You can call there phone # but no one is home, if you call the store they only exaggerate the problem by giving you the run around. No one person can help you with a online purchase they tell you that you have to call customer service which they call for you and even they can't get a response. Pretty much the same as asking for help in the store(useless)

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Refrigerator appeared on porch in a opened box with R&R written on it? Since this model was sold out national,I figure a return ,since I fixed the seal& condensation problems,I'm happy..

I understand that there is a virus but I have tried for three weeks every day to get in touch with someone about an extended warranty. My daughter bought me a whirlpool washer and dryer on March 26 last year and bought the extended warranty. My dryer quit heating 3 weeks ago,I'm handicapped and can't take my clothes to laundromat,I have called every day and no one ever answers.I've even put my phone on speaker and in thirty mins. no one ever picked up. My husband and I have always used Lowe's but I've had enough of no one ever answering,having a nearly new dryer and can't get anyone to help me get it fixed because of lazy workers that won't pick up the phone! Also went in Montgomery Lowe's to buy new stove about a month ago,never got waited on so looks like I'll be going somewhere that I can get service!

Purchase if two “Pella” doors(date of purchase 02/23/2020) from Lowe’s. b

After moving to a home in Glenmoore, my husband and I were interested in replacing two sliding doors with Pella replacements. The Lowes home improvement (e.g., order taker) was extremely pleasant and honestly quite relentless for us to purchase and pay for these doors($10,258.00). Unfortunately,this appears to be where Mr. Clancys customer service ended. As painfully aware of Pennsylvanias reaction to Covid19, we were not overly concerned when weeks went by without a call from Mr. Clancy or his installers. We did become alarmed when last month my husband spoke with Mr. Clancy who was surprised they were were not installed. Six months later, and both Mr.Clancy and the installer having two phones numbers, we have not heard from either, including any evidence of an installation. Its ironic how many lunch beaks and days off people can take when they desire to be unreachable. Bottom line to this sad saga, unless you want a screwdriver or Plant food, run dont walk from Lowes installation services.

If you made the purchase on 2-23-2020 your claim of 6 months is a bit unbelievable. When I look at my calendar it has been just over 3-1/2 months.

Knowing how long Pella can take to make a door in the spring of a normal year it doesn't surprise me that with the pandemic that it is taking that long. You may find that the problem is their inability to get an accurate delivery date from Pella.

Bought granite counter top. Contractor made a total mess. 22 defects made it unfixable. Lowes could care less. Contractor has not contacted me for 25 days. Have been out of water in the kitchen for 33 days. Lowes refuses refund or having contractor fix the situation. Sorryest humans in business. Totally abusing the elderly. Leaving us helpless.Use Home Depot or local business.

Cannot get through to get water filter rebate form

I have called numerous days to get a rebate form for a new water filter I purchased on June 5th,2020 and cannot get through to customer service. I have gone online to try to get the form and all I get is a blank page. It seems to me that these protection plans are not worth buying because you payed for something that the companies do not honor. One of the days I called, I left the phone on for 45 minutes with no response. BIG BUSINESS SUCKS!!!

Purchased a washer and dryer back in FEBRUARY. Got on-line and entered everything for $100 rebate. Rebate website went down soon after. Cannot reach any person about rebate. Call customer service and get robot telling me I should get rebate in 6 to 8 weeks. What a joke; it's been 5 months.

Poor warranty response

Newer microwave. turntable stopped going around. Took over 2 weeks for someone to come out to take a look at it. Tech tried it and said it needs a new motor as it was not working and it would take another two weeks to get a motor. Had other issues with a refrigerator/freezer/icemaker from them on warranty fixes also

Im a contractor and two different customers ordered items online from this Lowes, received emails stating the items are ready for pick up, but when I get there, no one can find the order. People are paged, they never show up, I wait........I go to the back, where Im told the items are held. One guy tell me to wait at the certain place in a particular isle and he will have someone bring it there.....I go there and wait....and wait. I go back and the guy I initially spoke to, is no where to be found. I speak to someone else, they cant find it. A manager come by, I entreat her assistance. She reluctantly ask for the name and order number. She goes in the back, leaves, goes back in the back, leaves, goes to the front......20 minutes later, she says Eventually Im told the order isnt there. I will henceforth tell customers not to order from this Lowes. If they do, they will be responsible for picking up the items.
