Still waiting a month after dishwasher was ordered. No contact from lowes. Called them and they had no excuse for wait time. Spent thousands on several lowes purchases and installations. Home Depot from now on. Still washing by hand.

Cartersville George store Karen associate I asked for help she told me she would help me within 5 to 10 minutes she was not back so I went to look for her or the product that I was looking for and found her flirting with a guy in appliances literally hanging all over him your employee should care more about the customers and not flirting with other associates we will no longer be doing business with Lowe's we have switched our contract but to Home Depot

Lowes in Louisville, Colorado - Waiting for window to be installed 2 1/2 months later.

So disappointed. Ordered our window from Lowes in August. Waited for the window to be made and shipped to Lowes, then waited for the Installer to call us and set up a time to come install the window. They wee 2 weeks out. The day that the installer is to come install the window, Lowes calls and says that the window is broken and they are going to order another window and once it is rec'd at Lowes the installer will call again and set up a time and day to install it. The window arrives at Lowes and the installer calls to set up a day and time for installation, I ask if they can make it in a day or two since this is the 2nd attempt at installing the window. They say no. So we wait the 2 weeks for them to come and install the window. On the day they are to come install the window; we get a call from Lowes saying that the window is broken, again. I talk with the manager Dominic and let him know that we would like a discount on the window and that we would like that it be installed as soon as Lowes gets the window again, so we don't have to wait the 14 days for installation. He said that sounded fine. Called Lowes and they said that the window is in and that the installer will call to set up a time to come install it, installer called and said that no our schedule is full and the only time we have available is 9 days from now and if you don't take that time that it will be even longer untii the window can be installed. Very rude. The whole situation has been unacceptable. Will never buy windows from Lowes again. It will take a lot for me to purchase anything from Lowes in the future.

I'm pretty sure the employees at the store did not break your glass on purpose. They do not and cannot control shipping from the vendor or the trucking company that takes it to the store.

They do not control the installers schedule. They try to provide you a product and service but cannot oversee the window from vendor to your home. I'm sure you were put out and believe you are deserving of some sort of discount. I can only imagine the attitude and frustration that was on display when you were told the second time it was damaged.

It's a window... 94% of customers are saying that they had great service and will recommend friends and family to Lowe's.

You were in the 6%. I'm sorry this happened to you.

James island lowes store # 0661. Never have i had continued terrible service from one place so many times... customer service is a joke. Obviously these people are not trained to work with the public much less to actually do a job. /1st thing. why cant they do inventory adjustments if its not in and do a reorder. 2nd came in and had paints mixed material picked out and paid for to have contractors pick up. He got there noone hqd or knew anything. So, I had to go back and do again. 3rd i had simple materials for business orderd but no one called me. I stoped calling after 2 1/2 weeks they finally called 2 months latter.

Details
Need to schedule an install date for flooring. Both tile and carpet. Ultimate Home Services will not answer the phone. Once you get them on the phone and specifically request not to be transferred to voicemail they transfer you directly to voicemail. Honestly I have never had to work so hard to give someone my hard earned money . I have called at least 15 times, speaking with someone maybe three with a promise to call me back and it never happens. It is the worst example of customer service .

i was shopping on line for a BUNN coffee maker on the lowes website i found just what i wanted and then i was so glad when i went to check out it said that i could go to the store and pick it up today10/30/2016,that there was 5 available at the ROME store and ready for pick up today.Then i drove a half an hour to go to your store in ROME,NY. i ask where i could find the coffee makers the man told me they don't sell coffee makers anymore. I explained to him that i saw it on the computer so he looked it up and found just what i told him.he went to talk to the manager.When he came back he said i was correct there are 5 of those coffee makers in the store but he couldn't sell me one because he was saving them for black friday.I was dumbfounded , i told him" that is false advertising "he said well mame i can't sell it to you.i can understand that but your web site said plainly there were 5 of them available TODAYfor pick up at your store .I buy all my appliances at your store ,i meant I have in the PAST not any more.I wil be contacting the attorney general on this matter it is plain and simple false advertising.Pissed off,Ruth Vanderworken ,11264 rt 13 box 13,westdale ny,13483

Window purchase and Lowes home install

Had a contract with Lowe's on the Install of window I bought there. The contract stated type of window, amount of contract, and time to complete. Paid the amount in full before they started any work. Two elderly carpenters showed up to do the work on a Wednesday. When I arrived at the house at approx. 2:30pm they were packing up to leave and had installed two windows and work look good. They came back on Thursday worked until approx. 4:40pm had put in rest of window but no interior trim. Got a call from lowe's looking for an additional $700.00 for labor and materials to finish. Told them no way had a contract and expected them to honor it. Had to go to store and haggle with a member of management and he agree to honor contract the way it was written. On Monday the workers showed up used old trim boards from previous window, did a horrible job putting up the trim and left. After contacting the local management and the company comsumer division nothing has been done nor has anyone contacted me. Luckly for me I have a Home Depot near me that I will now use. So future Lowe's patron buyer beware....Very disappointed in Lowe's

I'm from out of town ,while visiting East Ft Worth in the Meadow-brook area i needed to pick up a few items so i stopped into your store on East chase, the items that were needed at that time you didn't carry them. But there was a young man at your service desk, I'm pretty sure his name was Gregory what a manner-able young man he was. so smart and professional sounding i was impressed at how he was able to get on the computer and connect with a store that would have those very items i needed. I was impressed at the amount of time he spent with me making sure i was satisfied.... This is what customer service should look like. keep up the good work you are going to go far!!!!!!
