called whirlpool and they said we are under warranty and are now sending a new drawer for free. Thank you Whirlpool.

Lowes was just trying to rip us off by making us pay (twice) for the shelf that they did not deliver. I will buy whirlpool again, but I will not step foot into Lowes.

I bought a Whirlpool fridge from Lowes. I order to get an additional 5% off they convinced me to get a Lowes card. The bill did not come so I called and they said they sent it but it was not delivered, so we made arrangements to pay online. Anyway, I started getting phone calls from a bill collector. Despite the fact that we resolved the issue with the store and then had to explain it several times to the bill collectors, who said the calls would stop, we continued getting calls three or ore times each day on our home phone and at work. We pleaded them to stop but the calls kept coming. When the fridge arrived, it looked like it was missing a drawer and we asked he delivery guy about it. He said it was not missing a drawer. The drawers could be moved around and so it just looked that way. We believed him until we went to a friend's house who had an identical fridge, but it had the missing drawer. When we called Lowes they said we were out of luck and had to pay 158 dollars for the drawer because it was after 30 days. Despite several calls to Lowes we are stuck with a new fridge without a drawer. Ironically, this is why we purchased a new fridge in the first place, because our old fridge had a broken drawer and we are selling our home. So now we are out 1200 for the fridge and 158 for a drawer if we purchase it. In addition I was embarrassed at work because the phone went off during my lecture, embarrassing me in front of my students when their bill collectors from India called me for at least the 20th time in a matter of two weeks asking for money they had already received.

If you thought you were missing a drawer why didn't you just stop in the store and look at the display? It amazes me at how people wait extended periods of time before they follow up on a problem.

If you have a problem with an item you have delivered or purchase from any store let them know right away. If the product has been in your home for a month or longer who knows if the problem was there to start or was a problem you caused?

Not getting a bill is not a good excuse to not pay. When you get a credit card, and use it, common sense tells you that in 30 days you owe the bill. You could have always gone online to lowes.com to set up your account to view and pay your bill.

It's not Lowe's fault that you were being called by a bill collector. Lowe's cards are issued by a BANK, not by Lowe's Corporation.

Also, I think they were right to deny your claim after 30 days.

I don't care what the delivery person said, if you think there's something wrong with your product, make your concerns known BEFORE the store warranty expires.

You're kind of a dumb ***.

I bought a refrigerator on 12-15-15 it was delivered on 12-23-15. The delivery personnel could no get the ice maker to work and told us they would take care of it. Two weeks later I called back and they said service tech was coming to fix it then 2 weeks later I call back and they have ordered me a new refrig now here it is March 17 2016 and still nothing!!!!!

My husband and I have been to your store in gun barrel city at least 6 times in a month trying to buy an outside light and 2 phone calls and we have been given run around about ordering so tonight my husband went back in to see if it was in stock...there was 1 so he went to purchase it with our debit card and your cashier wouldnt accept it because it did not have his name on it but he is a signer on our account and we have same last name and same address so i had to go back after working 14 hrs today when we got back your store was closed.This store has the rudest and the most unhelpful employees I have ever come across I would appreciate a call back from your company I believe we have been patient through all this...this also has not been first time we ve had issues with this store its every time we go in there

I really want to like Lowe's. There is one about 10 miles from my house. Several experiences have really done it for me. I went there today, Vallejo, California. I am looking for kitchen countertops --- probably a $3,000-$4,000 job. A young woman was sitting in the kitchen department. She was very busy on the computer. I asked if she would help me. She said reluctantly "okay." I explained what I was looking for. She said Lowe's has no samples for countertops. I asked how people choose and she said most people just choosed based on what they see in the store. I said okay. And left. She did not try to save the deal by offering to guide me through the process etc. She was just as happy that I left so she could go back to what she was doing. This is so typical of Lowe's. We went in not long ago to buy 4 ceiling fans and have Lowe's install them, the person who does this was not in today and no one offered to have them call us. I once owned Lowe's stock.... that was pretty incompetent too. Home Depot immediately scheduled us for a kitchen consult and would supply samples. Here we go!

