They derived the wrong material (1/2 plywood instead or 3/4 and 2 X 4 instead of 2 X 6 that were order and on the order, OK then tried to call them to get it straighten out, There isn't such a thing as customer service with them. Started calling at 9:40 am and called and called, all day until 5:20 pm, 4 times got left on hold until phone went dead, so tried to call Corporate, was on hold for 28 minutes the first time I called, (no one to talk to) 17 minutes the second time and 15 the last time and still didn't get anyone to talk to, Guess I need to order from somewhere else from now on.

I order 2 flannelette shirts on the 9 June rang you 3 times they can not fine the order so they said to email you the copy of the receipt that I have pay I have sent the copy of the the email that they give me 3 times it has came back so I have been ringing the number that it said and get another .

They Lied about my order !!

First i was on hold for 53 mins to even talk to anyone then it took 45 mins to even place a order over the phone , that was about a week ago for a deep freezer and was told to pick it up on june 4th i call today just to confirm the pick up then they tell me theres No order No deep freezer i have put in alot of time money in people into gettin this deep freezer just for yall to tell me it was all a lie ! Like really wat the *** is wrong wit this damn store !! Got me madd is *** they just lied about my *** which i really need i Hate yall and will never order anything or buy anything from lowes ever again and ill make sure none of my family or friends ever shop wit Lowes the ppeople that works Here need to learn how to do the *** job which is place orders !! Lowes in rochester n.y the Greece store suck !! Home depot will always be better !! P.s they better be happy i didnt come way out there wit ride and people to pick up then find this out cause yea i live 45 mins away so woulda *** that store up for playin *** games wit me and wasten my *** time ! Why wold you even bother ordering something on the phone? You obviously have access to the internet.You claim to have spent 98 minutes on the phone when you could have easily gone to Lowes.com and placed the order on-line in less than 10 minutes. Once the order was placed you could have printed the receipt for proof of the order.

I called to register a complaint in regards the service we receive I got a number and was told someone would call in 24 hours. NO PHONE. IT HAS BEEN OVER 36 HOURS. Typical big box attitude get your money and forget you.

Can't get repair scheduled under extended repair service contract

have tried to contact to schedule repair for refrigerator at various times over 3 week period and put on hold for 30 minutes and longer.was able to get through to no.for renewing contract but not for submitting claim. will definitely not renew if I can't get repairs made before my present plan expires in August.

If you are going to purchase service plan either buy it from the manufacturer or your local utility. I purchased Maytag appliances and service plans on 2 of them from Maytag.

I have had 2 repairs to my dishwasher (different problems) this spring. Maytag answered the phone quickly and had service appointments set up within a week to 10 days. By the time the appointment dates came the parts necessary to complete the repairs had been shipped to my house so the repair could be completed on the first call.

Most of the service plans you buy from the retail stores farm out the service to the lowest bidder in the area rather than using factory service centers. Having sold appliances at another big box store I'd never purchase a service plan from a retail store.

service plans sold by Lowes are a ripe off, and a big profit item, most credit cards extend manufacture plans for up to one year. Big reason to check out Costco Warranty.

Lack of Access to Rebate

I purchased a suite of kitchen appliances in February 2020 with the assurance of a $500 rebate which would take at max 8 weeks. It is now 30 June and no indication of when it will be received. The website to track rebates has not been operational for months. The manager at my store hasnt a clue.

Your new ads shown on HGTV are so disgusting and offensive. Please do not force your offensive mask wearing employees on us. We now know that you’re paid to shove this down our throats. I will still choose Home Depot over you, mostly because it’s just a better store, but now...easy decision. Educate yourselves and quit selling out. The “virus” is fatal to less than ONE HALF of ONE PERCENT of all people who contract it. It is neither a threat not relevant. Do the right thing for once, Lowe’s. It’s over.

RE: SilkRoad Vanity Purchase - DISCONTINUED ITEM?

My husband and I had some concerns on this product, specifically the CA warnings and The “discount” on the merchandise I called SilkRoad.com and as it turns out, this model is BEING DISCONTINUED. I find this very unsettling and would like to know how this impacts the warranty. Also, what reassurances can we receive that if something happens to the vanity, we can have it replaced with an updated design? Please help. Thank you

When I place my order over 5k, I was informed with them they have my tile in the stock, first they supposedly deliver the next day between 8Am-12Pm but guess what they keep delaying until 10 pm deliver, Me and my contractors keep call and wait all They just deliver window and the door, they are miss whole tile I order , and the delivery guys told me they finish the order ,there nothing else ,Nobody call me notify me the missing tile which is over 3k, So I have to call the store find out where is the tiles first they said the next day then they said they don't have enough tile it will be next week , but I told him when I order I ASK David ( from 33618 store) He told me they have plenty in the store , This order and delivery just a horrible experience, Lowes do not care about customer service they just want your money !!

First time using Lowe's pick up service

Not really impressed with Lowe's pick-up service option. I ordered 10 40lb bags of salt for pick-up. I went to Lowe's the next day and parked over to the side of the store for commercial and lumber orders are loaded as I assumed that this was the ideal spot for pick-up orders. I was told I needed to go to the other side of the store to customer service, and that they were my order was over there. Long story short, I could have went in and loaded this order myself and went through check out faster by myself without doing the pick-up service and fooling with customer service. It would be ideal if you could just drive up to the loading side of the store and hand your order to someone. The employee, then could bring it out and load it, or I would load it, and then drive off. That's the only thing that would make this service a true value to the customer, especially in these COVID times. This Lowe's location seems to have plenty of employees. The customer wouldn't even have to enter the store and would be interacting with only a few people. For thee reasons, I have to give Lowe's pick-up service a negative review. It could be a lot better if done right.

No one cares. Ready to spend $400 no one cares ask for help. Told to wait. There for another 15 mins. Person in dept could not even open the system you have in place. I will take i business to home Depo better quality anyway. Let the locals take this store back. Waste of time. No one cares. I have in the past spent Hundreds of dollars.

I am speaking about store number 0340 in Arvada, CO. The employees I've had to deal with in the store are totally inept and should not be dealing with the public. I'm speaking of assistant managers, customer service counter clerks, sales clerks and the people who work in their installation dept. You took $1,435.20 from me on May 6, 2020 and as of this writing I still do not have a water heater installed in my home and you have my money.
