PURCHASED A DRYER 9/3/19. COULD NOT GET IT DELIVERED TILL 9/7/19 DISCOVERED 9/10 DRYER WAS DAMAGED LEG AND MACHINE BENT LIKE IT WAS DROPPED, DISCOVERED BY DRYER VENT CLEANER GUY, HAVE BEEN TRYING TO HAVE LOWES PICK UP THE DAMAGED DRYER SINCE 9/10 AND THEY ARE NOT COMMUNICATING WITH THE CONTRACT DELIVERY SERVICE. MULTIPLE CALLS AND STAYING HOME WAITING FOR PICKUP

Lowes in Las Vegas, Nevada - Military discount

Military discount I Purchased a washer and a dryer which are always on sale they gave me no discount whatsoever I paid the same price as everyone else I have several houses that I rent out always got a military discount with my my Lowe’s card and my Lowe’s credit card this can be checked Clifford Nazzaro I am very disappointed this would be the same price than anybody walking in the store could get please check my account thank you

As you are posting here I will assume that you can use the internet. Have you ever gone to Lowes.com and clicked on the military discount tab?

If you bother reading the terms of the discount you are requesting you will find that to doesn't apply to items that are already discounted.

You should be grateful when a store offers a discount program and take time to learn what the program offers. There are a lot of other professions equally deserving of a discount and they aren't offered one and you don't see them complaining.

Lowes - Online furniture order

Details
I will never use lowes again for an online furniture purchase. When you order from "Lowes" you are actually getting furniture from a vendor and a random delivery company. No one has any information about anything in regards to when it will be delivered I have talked to 3 different customer service individuals, all said sifferent things. The "lowes tracker" is totally not helpful. It currently says my almost 5,000 dollars worth of outdoor furniture has been delivered when in fact it has not and no one knows where it is. Do not order online from Lowes.

Update. We finally got the correct door installed on September 30, 2019.

The special locks we had ordered to go with the door was not with the door, so Lowe’s gave us our money back for the locks.

Lowes in Vero Beach, Florida - Miserable excuse for a big outfit like Lowe's. They will soon be very small.

On Labor Day, went to buy a refrigerator and microwave oven. Was told everything was in stock and would be delivered in a few day. Set up a delivery date. WE UNLOADED OUR OLD REFRIGERATOR BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP. WAS RESET FOR THE FOLLOWING Wednesday. Again unload refrigerator. Again no show. After holding on phone for 30 minutes, we were told the merchandise was not in stock and ETA was not available. Ridiculous. No concern that the customer took 2 days off work . Get smart....do not buy their products. They do not give a damn.

Unfortunately there are far too many customers that aren't ready for their deliveries and cause unexpected delays in a delivery schedule. Drivers may get sick or not show up for work.

Most people would rather accept a delivery late in the evening rather than having to reschedule the delivery for another day.

I worked for another home center and we lost a driver during the peak season of the year which threw things behind. Given an option customers would rather have their products show up at midnight than another day.

Lowes - Trying to sum it a rebate online for hours not accetable

Tryingvto put my rebate in online and it wont go through simple easy not you make it very hard to put a rebate in why cant you just be simple and easy dont know what some of the words mean in begining get it together a do it simple this is bad bad experance five hours to try to sumit a 15 dollar rebate come on fix your rebat page to fill out better way

I would suggest you get a paper form and mail it in. Looking at your compliant the problem may be typing errors as you try to enter the information they are looking for.

Lowes in North Davis, Utah - Waited for over 30 minutes

We asked for a forklift driver to bring plywood from a top shelf. I asked for assistance and waited for 15 minutes. As I began to walk back to ask if anyone was coming I heard them call for a forklift driver. We waited for an additional 10 minutes and still no one in sight. There was a forklift in the isle next to us but no one on their way. Over $300 project and no one gave a *** to come help. We left without purchasing a thing. We’ll head over to Home Depot to hopefully receive better service there. Thanks for wasting our time and absolutely nothing Lowe’s in Clinton!!!!!!

Having worked in retail for over 30 years it becomes obvious that people exaggerate when they complain. Your title to your post is an example.

It says you waited over 30 minutes. The body of your post lists 15 minutes and 10 minutes which isn't over 30. The 15 were probably closer to 5.

Did you ever stop to think that you weren't the only person in the store and the forklift driver may have been helping other customers or tied up in some other way. Sure, it would be great if stores had someone to help you from the minute you walked in the door till the time you left but most people wouldn't want to pay the prices to pay for those people.

Details
We spent over $8000 on flooring at Lowes in July. They recommended Keller Interior to install the product and said it would take about a week. We wanted it finished before August 10th. It seemed fine because the deadline was weeks away. They not only missed the August timeline, but it’s now almost mid-September and they still have never returned. We call and call and it seems no possibility of anyone returning. Please don’t make the mistake we did.
