We have been in to this store 3x to try to get a special order window. We had been told by Richard, that they don't make them that way. Never even bothering to look it up to be sure. We came back the 4th time and asked for the manager, Mike. He was dumber then Richard. After leaving the store, we called Pella windows directly and they said of course we can make what you want. It pretty much seems that lowes doesn't really want to help the customer. They have lost all of our business from now on.

If you want to waste $1200, on 3 lawn mowers, in 7 years, Lowes Mesquite, Texas, is the place for you! They have a assistant manager there, Luke or Lucas, of which likes to talk over you, berate your intelligence, and then hang up while you are trying to get a word in edgewise! Thats a great example for underlings to learn to be just as nasty and uncaring, about their customer base. I have spent well over $40,000 with Lowe's during the remodel of my home, and after 3 mows of a small yard this year, they want me to spend another 130 on rebuilding the carburetor on a 9 month old lawnmower, with less than an hours use on it? I have done some dumb stuff in my life, but they can keep it as a trophy of bad customer service, and *** for products! Th8s was a replacement for the last one with the same problem within months as well. I instructed them to mark my profile: CUSTOMER WILL NEVER RETURN! I despise home depot, but looks like that's where my money will be going from now on.

Why are you complaining about Lowes rather than the manufacturer of the mower? Lowes didn't make the mower and is not responsible for the warranty on the mower, the manufacturer is.

If you have only used it 3 times in 9 months for less than an hour total it is very possible that the problem is due to your letting gas sit in it for that long. If you use gas with ethanol in it it will attract water which can damage your fuel system including the carb.

Owner neglect is not covered by the warranty and you would have to pay for repairs. If you took as much time to read your manuals as you spend complaining on the internet you wouldn't have the problems you are complaining about.

I placed an order online and received all the items via UPS except for one item which it said had to be picked up in the store. After waiting a few days I checked the order online and it said that it was "Ready for Pickup". I went to the store and they did not have the item and indicated it was special order and they would contact me when it arrived at the store. I told them the website said it was ready for pickup and they couldn't have cared less. They said special order items trigger that on the website when the order is placed with the vendor and I should have known they would call me when it was in. I have attached a screenshot of "Ready for Pickup" - is there something I a missing???? I even called Lowes customer service and they said the same thing????? How am I supposed to know that the store will call me and to ignore the instructions given on the online order?????????????????????????????????? There is no customer service - no one tried at all to make sure I didn't have to return to the store and get it shipped directly to me as that is what I originally wanted and then had to go to the store to pick up something that was not there. The feeling that they didn't care was just so strong. Incidentally, I have purchased 22k in kitchen cabinets and 8k in appliances from that store over the last 2.5 months and they couldn't have cared less. I told the manager I wouldn't shop there anymore and told the customer service rep on the phone that as well and they just said "ok". There are so many complaints about Lowes on the internet and I completely understand why - there is a real service ethic that is non existent.

OMG, so they give me Jan 22 as the day they will NOW come and get my machine fixed...remember it has been since Thanksgiving(Nov 2015 that is has been broken) They call my home and cell phone to say they are coming. THEN I get a call in the evening that they are rescheduling AGAIN until Feb 10th!!

WTF!!! This is not acceptable.

My washer started to leak thanksgiving 2015, Called lowes they scheduled service with A & E. 3 weeks later, Service Man went to wrong, house, never called to verify. Weeks later, service man came and had to order parts, another 3 weeks later, another service man came and said NO didn't need those parts, ordered another part, today he was to come and install but NEvER SHOWED UP AND NO CALL FROM A &E. Now I have to wait another week for someone to maybe show up?!?! WHAT? 2 months without washer that is only 2 years old! REALLY!! A & E has the worst service and Lowes is no better as they have NO BACK UP service company for us to use. This is just ***!

Lowes - Generac Guardian 22Kw Geerator Review

My husband and I recently purchased a whole home generator from lowes / Longview . This entire process was challenging until today. We were told that the install would take a few days for everything to come together. And lucky for lowes it was the last day. We seriously debated on filling out our right to cancel contract and have this equipment picked up! With that being said , Lowes and Supercenter need to seriously thank this man and his crew for their professionalism , organization and knowledge. The final phase of our project was up to the plumber and we were skeptical that it would be any different! Right at the time they said Jack pulled up introduced himself and two men that were I'm assuming his apprentices or helpers. They were organized like nothing I've ever seen and I organize Rodeo events! They had everything they needed, worked together like they had been together for 2o years which we know is impossible. ( one young man couldn't be a day over 20 ) lol! Everything looked perfect , Jack instructed us on how to use our generator, what to do later and even left us hand written notes on things to remember! Who does that?? Thank you Jack! My mother and I had the same experience! We too purchased a Generac Standby generator to be installed by Generator Supercenter.

It was 2 months ago today to be exact.. Everything, I mean everything was a butt whipping to put it lightly! Until The plumber showed up. These men were so professional.

My mother swears the mans name was Jack but she could be wrong. I do know that the youngest man's name was Blake. Ask for these guys to come first, it will for sure make you feel better when the rest of their people show up. Just ask for that crew to come check everything when done and definitely request that (Jack) explain how your system works..

You will be in good hands!

I owed $730 on a credit card then I got a bill for $1400 saying the promotion was over. I called for extension and was told if I paid $730 within 30 days they would wave the interest so I did. Then I received bill for 703 saying I still had to pay interest and there was a miss communication

LOWEs And Samsung are a joke

Sansung washer bought at lowes will not spin out blankets. Smells like motor is burning. They will put you off with service calls when it is not repairable and when they leave it is still broken. Smells like motor is going to catch fire then they will have a huge lawsuit. I am going to make a facebook page telling everyone how Lowes and Samsung puts customers off and makes them jump through hoops when you buy one of their piece of junk Samsung washers.

lowes uses the excuse customer complained and doesn't want you back on the job to fix issue, then the say the had to have another contractor to fix it at the entire labor cost, the always seem to larger pay jobs, lowes are crooks, this is a common practice, wage and labor need to step in and fix this issue. or contact your attorney general in the state u work. we've been cheat out of jobs, and other contractor have quit lowes for the same reason.

Lowes review in Yucca Valley, California: Customer Service really came through

I had a technician come bye last Wed to service my Samsung dryer that wasn't drying, it needed a thermostat, when he left the house he said the dryer was fixed, however he forgot to put the thermostat in and replaced another small part. I called the next morning hoping he would come back quickly. After several calls everyone said it would be another ten days for another repair. That was unacceptable, I knew the supervisors were only patronizing me......I googled corporate and although it was a Fri afternoon out of state I received a quick response that evening. The next morning the manager from Palm Desert Lowes called me and offered a dryer on loan the next day, although it was Sun at this point it was still better than waiting the six more days.....I received a call that afternoon from the gal who sold me the dryer to make sure I was taken care of and that evening I received a call about 8 pm from the executive associate from North Carolina and that evening another call recorder to give me a time of delivery. This associate also offered to call me the day of service on the 15th to make sure my dryer was fixed. MY ADVICE...............GO TO THE TOP...........I think about six calls later I certainly had VIP treatment..............THANK YOU LOWES FOR YOUR SERVICE
