GE and LOWES knowingly sell junk and don't care...

I bought a GE washer from Lowe's in Jan. 2015. It lasted 9 months. Lowe's will only take something back within 30 days and directed me to GE. The washer is junk. It can't handle jeans or towels, only small light loads. The basket breaks loose and flops all over, shearing off plastic all over the clothes. It won't agitate and leaves the clothes soaking wet. Through some research, I found many people complaining that Lowe's censors their reviews and won't let you leave any negative reviews on their website. This explains why the washer had such glowing reviews on their website. The washer was repaired in October, broke again in November, was repaired again with almost all new parts, and has now broken for a THIRD time. GE won't replace it and is sending out another repairman AFTER Christmas. In the meantime I sit here again without a washer. The one year warranty will be up January 7, 2016, so I guess GE will just keep putting me off and doing *** repairs until the warranty runs out. If you google GE washers you will find many complaints and negative reviews. I wish I had done that rather than rely on the heavily censored reviews on Lowe's website. One thing is certain, I will NEVER again shop at Lowe's or buy any product from GE. Both are complicit in selling merchandise they KNOW is substandard. SHAME on them.

Really, now. Blaming Lowe's for a defective product?

The one to blame is GE. You have a year's warranty. Have them fix it. I hope you bought a cheap model with no bells and whistles.

When it breaks after the warranty period, throw it out and buy a new cheap one.

It simply doesn't pay to spend alot of money on appliances. They are all built cheaply and are unreliable, no matter what brand.

Valspar Glass Frosting Spray Paint Review

Valspar Frosting Glass paint is the worst! It is supposed to be ftosted, but i have bug patches and streaks of white and clear! Uneven spray, splatter, overspray .. next time I'm driving past Lowe's and heading to wherever I need to go to find Rustoleum.

Dec. 19, 2015, I went to Lowe's here in Goose Creek, S. C. Needed help to put up a Christmas lights outside my house:) Asked for an electrician and I met Todd??? Told him my problem. Needed an adapter for my lights. Helps so can have a Christmas tree in my neighborhood:-) First he was trying to help me pretendingly, along with your other employee named Sharon, who kept looking at her watch:-) I didn't get any efforts from him, or any help, any suggestions, any solutions perhaps!, zip!! Instead he just left me without saying this " I am sorry but I can't help you. So rude and no help at all. I was so disappointed and made my mind not to shop at Lowe's anymore. I thought you were there ready to help us. Perhaps, he was tired and overworked,? but still he shouldn't show me the negative attitude. I did say thank you;-) and said goodbye to him when I left your store:) Maybe, he needs more Orientations, more customers relationship care training. Lowes review in Sacramento, California: Delivery of used and dirty 800-series dishwasher

I ordered Online Lowes by last Thanksgiving a Bosch 800-Series dishwasher and paid almost $900 for that. About 3 weeks later on Dec 15, Lowes Citrus Height delivered an used and dirty dishwasher to my home. There is still much water, vapor, and even food inside the tub. Right after the delivery, my wife checked and saw that and called Lowes Customer Care to complain about this. It was an used, returned item; i.e. not a brand new one as we paid for. Today Sat Dec 19, I returned the dishwasher to Lowes by Calvine Rd, Sacramento CA. Again lot of headaches with that store at the check in counter: - They said it was a special order. That is why I have to live with that. My reply would be that I don't care about what order, as long as I paid a brand new one, I should receive a brand new one. With a similarly used Bosch dishwasher, people can have it with half of the price in SearsOutlet. - They said I bought from Lowes Citrus Height, I should have to return to Citrus Height, not to Calvine Lowes. My reply would be I ordered by Lowes Online. Delivering the product from wherever belongs to Lowes, not myself. I even told them I called your store-Calvine before the return, and got confirmed that I could return to your store; i.e. not having to drive to another city-Citrus Height. - They kept saying that I paid by cash in Citrus Height, so they need a receipt. My reply would be I bought Online and paid with my Lowes credit card; i.e. something wrong with their computer system. Finally I asked to talk to their manager. When the appliance manager came, I showed her the dirty part, the dishwasher door full of stains. I told her the tub was full of water and even food. Her reply would be that normal as they run water for testing. I just don't know how to say to her. She should have known that all tests should be done by the factory; i.e. not by the store. Any returned item (i.e. like from Macy's or Costco) needs to be marked "Returned". It is illegal to ship an used, possibly defective item to customers as brand new one while the advertisement as well as payment agreement are for a brand new product.

Troy Bilt Lawn Mower Review

In November while mulching leaves my troy bilt mower clonked out,I purchased it in April 2015 with warranty,it was sent out I paid $199 for mower,they said not covered and cost $169 to fix then to top it off ,it cost $76 to send back to store hmmm what kind of *** is that?

