TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER FOR OVER 30 MINUTES AND NO ONE PICKS UP ON THE OTHER END. HIRE SOME *** PEOPLE TO HELP OUT AND ANSWER QUESTIONS. MY ORDER 41311**** IS MESSED UP I ORDERED 15 BUCKET REMOVERS AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL YESTERDAY THAT SAID I HAVE 4 AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS CHARGING ME FOR THEM AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR MY 15. SECOND I PICKED TWO DAY SHIPPING AND IT SAYS IT WILL BE SHIPPED ON MONDAY 4/20 WHICH IS 5 BUSINESS DAYS. IF I COULD TALK TO SOMEONE I COULD EXPLAIN BETTER.

Rebate did not work

I purchased a new washing machine and dryer with pedestals because I was told that the pedestals had a rebate for one if you bought two. I tried to submit my rebate to Maytag and was told that my purchase did not qualify. I specifically purchased this set because I was told I would get the rebate. They were $319 each!

Don’t order windows or cabinets from Lowes!

I’ve been waiting for one cabinet for over a month and a half! Not one person in any department I called would answer the phone! I’ve tried for an hour to get someone to answer. No one! I live 30 miles from the store! I can’t just run down there! They keep giving the run around every time I do go down there. They play stupid with me! And to top it off I’m working for an elderly woman who is handicapped and uses a walker! I’ve told Lowes this but they could care less! I’ve lost money all month because I have to have this last cabinet to start hanging the wall. I can’t charge the lady for waiting around! I have three other jobs lined up but keep having to push them back because I need to finish this kitchen remodel first. How’s a contractor supposed to make money this way? I’ll never spend one penny at Lowes again! Worst service I’ve experienced! Also ordered windows a few months back. They were supposed to take two weeks. It took them a month before I got them! I’ve spent thousands with them and I get service like this? I’ll be going to Home Depot for now on.

Having put in a number of years at another home center I can tell you running to another store isn't necessarily going to solve your problem. Unfortunately the retail store doesn't build the products they sell in the back room.

If the product doesn't arrive when it's expected it is usually the fault of the manufacturer or a trucking company. As an example I had a customer looking for a patio door they ordered that should have arrived in 3 weeks. I called the manufacturer who said it was on the shipping dock ready to go on a truck that afternoon. When it didn't arrive on that truck I called again and was told they must have forgot it and it would arrive on the next truck which it didn't.

After hearing the same story one more time the order was canceled. Stores do their best to give you accurate information but they are at the mercy of their suppliers.

No this all has to do with the distribution center! The system they is screwed up!

They shouldn’t make promises they can’t keep. And the person I’m dealing with is a idiot. He told me we were waiting on the last two cabinets. He didn’t want me to waist a trip for just one cabinet.

He told me to wait for both. Well the next week came. He called said my cabinet came in. I drove all the way down there and he had one cabinet.

I said where’s the other cabinet? He said what other cabinet? Then he said I’ll pull one from the back. He came back with a base unit!

When I told him before he walked off that I needed a wall cabinet! Then he says “what oh yer killing me here” wtf I’m killing him? He’s put me through *** There’s more to the story. I’m just fed up with wasting my breath on these idiots I’m done with Lowes!

Never again will I spend one dollar with them. They’ve screwed me for the last time

I am very disappointed to learn that any item on sale no longer receives the military discount. Net, net.... as a disabled vet, I am just a standard customer to them & we all shop the sale items. News Flash, they need to look at the they total I've spent with them over just the last 5 yrs. I'll just revert back to my contractor's pricing & negotiated discounts with the other vendors and let Lowes get sucked under by the companies that are also guided by character & principals.

User's recommendation: Let Lowes know how you feel, purchase else where. The Exec's will see it / feel it in their analysis reports when they focus on down turn in vet's purchases and net losses in that sector.

Lowes should stop offering vets discounts altogether if all you can do is complain about the discounts you are offered. You should be thanking stores and appreciate stores for the discounts that you are offered. First responders, doctors, nurses, teachers and many other deserving individuals that don't get discounts would be happy to be offered any discount at all.

We ordered a stove . April 2 a month later no stove received a stove May 6th and it was the wrong freaking stove gas and white Im beyond anger Im enraged . Totally unprofessional. Lowes needs to do better with costumer service.

Curbside pickup takes forever.

I have bought two items, checked that they are in stock, and after 7 days, still waiting for notification, that my order is ready! It is impossible to contact Lowe's by telephone, or email, and I don't know if my order will ever be ready. I would be able to order these items from other company, but now I am stuck, I can not repair my roof, I can not cancel the order!