The funny thing is that if you read the reports about Home Depot, they sound exactly like the ones about Lowes, or Menards or any of the other home stores.

Oh last night the repair service informed me that Lowes has made 3 different files in the system. Wonder why, maybe its because they lack quality customer service training, or maybe it is an explanation of their refusal to replace the product...

Holy heck, So we bought a Samsung cloths washer about 2 years ago. Literally 45 days after we got it, it was down. We purchased a Lowes extended plan. This machine has been broken every 3 months since the day we bought it. Average time to fix.... 20 days! So I have been without a washer for over 120 days. Has Lowes honored their warranty, nope. We have asked many times to just replace the unit. All we get is the run around. Heck I know the repair guy by name and how he likes his coffee. Even he is shocked by this. Lesson learned, Lowes is unethical, deceiving and not worth my business.

LOWES REJECTED A PRODUCT REVIEW BECAUSE I TOLD THE TRUTH

I purchased a Frigidaire mini refrigerator for our guest house. The door is extremely difficult to open and requires two hands. I called Frigidaire and was told this was a non-serviceable product (in other words when it breaks you throw it away), they were aware of the door issues but could do nothing about it. When I conveyed this in my product review on the Lowe's website, they rejected it without explanation and no means to contact anyone as to why they rejected it. I'm done with Lowe's. In any event, their presence here in Hawaii on the Big Island is feeble compared to Home Depot.

Lowes in Kearny, New Jersey - Samsung washer liken.

WE purchased one Samsung washer , in 2012 and until December last year 2015 the machine works great, then start the problems ,I call Lowes, repair the technicians came to my house more the 8 times and change so many parts the machine is almost new and the problem persist. They told that after the 4th visit if they can not find the problem they will replace the machine. They LIE the extended warranty is big BS.Today march 15 2016 I have one appointment between 1pm and 5 pm the technician show up in my house at 710 pm, stay for more then one hour, and left saying he have to order another part and will come back another time . Each time I talk to Lowes ,is aggravating they do not give rat *** for the customer and the machine still liken. Shame on you Lowes extended warranty,you guys suckkkkkk big time.

I also have a Samsung washer and am having the same issue with Lowes. I wish they have lied to me repeatedly. I have never seen anything like it.

If your tired of the repair man coming out, then simply call the store and ask for the store manager tell him or she that you purchased an EPP and you have had it fixed several times and you want a new one. Customers don't understand that just like what you do for your, job the job alone is for us to have happy customers. But when a customer comes in my store and is pissed off and I didn't do anything that makes me hate my job so furthermore stop complaining and move forward with corporate letting them know you purchased an EPP and they just keep repairing it and you want a new one.

What is wrong with Lowes?!? It is not something new. They simply can not handle scheduling installations. Installers for the most part are good...when they finally get there. Managers are "Dazed and Confused". Its maddening.

Lowes in Burlington, Ontario - Boxed lamps inferior products - broken, missing pieces

First lamp had broken *** and the *** is EMBEDDED - its not like you can just get a replacement *** the whole lamp is threaded together and SO badly packed that the poor clerk dropped the upside down packed glass lamp out of the box and it crashed onto the floor. The second lamp had a crooked stem, so we set it up at home, had to disassemble it and put it back in the box too. That's three lamps and boxes with styrofoam wasted; three packages of stuff that's going nowhere but in the garbage back at Lowe's - to say nothing of our effort and transportation for three trips for a lamp. Its distressing that consumerism is so out of hand - its bad enough everything has to be shipped across the world to get to the store, never mind that once it gets there it ends up being garbage. Lowe's is NOT a GREEN store.

Refund is not an issue - the store agreed. I'm upset about a store like LOWE's and other box stores like it compromising my commitment to make the world GREEN - this is the destructive marketing / consumerism cycle I seek to avoid.
