Disregard for addressing concerne

on march 13th I made an in store purchase of a Midea refrigerator at Store #0247.The idem was delivered as promised the following day. Right away we noticed the door was dragging and shortly thereafter we found the crisp bin was not cooling properly we notified the store and understood and promised to bring another refrigerator.

we were given a time on wednesday for a delivery between the hours of 8am to noon it didn't happen so i contacted them and was told there would be a delivery between 12 and 4. at 10 minutes to 4 nothing happened so i called again and was told it would be here between 4 and 6. 10 minutes to 6 they clled and said the delivery would take place on Thursday between 8am and noon. Again no delivery.

After 9 attempts on Friday i asked to speak with a manager and was told by an associate that he was in a meeting and she would give my message when the meeting was done.. to this day i have not heard from anyone at the store

The delivery service they used for Appliances. Came out and they told me they didn't know how to reverse fridge doors. Then they sent 2 more people out next day and they changed the doors. Well after that cold air was coming out of freezer door gasket and food was not freezing well. They sent 2 more out next day, they said it's because the seal was not made for the doors to be changed. I drove down to Lowes and they said they must have put them on wrong and manufacture guide said you can reverse them They said they would send more people out but after that I said I wanted to return item. So I dealt with this for almost a week back and forth.

Sold dryer out from under me...

Right after a call from Tallahassee Lowe's scheduling a delivery date/time we were informed that the dryer had been sold. Called in to their automated line, got customer service twice, then was hung up on. Finally, a head cashier got on the phone and promised that some kind of resolve would be implemented. This was the last time we heard from them. Kathy only was helpful. Her hands were tied'.

My plate has been expired since March 7,2021 they have not resolved problems yet

I talked to one of the Manager he promised that he will taker care the problem to give him another week to resolve .He promised me that he will call me personally next week his name was Leo tel 732-757-****.They wont issue me another temporary plate. The plate was already expired since March 7,2021

Lowes - Poor installation
We had windows replaced by Lowes a few years ago. Miss measured the windows. Our expense wood trim didnt fit back. They replaced some of the trim with cheap wood now a few years later after this cheap wood was stained it looks terrible! Very unhappy!!! They were so generous they took off $200. Ridiculous we paid over $7500 for a horrible job!

I received an email asking me to fill out a Lowes survey and I could receive a $100. I did and gift and all I had to do to receive it was pay for shipping and handling; which I did through my Visa card.

I would consider contacting the issuer of your card and request a new account number. Now that you have given your Visa account number to a scammer who now know that your card works you may soon see additional charges showing up on your account.

Companies don't generally hand out $100 gift cards for completing a survey and if they did they sure wouldn't charge you $19 to send it to you. Don't even bother opening e-mails like this.

Flooring installed

On December 4 had Laminate flooring installed. They where to take out old carpet and ceramic tile. I was charged $1,284 to have ceramic tile removed. When installers came they did not want to remove ceramic tile. Put the laminate over top. Made the floor uneven. And did not finish job. Have promised to come back and finish. It is now February 21 still not done. They will not refund money for not taking tile out. will not make floor even. Complained to there lowes charge that I used. Denied! This is the 3rd time I have had trouble with Lowes installers. and do not use there charge.

Complaint About Receiving Merchandise Card

Today I received a Merchandise Card in the amount of $302.44 via UPS courier because of a cancellation of my order. The funds were intended to purchase an 80-Volt Lithium Ion 10-in Cordless Electric Pole Saw (Battery Included), which appeared on your website as an available item. I made no request for cancellation or refund; the cancellation was made by you. To me, it is an outrage that I should be forced to spend the amount at Lowe's again. It is my money and should be refunded as cash to use any way I choose, whether at Lowe's or elsewhere. The way I see it, it would be appropriate for me to be able to go to my local Lowe's store in Vancouver, WA, #1632, and withdraw the funds as cash by surrendering the card. I have favored Lowe's as my project center for a long time now, but if you deem funds within your system to be captive to you, I may be reconsidering where I shop. The policy is ridiculous and self serving. There is a Home Depot closer to me than your store where I could begin shopping for my project needs. In actuality, I would rather be able to get the saw I wanted. A possible reason for the cancellation was not given until after the fact. If there was going to be a problem, it should have been flagged during the purchase process. The specific reason I wanted the 80V pole saw is that I already have the charger and two batteries; I wanted to be able to use the saw within the 80V family. Please let me know if arrangements can be made for a cash refund of the Merchandise Card. Thank you, Ernie Puscher, disgruntled customer

hi i have been trying to contact lowes corporate ,back on march 4 ,2020 i ordered washer dryer stove ,paid for with my visa card . going thru my records that stove was cancelled and never received my refund? someone get a free stove at my expense? i called to set an appointment to fix my 1 yr old dryer and they said i do not have extended warranty , they emailed me 1/2 of receipt. what is happening to lowes ?????? really need to clear all this up

Would like a question answered.

Lowes has a 24" bathroom vanity with a sink & mirror for 80 per cent off. ALL of the stores state unavailable. I have put in to be notified when it comes in. Question: Will it still be for the sale price when it is available since it is not available and that I have requested to be notified while still on sale? Also, can I put in to order and pay for this item?

You might direct this question to Lowes. I would expect that if it was 80% off it was a clearance item and you won't see more but only Lowes can answer that question for sure.

Charged $885 for appliances but never delivered 4 mo ago

I ordered 4 appliances July 3, 2020, one store delivered 2 with no problem. But This store n delivery completely bungled delivery of range n dishwasher 4 times- made appts but never showed, on the last time- delivery told me they didn't have the dishwasher. I called the store 6 timesn was hung up on, lied to, n transf to full v-mail on purpose, greeter refused to take calls from my cell #, so I called from home# n she answered, when I told her I was calling from a diff# she immed put me on hold n then disco. Then, I called corp, was told that $885.46 was already charged to my card, n told it'd be taken care of, complaint response from store would be w/in 48 hrs. never got a response. then called corp AGAIN, this time was told "escalated" LOL n24 hrs for response. Called corp again-per their records "incident" was closed n noted refunded on 10/5 but it was not refunded 4 mo later. Nov bill comes n amount is STILL on my account, so I filed a dispute with Synchrony, told I'd get a letter n 30-60 days a resolution, they lie too! no letter, 60 days gone by and still no refund but the full amount is on my credit report n making me appear that I owe too much while I'm trying to get a loan for home improvement! Today Synchrony rep informed me that in response to the dispute -someone at this store sent them a receipt that shows nothing regarding delivery proof, as if they DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to Lowes INCIDENT system to view what SHOULD have been done 10/5. Synchrony complains that I am upset LOL ... and says the issue will be resolved by end of Jan. I think that is UNFAIR since it is affecting my credit report and I'd have to wait for yet ANOTHER month's statement to see that anything is done. I called corp again LOL just to waste time apparently before I file a police report n give the issue to my attorney. I believe fraud has occurred between delivery service &;;; Dekalb/Lithonia GA store and store cant find items so is attempting to charge me for them.

Bought a new washer paid 30 bucks for them to haul it off. The delivery guy said they were busy delivering and couldn't take it. And someone would come by 6 never showed up. 4 days later a scavenger grabbed it. He was not affiliated with lowes. I asked.