Silly me. I went to Lowes today and expected customer service. I went into the garden center and asked an employee where the beauty bark was. She said to me pointing at the extended yard area, "somewhere out there. I have not been out there in about 5 yards." I customer standing near by said, "I saw a pile of it over there," I thanked that customer and went to find it. I then told the store manager about my experience and he looked at me like so what, why are you bothering me.

I WAS IN LINE AT LOWE'S RETURNING A TOILET WHEN HERE COMES THIS WOMAN AND GOT IN FRONT OF ME. SO THE CASHIER STARTED TO HELP HER. SO I WENT TO THE CASHIER AND TAP HER ON HER SHOULDER AND SAID I WAS NEXT IN LINE. AND THE CASHIER SAID WELL SHE GOT HERE FIRST. SO I WENT BACK TO STAND IN LINE. THE CASHIER TURNED AND LOOKED AT ME AND SAID AND DON'T POKE ME. THEN SHE SAID SOMETHING TO THE WOMAN THE WOMAN LOOKED AT ME AND STARTED LAUGHING. THE EMPLOYEE'S NAME IS ANDREA.I WENT HOME AND CAME BACK AT AROUND 5:00 TO ORDER ANOTHER TOILET. I WENT TO A GUY SETTING BEHIND A DESK HE ASKED WHAT I NEEDED I SAID I NEED TO ORDER A TOILET HE SAID I'LL GET SOMEONE TO HELP YOU SO HE PAGED SOMEONE TO HELP ME. I WAITED 15 MINUTES AND NOBODY SHOWED UP I HAD MY PHONE AND WHILE I WAS WAITING I LOOKED ON MY PHONE TO SEE IF HOME DEPOT HAD ONE THEY HAD SOME SO I WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND ORDER ONE FROM HOME DEPOT.

Can not get anyone to snswer phone at Lowes customer service!

I have been trying for over a week to talk to some one sbout an order that i placed for a ladder for an above the ground swimming pool. The first order I received was incorrect. The numbets on the parts were nothing like the order number that I placed. When i tried to return to the store for credit, it was not in their system so they told me to call customer service, which i have been ttying to do for over a week with no answer. Only music and on hold for hours. Then yesterday we teceived another box that was again not the order for the ladder we wanted, but even worse it was not even the whole ladder only half of it. All i want at this point is a credit for the pool ladder. Please either call me or issue me a credit. Never had this much trouble with an order from lowes. Try e-mailing them rather than using the phone. The stores that are allowed to be open are handling more customers than usual with fewer people as well.

Keep in mind these stores are allowed to be open to sell "essential" items (don't think a pool ladder qualifies). Just be happy that there are stores available to sell you products and understand you may have to be patient to get problems with an order corrected.

I purchased an extended warranty in 5/2018 with the purchase of a Whirlpool Washer &; Dryer. Both the washer & dryer quit working yesterday. I called the Lowes Protection Plan Number and was told that the service company ACS would be at my house on Thursday. Ashley from ACS called and said they would not be at my house, and that LOWES does not set the schedule for appointments that ACS does and it would take 3-5 days to receive parts and 3-5 for service technician to arrive at my house. Called LOWES Protection Plan again and was told someone would call me today or tomorrow to have a different company come to my house. Now after talking to 2 more people at the Lowes Protection Plan I am being told that the original service request was cancelled and the request is being escalated and I should hear from someone within 3 days. Oh my goodness, the runaround from Lowes Protection Plan is astonishing. I have been told that no one from Lowes spoke to Ashley at ASC so her comments cannot be confirmed!!!! So now I am lying? Where is the customer service? I purchase a protection plan for a specific reason to cover the expenses if the equipment breaks down. Who would think that in Oklahoma that Lowes has only 1 contract with a repair service company I have spoken to Caroline, Susan, Miguel, Andres (Lowes Protection Plan) and now waiting for another supervisor. Now I am being told that Lowes is going to issue a replacement for the Washer & Driver. It shouldn't take me 6+ hours of phone calls and holds to get my questions answered and resolved.

Their protection plan does cover the repair. Nothing says it will happen the next day.

They obviously had to order parts. When the parts arrive they will schedule delivery.

If you had just accepted the information you were given you would have had service much sooner that your are going to get it now as whoever they assign it to one they get back to you will have to start the process of ordering parts all over again. You have to realize that the service companies can't have all the parts for every appliance made in stock nor do they have a service person just waiting for your call, they do have other customers to service as well.
