Yes we had poor service and complained was told maybe this store is not for you or your partner . as the district manager says , so he was reported to corporate and he got mad and issued a ban from all stores so we took it to the vice president but he beat us there and the conclusion is we are ban from all stores for complaining of poor service and discrimination. this is how things are so i tore up my 15k card i refuse to ever shop there again. as a pastor and vet i am very disappointed in how lowes handles the operations of the corporation. Perhaps he was right, Lowes may not be the store for you. If you don't like their service you are better off shopping elsewhere.

Lowe's Rincon Ga. In the beginning I was given permission to record. Contract signed 1/27/2017 Displaced from home since 3/13/2017- current. I have recordings of being told .1.) In my house being told No you cannot have another contractor do the work. This is before the second floor is put in. 2.) told to sign off on a floor that work was not completed if I don't he will. I have 6 hours and 30 minutes of recordings about my renovation with store management. Included are pictures of the 5th subcontractor's work; of first contractor and this is the second floor that was laid. Pictures: 1.) Line popped as guide to keep everything square. It is hand drawn with a pencil. This is front door ( 2.) 2" sheet rock screw grouted in (3.) 2 of 8 tiles marked shows hollow areas. This is guest bath entry. (4.) Kitchen in front of cabinets. (5.) Second subcontractor; of first contractor wired whirlpool heater and pump to smoke detectors each need dedicated circuits. Code violation and voids warranty on tub. (6.) Removal of first floor marked area that chipped on removal.

Lowes - Smashed Flowers

I had my roof replaced by Lowe's. When I came home from work they had done a good job on the roof, but they absolutely destroyed my flower bed. I had just planted new plants 4 weeks prior during spring break. My lilies were broke over and flatten. The flowers on the daisy's were broke off, and another plant was just gone. Found it in the yard. Every lily in the back yard flowers, and bulbs were broke off. When I spoke with the contractor about it he said "well those lilies or bulbs and they will come back" I said "ya in a year" These lilies only bloom once a year at the beginning of spring. Thanks a lot Lowe's

Use a little common sense. Roofers use ladders to get to your roof, the old material is thrown off the roof to the ground.

It doesn't just disappear. Damage to flower beds along the house may well happen.

Window failed, cracked seams, just over one year warranty, made by reliabuilt, they would not help. had a tough time finding a phone # for the manufacturer, they dont even have a window warranty, Lowes offered a one year warranty and did not have a problem till right after one year mark, , find out what manufacturer they are giving you first. Not the installers fault, they even came out to look, more than the manufacturer wanted to do , WIndows also should moisture on the the others, they said the humidity in my home was too high, anything but offering to help, wasted my money on thirteen windows. i have more expensive Anderson Renewal windows and no problem and lifetime warranty, good luck with your search

When most people shop for windows one of their consideration is what the warranty is. A one year warranty would stick out like a sore thumb.

10-20 year or even lifetime warranties are most common. A one year warranty along with a low price should have told you that you were buying LOW quality windows. There is a reason windows with longer warranties cost more.

They use heavier, higher quality materials. It was your choice to purchase a window with a one year warranty, you shouldn't be complaining because it failed after the warranty expired.

Poor management of products and services at 3500 S Semoran Blvd, Orlando, FL 32822 location: - management proved unable to follow-up on promised call-backs, - management & staff proved unable to properly communicate internally within Lowe's as well as externally with customers - steals money; that is, gladly takes money for services promised then fails to deliver promised services as stated and on date/time stated - unwilling to take responsibility for failures Worst review I've ever written yet, call to Lowe's Corporate also proved less-than-fruitful with an unwillingness to hold their franchise stores accountable thereby rewarding bad behavior and enabling continued bad behavior going forward

