Please correct dates of scheduled installation and last call from Lowe's to September 23, not September 24.
Original review posted by user Sep 26, 2016We ordered carpet tile at Lowe's of East Evansville (#630) on August 27, 2016. Delivery date was pushed back twice (three delivery dates). Installation was scheduled for September 24. When they didn't show up, I called installation only to be told that they didn't know which glue to use, the glue recommended by the manufacturer or Lowe's brand glue. This should have been resolved by telephone on August 27. Lowe's did not give me an update after September 24. Apparently, a telephone call and overnight delivery are not part of customer service. This is the last purchase that I will make at Lowe's.
