Rotten Delivery service | Lowes review

Ordered new fridge and on assigned delivery date we had original refrigerator emptied and removed. Cleaned out area for new fridge and all they had to do is bring item in and hook up water then go. •5 pm Delivery scheduled yesterday •5:45 pm Delivery people called to say they were backed up… •8:40 pm Got call saying delivery off till tomorrow, but we’ll be the first today by 8am •9:30 am called Lowes they checked and said trucks just left and we’re first. I asked why no call as agreed ½ hour prior. No response. I can’t get angry at the minimum wage delivery people. Based on the other complaints, it appears to be a failure on Lowes and Lowes alone.

WORST installation experience for windows | Lowes review from North Fort Myers, Florida

Lowe's installed 5 Pella windows, left WITHOUT caulking outside, left it bare wood, said they "had no caulk". Tropical storms and wind here in Florida (July). Caulked windows myself with Flex Seal and now I'm told I "voided" their warranty. Stupid, careless and incompetent does not even describe their actions. I rate their installation service as a MINUS 10. STAY AWAY, find a local company instead.

Literally happened to me yesterday. I've made two returns at Lowe's in a span of 5 years. Extremely annoyed that because I was the one who made the return (no receipt) that my husband was unable to use the gift card. I had to be present and show my license. I was 30 mins away from the location. They would not accept my information over the phone even though I'm telling them it's my husband there using it. Ultimately I told my husband to leave everything because I didn't have the time to make a 30 min trip up there.

Lowes not paying large rebates on time

Details
Samsung 10% appliance rebate was approved for over $400 11 weeks ago and they still haven't sent out the VISA prepaid card. They claim that the rebate was so popular that they are running behind on sending them out but I wonder if the fact that Sept is the end of the fiscal year has anything to do with it. I've called once a week for the last 3 weeks and every time it's the same response, "you should get it by the end of the week".
