User's recommendation: Let Lowes know how you feel, purchase else where. The Exec's will see it / feel it in their analysis reports when they focus on down turn in vet's purchases and net losses in that sector.

Having put in a number of years at another home center I can tell you running to another store isn't necessarily going to solve your problem. Unfortunately the retail store doesn't build the products they sell in the back room.
If the product doesn't arrive when it's expected it is usually the fault of the manufacturer or a trucking company. As an example I had a customer looking for a patio door they ordered that should have arrived in 3 weeks. I called the manufacturer who said it was on the shipping dock ready to go on a truck that afternoon. When it didn't arrive on that truck I called again and was told they must have forgot it and it would arrive on the next truck which it didn't.
After hearing the same story one more time the order was canceled. Stores do their best to give you accurate information but they are at the mercy of their suppliers.
No this all has to do with the distribution center! The system they is screwed up!
They shouldn’t make promises they can’t keep. And the person I’m dealing with is a idiot. He told me we were waiting on the last two cabinets. He didn’t want me to waist a trip for just one cabinet.
He told me to wait for both. Well the next week came. He called said my cabinet came in. I drove all the way down there and he had one cabinet.
I said where’s the other cabinet? He said what other cabinet? Then he said I’ll pull one from the back. He came back with a base unit!
When I told him before he walked off that I needed a wall cabinet! Then he says “what oh yer killing me here” wtf I’m killing him? He’s put me through *** There’s more to the story. I’m just fed up with wasting my breath on these idiots I’m done with Lowes!
Never again will I spend one dollar with them. They’ve screwed me for the last time
