Lowes appalling warranty services

Bosch Dishwasher model# SHX3AR72UC Protection Plan # : 0110929913069161625001 Lowes appalling warranty services. Lowes doesn’t properly insure that their repair vendors are vetted for proper repair knowledge, an inexperienced appliance repair company was sent on Dec 23, 2015 that misdiagnosed the problem with our dish washer and ordered the wrong part. It took them one month to order the part and return, and after installing the part the dishwasher starting leaking later that evening. Lowes then sent another company on Jan 29, 2016 that correctly diagnosed the problem, but found the tank unit cracked and subsequently unrepairable. We then had to wait until Feb 19, 2016 for the warranty division to send out a debit card for the amount of the replacement, we were not given the option of a cash settlement, and were locked into purchasing from Lowes once more. Finally a replacement dish washer was delivered on Feb 26, 2016. Two months after the initial repair. We are very unhappy towards Lowes customer service; they were completely void of any concern or apathy towards us during this two month service nightmare. No one should have to wait two months to have an appliance repaired or replaced under warranty. And no one should have to pay another $140.00 to have the replacement installed. After enduring such horrendous treatment. Our obligation now is to warn others of the appalling treatment we had with Lowes, and spare other consumers of the same abuse. Rest assured; we will never be a Lowes customer again. And regret the many thousands of dollars spent with them over the years.

I purchased the Whirlpool Cabrio Platinum from Lowes Just over a year ago. We had a house fire and lost our washer and dryer. We looked at a number of stores trying to find the best ones that we could. We went to Lowes and the sales lady I spoke with there talked me out of the front loaders that I wanted, she said this set of washer and dryers were much better then the ones we were looking at. She said that the washer was the best on the market and if she were to have kids still at home she would get this one because it has the biggest drum in a washer that you can buy. We were just moving in our new place so we hadn't used the washer very much. A few months after we got them I called in and had a service man come out. The washer was not cleaning our clothes and the dryer won't even take my own hair off the clothes. The service man said Lowes hooked up the hot and cold incorrectly and to try this that he was sure that it was the problem. He also told me in this large washer all I could wash at one time was 4 to 5 shirts or 3 or 4 pants and even though we have the big drum not enough water is put into the wash to clean the clothes. I put every wash on the heavy duty and extra rinse and still nothing comes clean. I use bleach on my whites and all of them are now cream nothing is white any more. I will also use oxy clean and that does not help either. I even took clothes over to our neighbors house, she has a front loader and asked her to wash the load and her washer cleaned our clothes. I called the same serviceman, he came back out and said nothing was wrong that Maytag top loaders do not clean clothes well and it is working the best it will. This is the worst set of washer and dryers I have ever used. They do not clean even the simplest marks and stains on clothes. All our clothes are ruined from these washer and dryers. I don't know who to talk to or where to go but I want a different washer and dryer that actually cleans our clothes.

Hey look at it this way! At least the salesperson at Lowe's got her bonus commission from Maytag!

That's why she way pushing that Washer dryer set! Kind of makes you yearn for the old days when local appliance retailers took some accountability for their actions.

To bad they've all gone out of business because of cheapskates like you!

Details
As a contractor, I spend THOUSANDS at Lowes every year. Recently we pre paid for some tile that was to be shipped to my store by Wednesday. On Friday I finally called to hear that they sold it out from under me. Talk about some ***. I will do my very best to not use lowes for anything I can. Looks like lowes has gotten so big they don't care who they screw over. Thanks for burn!

Lowes in Matamoras, Pennsylvania - Veterans Beware!

Went to Lowes in Maramoras, PA today. When I got to the register the girl said they can no longer accept my veterans card. I told her that they took it 2 months ago, but now it's the wrong one. She contacted a manager and the manager said the same thing with no explanation as to why. There was a long line at the register and I was very embarrassed. Other customers commented that Lowes should accept my card. One guy even offered to pay for my whole purchase. I thank those recognize vets.

Frank from 1185 allowed Carter an Asst. Mgr. to put his hand in my face and explained it that he was having a bad day. Frank then fabricated lies about me. Lowes in Pueblo, Colorado - Gift card

I went into your lowes on the south side of Pueblo, Colo. to return some plywood that was left over from my project. The young lady behind the counter was very nice, I asked her to put the return on a gift card that I already had. She told me she can't put in on the card I had. It was one of your blue gift cards, I had two other cards and didn't want another, it was making it to hard to keep track of the amounts on all the cards. I ask to speak to the manager on duty, no one showed up to speak to me. I get it my business is not important enough to have your manager speak to me. And so you know, Home Depot is not that far. I have spent 1000 dollars in the last month remodeling a rental, with more material and appliances to be purchased in the next 6 weeks.

DUDE. I was a cashier for a long time.

There isn't a way for people to take gift cards that have already been activated with a specific balance, and put more money on to it.

A gift card is supposed to be used in it's entirety then THROWN AWAY. The manager didn't come speak to you because he's probably got more things to worry about then some ignorant fukstick that doesn't understand how money works.

I built a new house through lowes in alliance Ohio well some of it the sale guy I'll just give his initials rs from the Begaining to the end was wrong and he lied about everything the lowes truck driver ask me why I was returning 6000.00 worth of lumber which I had to buy over again I told him it was all the wrong size and the first thing out of his mouth was *** that Rodney I ask him if he has done this before he said all the time then I ask him why they did not get Reid of him he said he still makes more money for them then the other sales men well he cost me at less an extra 3000.00 in labor and time I call North Carolina the main office and talk to them their answer was nothing must be their police if it makes them money it dose not matter how much it cost you

I NEEDED TO SPECIAL ORDER A HEAT SHIELD FOR MY CABINET NEXT TO MY STOVE. WAITED FOR HALF HOUR, THREE DIFFERENT DAYS, WAITING FOR PERSON IN KITCHEN CABINETS TO GET FREE OF CUSTOMERS. AFTER THE THIRD DAY, I WAITED BY ROAMING THE STORE. A VERY NICE, YOUNG MAN ASKED IF HE COULD HELP ME AND I EXPLAINED I WAS TOLD TO DO THE SPECIAL ORDER IN THE CABINET DEPT. HE CALLED SOMEONE TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP ME AND ANOTHER YOUNG MAN ALSO TRIED TO GIVE ASSISTANCE. I DO NOT EVER THINK OF LOWE'S AS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERTS. HOWEVER THESE TWO MEN HAVE SOFTENED MY REGARD. THESE TWO MEN WERE: ROBERT SIEG, AND STEVEN LAFOSS. (STEVEN HAS HELPED ME IN THE PAST WITH FLOORING) AND HE IS EXCELLENT AT ADVISING US LADIES "HOW TO"...BOTH SHOULD BE REWARDED FOR THEIR GREAT SERVICE IN YOUR BEHALF!
