Lowes in Jackson, New Jersey - Cali Bamboo Flooring

I purchased Cali Bamboo Flooring in May 2015. When the installer came, he told me that the moisture level in the floor was to high and that I needed to have the floor sealed. It cost nearly an additional $1000.00 to seal the concrete floor. I had the floor sealed by the installers and they proceeded to install the wood flooring. After 6 months all of the wood boards are cupping and Lowes is refusing to make good for the floors. I would never recommend them for anything as they do not stand by their products.

Lowes - Norfolk, VA Lowe's Has No Employees it seems

I'm a contractor who's company uses Lowe's as their primary source of purchasing. The Lowes 1065 in Norfolk, VA is the closest and is where we do most of the business. For the past several months, I've noticed that the store almost seems to be run with no one there. This is especially true when it come to being checked out at the registers. On at least 80% of my trips to the location, there is either only one cash register open along with self checkout. And most times the line is ridiculously long at both. Same thing at the customer service desk, one associate working both sides of a desk which at most times i'm in there has 8 or so people in line between both sides. Yet there is six registers that can check out at, and five registers at the customer service desk. I've spoken to several managers at the store; Liz, Brett, Adam, who have stated that it's just a temporary issue because someone called out. But this is an every day occurrence it seems. I've had Adam state, on a recent visit of 03/02/16, that they've hired a bunch of new people that the issue won't happen again. Well guess what, was in there on 03/21/16 and walked into the exact same situation at 3pm. Only self checkout opened and a line going down the aisle. Where are all these "NEW PEOPLE" that were hired?

You're welcome to work there for $9/hour and see how long you last. Low pay, terrible down right nasty customers, long days on your feet. By all mean apply and make sure the store is staffed to your liking!

Lowes-Brenham, TX Horrible Customer service

The Lowe's store in Brenham, TX has fallen below corporate standards in store presentation and service. In particular the tile department is poorly organized. Displays do not have correct information as to what bin to find the tile on display for purchase. Many lack prices. THis is not this one visit but all visits. Checking out at this LOwes is always unpleasant as the staff does not make eye contact with the customers and talks to co-workers while checking out customer. The check out girl today actually turned her back on me while checking me out so she could carry on conversation with her supervisor and another employee at the "Customer Service" desk about personal subject. She actually handed me the receipt with her back turned. A new "LOW" in service even at this store. Drive to a Houston location if you want to actually purchase anything from Lowe's

I built a deck out of this wood about 8 years ago and it has rotted to the point that a visitor put her foot through it. I am replacing it with pressure treated wood form Home Depot.

This is very time consuming as I have to get the paint out of the screws so I can back them out to remove the rotten wood I bought at Lowes.

I will NEVER buy anything at Lowes again. As far as any guarantee, I don't have any receipts from 8 years ago

Lowes - Georgia is the best

I bought a tiller at Home Depot and they embarrassed me even with the extended warranty. They kept it 3 months and finally after a big hassle gave me another one. It was not even 6 months old. So I started buying my stuff at Lowes. Man what a difference. I have a lawn trailer with a dry rotted tire. Two days later they called me and said come get your new cart. Cart? Yes sir we are giving you a whole new cart. One phone call. Period. Chris from seasonal and everytime I come in someone asks me if I need help. Home Depot employees see you looking at them and they walk away fast. WTH... Even nicer this year. Don't get stuck with a bad tool at Home Depot. They act like your up to something when you have a problem Geez. Biiig difference..

Lowes in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina - Bathroom shower doors installation

I both a shower door and I'm having the worse time. It's taking to long to have it installed, on time. Bad customer service, I have ever had. They are giving me all kinds of excuses. Would never have them installe anything for me, in the future or would think twice before I would return to the store in North myrtle Beach. called whirlpool and they said we are under warranty and are now sending a new drawer for free. Thank you Whirlpool.

Lowes was just trying to rip us off by making us pay (twice) for the shelf that they did not deliver. I will buy whirlpool again, but I will not step foot into Lowes.

I bought a Whirlpool fridge from Lowes. I order to get an additional 5% off they convinced me to get a Lowes card. The bill did not come so I called and they said they sent it but it was not delivered, so we made arrangements to pay online. Anyway, I started getting phone calls from a bill collector. Despite the fact that we resolved the issue with the store and then had to explain it several times to the bill collectors, who said the calls would stop, we continued getting calls three or ore times each day on our home phone and at work. We pleaded them to stop but the calls kept coming. When the fridge arrived, it looked like it was missing a drawer and we asked he delivery guy about it. He said it was not missing a drawer. The drawers could be moved around and so it just looked that way. We believed him until we went to a friend's house who had an identical fridge, but it had the missing drawer. When we called Lowes they said we were out of luck and had to pay 158 dollars for the drawer because it was after 30 days. Despite several calls to Lowes we are stuck with a new fridge without a drawer. Ironically, this is why we purchased a new fridge in the first place, because our old fridge had a broken drawer and we are selling our home. So now we are out 1200 for the fridge and 158 for a drawer if we purchase it. In addition I was embarrassed at work because the phone went off during my lecture, embarrassing me in front of my students when their bill collectors from India called me for at least the 20th time in a matter of two weeks asking for money they had already received.

If you thought you were missing a drawer why didn't you just stop in the store and look at the display? It amazes me at how people wait extended periods of time before they follow up on a problem.

If you have a problem with an item you have delivered or purchase from any store let them know right away. If the product has been in your home for a month or longer who knows if the problem was there to start or was a problem you caused?

Not getting a bill is not a good excuse to not pay. When you get a credit card, and use it, common sense tells you that in 30 days you owe the bill. You could have always gone online to lowes.com to set up your account to view and pay your bill.

It's not Lowe's fault that you were being called by a bill collector. Lowe's cards are issued by a BANK, not by Lowe's Corporation.

Also, I think they were right to deny your claim after 30 days.

I don't care what the delivery person said, if you think there's something wrong with your product, make your concerns known BEFORE the store warranty expires.

You're kind of a dumb ***.

I bought a refrigerator on 12-15-15 it was delivered on 12-23-15. The delivery personnel could no get the ice maker to work and told us they would take care of it. Two weeks later I called back and they said service tech was coming to fix it then 2 weeks later I call back and they have ordered me a new refrig now here it is March 17 2016 and still nothing!!!!!

My husband and I have been to your store in gun barrel city at least 6 times in a month trying to buy an outside light and 2 phone calls and we have been given run around about ordering so tonight my husband went back in to see if it was in stock...there was 1 so he went to purchase it with our debit card and your cashier wouldnt accept it because it did not have his name on it but he is a signer on our account and we have same last name and same address so i had to go back after working 14 hrs today when we got back your store was closed.This store has the rudest and the most unhelpful employees I have ever come across I would appreciate a call back from your company I believe we have been patient through all this...this also has not been first time we ve had issues with this store its every time we go in there
