I went to lowes in los lunas the cashier the helped me had bad customer service she was very rude to me and my wife i just thought you should know about it because if i talk to a manager they will just talk to her and not do anything about it her name was rayanna at the los lunas lowes we will be takeing our business to another store

Service at Lowes #1968

I arrived early evening at customer service desk to pick up special order of vinyl fencing. I received less than regular minimum customer service from a young lady who wanted me to sign a receipt that said I received the items before I saw them and compared them to the items ordered. She said this is how we do it. She said walk on down there but you will have to come back here before you get your trailer loaded. I reminded her that I was a customer that spent just shy of 70k in 2015 with a 200k+ 2005 & 2006 but absent of that I expected to be treated respectfully. She directed me to the MOD whom had been taking all this in. He appeared vaguely interested and I had a special order to inspect, inventory, and load. Now it gets awesome. At the other end of the store the attitude was one of cooperation and how can we make this Lowes visit your best one ever. Joey the fork lift operator was interested in my suggestions on how we may be able to load it into my enclosed 16' trailer that was also a Lowes purchase. Katenna and Kearen were all smiles and great attitudes inspite of receiving a call from customer service announcing the rules of engagement and that I had not signed the receipt yet. Joey is a US Marine and we share Military Occupational Specialty as 11E Tank crewman although my time was some 40 years ago. I've seen Katenna and Kearen many times before as my preferred checkout is near the ProDesk. Even Taylor came by to say hi and offer help as he always does in the loading area. I have previously commented about the asset this kid is and the enthusiasm he has for creating an efficient and enjoyable customer experience. I returned to the Customer Service desk and the young lady now was on her best behavior and is the reason I have not mentioned her name. Everyone has a bad day from time to time. Kudos to the guys and gals at the other end of the store. Simply superb. As good as it gets.

Lowes in Winston, Georgia - Oh, I am so angry........

I spent most of my day in Lowe's at Columbus, MS today and I am very upset with what happened. At 10:00 this morning I was lI ooking at a John Deere riding lawn mower. A salesman name Cody came to assist and I ask him about this particular mower. He told me that this was the only one they had like it. He gave me the price and wrote down a number for me. I asked him to put it back as sold and that my grandson and I would be back at 1:00 to get it. Well, when I went back, Cody told me that this particular mower was last year's model and that they would knock off $200.00. I asked if it was a new mower, one that had never been sold. He stated that it was a new one. Which was okay with me. I waited a long time, at the cash register and finally Cody came and gave the check out person the code for the lawn mower and I paid for it. Then they advised that the lawn mower would not crank. I asked them to put a new battery on it. Mitch, who I later found out is a somewhat store manager, told me no, they could not put a new battery on it. They flat refused to do this, jumped the lawn mower off, and then loaded it onto my grandson's trailer. I asked if they would try to crank it again...they did and of course it would not crank. I asked for my money back and then I asked to speak to the store manager. Low and behold the store manager was the do do outside that flat refused to put a new battery on the lawn mower! He then told me that he would put a new one on it. By this time, I was so upset with the craziness I told him to take a flying leap and that I would take my money to Scruggs. These people have no customer service! They do not have to worry about me spending my time and money with them. There are people to actually want my business. I will be contacting Lowes Headquarters and I also plan to make John Deere aware of this. They are giving the John Deere company a bad name. So.....if you do business with Lowe's in Columbus, beware of Cody and Mitch. I spent a total of about four hours in an attempt to buy a riding lawn mower and came home without one. Scruggs, here I come!

I've had horrible experiences with other service providers in the past. I have learnt to check stores and companies out before I proceed now do to so many horrible and incompetent people in the service business out there that really could care less. I need to do some renovations and was considering Lowe's, but had no idea that this was a bad store. On home renovation shows, I've seen contractors buy supplies there, so I assumed they must be good.

Sorry you'll had a horrible experience. At the end businesses that allow employees to disrespect customers will find a major dent in their bottom line.

Bought a fridge online , first attempt they bring me the wrong size , the fridge sat outside for a day till it was picked up next morning , waited a week for the one I originally ordered , day of delivery , schedule for 12-2 delivery get a phone call it was pushed to 2-4 , get another phone call delivery won't take place till the next morning . Highly upset I sat around all day n waited a week because of their mistake . I will never purchase anything from lowes again

I'm supposed to be a truck unloader and was hired as a truck unloader. but they have me working in lumber. My hours is part time so I can focus on school. And I'm supposed to be working nights and they have me working during the days and at the wrong hours and the wrong position what should I do?

Talk to your Dept manager or HR manager. They may have put you in that position to fill in a open area that is needed and there's no truck for the night maybe.

Don't let them take advantage with your schedule if they know your going to school and give them a copy of your school schedule, even working part time is consider to working anytime you available so if they are scheduling work at the same time u have class then you make sure they have a copy of your schedule.

Lowe's will move your position anywhere needed if there's no need of unloaders that day due to when there's trucks that night. Hope everything turns ok for you.

Lowes does not stand behind what they sell

purchased entire set of whirlpool appliances along with extended warranties for my kitchen that was delivered in Nov 2015, I started noticing that it was taking up to 20 minutes to pre heat my range and that it was smelling like it was getting to hot, and had an electrical smell. contacted Lowes IN Arlington WA where I purchased them and was told they could not get me a new stove (only 6 weeks old) and I would have to contact customer care for repair. I called them on 2/6 and was told they had no service techs in my area and they would call me on Monday, it is now 2/13 and heard nothing from them. I called again and was told the same thing, no techs available, if I don't hear from them by 2/18 call them back. this is not acceptable since I have no stove to use in my house. I went back to the same Lowes and was told they could do nothing until the tech was out to look at it. (ha ha what a joke) I have always purchased everything form Lowes but will never buy from them again after this experience

Lowes in Guyton, Georgia - Employee - Jared in the Tool Dept.

My husband is a combat Vietnam veteran. We were having trouble with the footplate on his wheelchair. Jared came and checked out the footplate and went and found various tools to help secure the footplate. He was wonderful. He went way out of his way to secure the right tools to solve the problem with the plate. His patience, politeness and professionalism is to be highly commended. My husband left the store delighted that he now could fix the problem when it occurs at home. We cannot thank Jared enough for his super work. Lowes delivery service is a joke! Never on schedule, poor communication and poor service! Think it over before you purchase from Lowes! The store employees are great but delivery service is th worst I've experienced in my 45 years of life! You have been warned! Why would you want to waist your day waiting for your appliances to arrive and not have them arrive at all? Then to have the delivery service XPO give you excuse after excuse on what went wrong?

Noor Khan - Appliances Manager -- is a liar and a cheat. He quotes false prices over the phone to lure people into the store. Do not deal with this store or this employee. I have talked to other patrons of this store and they also agree that Mr. Khan will lie and cheat to customers over the phone simply to get them to come in and then he will change the pricing. He is also horrible at scheduling delivery times and simply doesn't care about the consumer.

First I want to say that im very upset because I buy everything from lowes because of customer serive over home depot. But man they gave me the run around when I showed them I found a price cheaper at home depot. So she checked online and when she found that lowes price was $200 dollars less she said ohh, please hold. I knew at that moment she would say no. It was a Power Smart 24 inch snowblower for 699.99 at lowes and home depot had it on sale for 499.99. Also lowes says on the website we guarantee price match and also beat it by 10%. Well, bottom line is no price match sorry its not the same model. I went back and forth that it says that exact model on home depot. That went back and forth a few times and I gave up. Im pissed and now im shopping at home depot for everything. Good luck with getting them to match price.
