Lowes has great products but terrible customer service. I waited over 30 minutes at one of the customer service desks but no one came and helped me even though it was being announced throughout the store. I am definitely not planning on heading back anytime soon.

it falling a part i call and called they said they said not fixed it i want anothe brand or ref that kind is junk and i have of the pices to prove my refregerater is barley working only had 8 months when i call them if i dont get resuls i will never any thing from LOwes again and i been a custer for 30 years and never been done thie very dissatitfied with the service my regerater pices breaking i want another regerater or i done or give my money back i would not do any this way it not right thank you margie rogers 606a-304-0853

I've worked at Lowe's almost two years. Started in lumber my first day on the floor i was handed the lumber phone and left alone until the closer came in. We still don't have a lumber loader so between trying to help customer's and cut lumber or plywood and running to the millwood desk to try and cover for them and load customer's is a joke. Then i become a csa at pro service only now to pull orders and keep up with my pbm an order mang. But the person that was suppose to help me always had a readon not to help me either they had to go to the restroom or they were hungry and their spouce showed up or they had to go find a box it doesn't take an hour to go to the restroom three hour lunches and nothing be done. There has been dept. mangers complain about this person plus five employees nothing has happened. They even called out and our dept manger make a 5500$ sale and put that sale in that person's number. I saw the paper work when that customer came in to pick up her order they told her that we was to busy to pull it and to come back next weekend nothing was said to me until they showed up and the customer said that they was told it would be ready today. I called our manger and he defended the person he put in for the sale. But it doesn't stop there. I done an est for a customer when my customer came in my co worker sold my est and changed that sale to their sale number that was $6000 sale so now that one person has $11,000 in sales. Another co worker worked up a est for a decking package that person done the same thing to him as well changed his number all together that person took credit for $17,000 and nothing was even said. Think it's time for a change. I'll be the second person to leave because of things like this keep going on in less then a year.

Lowes Lg Electronics Washing Machine Review from Columbus, Georgia

So I started the day off with buying an LG washing machine for a 50 % off but it had been "repaired". Thinking Lowes was reputable we went ahead and thought wow we are so lucky, returned it three hours later . Bought another ' repaired ' washing machine for two hundred more about to return that too coz it doesn't work. I don't know what racket Lowes has but I will NEVER buy anything from Lowes ever again. They are a complete scam. Lowes sucks completely and utterly. By far the worst appliance shopping ever. Did I say Lowes sucks. And we are a working class family. And they at trying to screw us over .

Bought several cans, wish I hadn't ! Within in 6 months it started to peel . Some came off in big sheets, now the front porch is blistering up, looks like bubbling, now it's peeling too, in huge pieces.Company said they'd refund me price of can....what about the labor ?? Please don't buy this ! Now I have to scrap all this off, money and time wasted on a product that didn't hold up. And PLEASE I need included in the lawsuit ! I not only this this to front porch but back deck, steps ect....Very disappointed in this product.Do NOT buy this product ! I want to be included in the lawsuit !

I tried locating a district office number, but unable to find one. I just wanted someone to know how great they were to me as a customer.

Robert should be made president of the company. He is just what this company needs to fix all of the problems that Lowe's has been experiencing. Finally, someone with some Connor sense to run things!

Lowes Carpet Installation Review from Gilbert, Arizona

It took us over 3 months to order our carpet due to going ther several times and no one ever being able to assist us. The measured our home and didn't ask what carpet we wanted. When we picked a pattern they told us the needed to come again. Which delayed the install even more. Finally we went and paid for the carpet and they never called us for the install. I called several times until someone could tell me who to call to install the carpet. Everything seemed great until the came to install. We order the plush padding the installers left the old padding in the walk in closet when we asked them they said they put the plush padding which the clearly did not. We looked and it was the old carpet padding not cool. They lied to our faces after we were so nice to them. I called lowest right away and they have still failed to call me back. It's been 3 days now and no call back the entire experience has been bad to think lowes is a big company they would make this right but nothing. It feels like they didn't think that there employees lied to us and stole our padding is an issue.

I bought a new washer and dryer from Lowes at the south Scottsdale store on McDowell and Hayden not long ago and was delivered a used washer. On delivery day, after the washer was installed the delivery person turned to me and said that it was a used washer and not a new one then handed me a sticker that had the washer’s model number on it and the words AS IS. He said Lowes does it all the time and the sticker he handed me is supposed to remove before delivering the items to the customer. The model number written on the AS IS sticker match the model number on the receipt for my new washer. He asked me not to tell anyone what he did and I didn’t until now. I believe they must have been doing this a while. They were pretty brazen about what they delivered to me. The used washer had numerous mars and dings along the top control panel, dirt at one bottom corner and it did not work. The instruction manual was in a ripped open clear plastic bag with a blue piece of tape hanging off it. I trusted Lowes and thought they were a cut above Home Depot, nope, I was so wrong I did return the used washer hooting and hollering (but very nicely) that I found an as is sticker on this dinged up, dirty and broken washer. I insisted that the store manager do an investigation into why this happened, results were they had a tent sale that previous weekend and there must have been a mix up. Nope, doesn’t cut it with me because I know better. Went higher to the regional manager and insisted on an investigation, results were a bit better but was there really anything done about it? If the scheme is to pocket money from selling shafted customers new appliances, are they going to want to stop? And how far up does the rip off go? I tried to go to the national manager but was treated poorly by corporate customer service and was told that I “accepted” the regional managers investigation and the matter is closed unless I want to hand write a letter and mail it in. I never accepted any investigating because I knew what they were doing and wanted to make sure I put a stop to it. The real reason it was closed was because the washer was no longer in my possession. But I had taken pic of the dings, dirt and opened manual package, blue tape hanging off and all. Plus I have that AS IS sticker. When all was said and done I remembered that on the day I purchased the washer I was standing behind the lady appliance manager as she was putting in my order and I saw As Is next to one of the line of washer order numbers on the computer screen but it quickly disappeared. I trusted Lowes and forgot about it until later. That was my NEW, AS IS washer being ordered by the lady appliance manager right under my nose. They must have been doing this for a long time to be that brazen to do it with me standing behind her. But, I truly trusted Lowes and my thought was she passed that one and ordered the one below it. Not so. My recommendation is that if you bought any type of appliance for the Lowes at McDowell and Hayden in the last couple of years, to demand a new one be delivered in the box, unopened, at your door (check the very bottom, they cut it open down there to check the appliance for damage, per regional manager). Print off my review and take it with you, shove it in their faces, they know who I am; they definitely do and demand you get your new appliance.

Lowes Power Pressure Water Washer Warranty Review from Denver, North Carolina

I bought a warranty for the power washer I bought. I had already had trouble with one, so I knew problems would probably come on this one too. Sure enough, Beginning of season 2, would not start. I took it in, called the warranty co. Yesterday, they informed me it would be a $120.00 charge. There was dirt in the carb. and apparently, that is not covered. It seems the warranty only covers defects of the product by normal wear and tear. Imagine equipment that is used outdoors could get dirt into the carb. I'm done with warranties. Next time the clerk asks if I want the warranty, I'll have plenty to say.
