understand these really aren't "friends?" Most of the people on your list have unfollowed you and don't see your lame @#$# anyway. The others, they know what a whiny muppet you are.
As to going to the HD, something tells me you haven't seen the complaints over there. You'll soon dump them, go the Menards, dump them and be back to Lowes.
If you WANT to break the cycle and get great service, it's time to PAY MORE and shop local. Your thing for cheap will have you crawling back to these Big Box retailers every time.
No one cares... They won't even notice you're gone