Lowes in Irving, Texas - Disgruntle Employee gone wild

We went to the store to buy several items one of them was a large tote.There were some on the top shelf.So we called for help.The help came to us in a nice manner but after he strapped himself to an electronic lift the situation went from nice to crazy. The employee pulled all the totes at the same time to the lift. The next thing we see is him throwing the lids down and the lift comes down he gets off the lift and starts yelling and kicking everything around when my spouse told me come on lets go we didn't come here for this *** obviously the guy picked the wrong job to work at the employee started yelling at him and walking angrily towards him and then chest bumped him and yelling told us to leave the store. Then after walking off saying they were going to get security. Came back and wanted to know what we were buying. Having no clue what is wrong with them we called the police. A customer on the same isle went and got the store manager. After talking to her and several other employees the police and my husband go to a private room to talk. Several minutes go by and my husband comes out and tells me they are not going to do anything because it was a he said she said situation and the employee claimed that we insulted him by pulling a tote out of his hands causing him injury. Funny they never talked to the guy who witnessed the whole thing and didn't know us from Adam. The store claimed they had no camera in the area. And only one person said they were sorry cleaned up the mess and gave us a tote. Nothing else was said to us. Do not no the outcome as we were not told anything further from any of the staff that day. All we can do is assume they were siding with there employees version of the situation even though the so called non camera would clearly show different. And the area was clearly a mess from the lids hitting the floor and being kicked around. Never ever again will we go to this location.

Lowes - Worst company ever

I seriously wish I could give 0 stars. We bought an extended warranty on our washing machine and have been waiting over 4 months to get it fixed. Lowe’s has been giving us the run around about getting it fixed it’s so sad. Such a big company spoiling their reputation over a washing machine. I will never ever in life buy anything from Lowe’s, not even a damn nail. Stay away from these people. Home Depot at least stands by their product and has good customer service. Lowe’s is completely trashy and ghetto. They do not care about their customers. All of this is my opinion of this company based strictly on my experience and it looks as if others have went through similar or the same situation.

I got a plank cut for my birdhouse. The employee didn’t know how to operate the machine and got hurt. With the help of a customer, he finally cut it, but there was blood on it. He proceeded to sell me the product with blood on it. Nothing was done to fix the situation. When I started to check out, my credit card wouldn’t read. Management refused to enter the card manually, so I had to leave the entire purchase, because all I had was my credit card. I called corporate and made a complaint. Nobody ever called me back.

NEVER have Lowes install anything ! !

!Lowes has absolutely NO control over their subcontractors.I learned the hard way that you should NEVER pay for the complete job to include the labor before the job is done.

Lowes gets your money and then you have to fight to get the job completed correctly.Hire a local company to do the work and then you only pay when the job is complete .At Lowes you pay for the whole job labor and all and then have no recourse if the subcontractor does not complete the job correctly.Your screwed unless the contractor comes back, as Lowes cannot make them do anything.NEVER have Lowes install anything ! !

Lowes in Norwalk, Connecticut - Head Cashier Made her Goal to upset the customer

Start with I love Lowes Product, however not the last customer service encounter. I purchased an expensive shower door, which went on sale few weeks later. As a policy for the price match I provided my purchase receipt for the refund, which Head Cashier took as personal insult. She made her business do anything possible to NOT refund the difference. She lied about 7 days policy, until I asked for the manager, who confirmed the opposite. Then she made another cashier walk all the way to another end of the store to make sure that my picture of the new price ( that I took few minutes ago to help with the proof) was not "made up". She was very rude, unapologetic when realized that all is legit and she has to do the refund. Even her colleagues had raised eyebrows just from hearing how she was talking to me. Unnecessary rudeness does not translate into more customers and good face of the business. The store is in Latham NY, Head Cashier's name is Kim. Stay away from HER.

Lowes - Appliance installation and Black Friday savings

On November 27, 2017. I went to Lowes store #140 to order a cooktop and range hood. After suggesting a different cooktop a guy name Manish took the order. I waited a week for the 1st installer to call only to find that they would not come on Mondays or after 3 pm. I went to #140 to ask for a new installer and waited another week for them to call. After speaking with the 2nd installer we determine that they could not make it before Christmas. We settled on Jan 8th, 2018. The installer came out measured the area. I waited two weeks before going out to store #140. They did not have the order for the cooktop but the installer did. I spoke with two people as to why they did not have the order, No explanation but they only offered me 10% off the order not the Black Friday order. The cooktop arrived 2 weeks later and was damaged. I had to wait another 2 weeks for another on to arrive. On the 1st of March, I received a call from the 1st installer trying to arrange a time for measuement. I got so mad I spiked my cell phone. I went to store #140 to talk to someone and spoke with the assistant manager. He told me that he would take care of things. He called later and told me that I would have to use the 1st installer. Monday the 6th the 2nd installer called and they came out to install the cooktop and hood on the 8th of March. The was installed only to find gaps between the counter and cooktop. I spoke with a person at store 140 and sent them photos of the cooktop. Since then nothing. You think Lowes would do something to make my ORDEAL less of an Ordeal. Nothing.