We have had very bad experience with canyon country Lowes location. we went to store on 11/9/2015 and ordered 1 blind, 2 roman shades and 2 solar shades. it cost us about $2350. thy said first they will send somebody to measure the windows. after a week the measurement guy came to our house but did not have required equipment (ladder) to measure the windows. sent another contractor and he measured the window sizes so we went and order all window treatments, after 2 weeks items arrived and contractor came to install only with 2 items out of 5 and those were wrong size. We contacted Lowes, they corrected it and installer came back and installed 3 other blinds while they are waiting to receive those 2 wrong size items. 2 of those 3 blinds where wring type too also installer throw away our old blinds. we contacted Lowes and they told us they will order correct items again and we did not hear from them until today (12/18/2015) which we call them. Sadly they never corrected the ordered and never ordered new blinds. they did not have no idea about any order and delivery estimate. I wanted to cut the lost and cancel all order but the lady said you can't. we don't reimburse because we already installed 2 (wrong type) blinds and thats your problem if our installer throw away your old blinds. and BTW even if he did not throw them away I cannot put them back myself, that's why I paid $900 to Lowes only for installation. Make it short, we made sure that they order the items correctly this time over the phone but nobody has any idea when vendor will send the stuff, they don't even give us any estimate. I'm sure it won't be done this year. Your company mismanagement created a awkward holiday for my family. they still cannot give us estimate, they said oh it's only delay but we will do it eventually. I cannot believe it, after 2 months we are still at point 0 and we cannot even cancel and return to normal life. I'll never go to any Lowes store in my life. if you cannot do business get out and close your store.

Store hours Altoona Pennsylvania On Google is wrong. It says that your store is open till 10:00 PM. you would think you would have an interest in correcting this. Wanted some roll vinyl cut asked one rep who referred me to another. He said its gonna be awhile hes busy. Waited and waited found him chatting with another employee. Still busy. Store pretty much empty as it was 10 am and as i left nothing but sales people standing around. Management here is pathetic as is their sales force.

Lowes review in Burlington, North Carolina: Poor Fence installation, No help from Customer Care

They hire subcontractors who do not call to let you know when they will be scheduling your installation. It took multiple calls to my "project manager" to even get it scheduled (over a 2 week period) When it was finally installed they left the white tags at the bottom of each board. They did not refill the holes with the dirt they removed when they set the new posts in concrete. They left coffee cups and used my water hose, which I had unhooked from the spigot due to the weather getting colder.One of the rails across the top of the fence is not straight and two of the posts on section of fence are not the same height. There were also several boards that right away had golf ball size holes through them. Even though I am supposed to have a 1 year warranty, it again took me sending pictures and multiple phone calls to get them to come out. After a week, I called and asked my project manager why I hadn't been contacted he told me the installer came out and replaced the holes in the boards, noted that my gate was locked but everything else was fine. I questioned how he was able to see that being that the problem was on the inside of the fence, of course it would be locked and that why he would need to contact me first in order to come out when I would be available to be there. He then told me that my rail was not straight because my yard was sloped and it needed to be that way. My yard is completely flat. The fence that was there before had all the posts the same height and all the rails were straight on every section. There is no reason for that rail not be straight. I also wanted to know why they continued to come on my property without notifying me first. Finally the installer called me the next morning and set up an appointment to come out to meet me the following Monday, he didn't give me an exact time but said he would call when he was on his way. I told him I would arrange to be at home that day. Monday comes, nobody shows, nobody calls.

Lowes sold my fence install to a third party contractor that, did a *** job!! They never corrected the error of 1.

Lowes- employee -missed measured. The asst. mgr. at 0740 she said she knew and nothing was done to correct 2 6ft post/Suppose to ne 8ft.

and a panel suppose to be 6ft height by 8foot. Never corrected. Nancy from 0740 came over to my condo with a worker saw their was a problem said it was a quick fix. Didnt hear from Nancy for 2 weeks.

I called Nancy back at the store In Saint Petersburg fla store 0740 and she said because, I called corperate her hands are tied. I was not getting taken care at store level. I went step by step by step not wanting to go over anyones head . Nothing...

store asst. said at the time your calling again as if iam a problem???? No one fixed the problem to begin with. No one re-ordered the right 2 posts and panel to make it right......theis is past a year now....been a problem from day one.

I even wrote the ceo nothing. The better business bureau from Carolina says oh Lowes considers the case closed??? What????YOU NEVER TOOK CARE OF ME OR CORRECTED MY FENCE FROM DAY ONE.

YOU SOLD MY JOB TO A THRID PARTY DUE TO IT BEING BUSY FROM"...HURRICANE IRMA??? Lowes needs to stand by their customers and if they make a mistake fix it!!!

Lowes review in Gainesville, Florida: Poor Service

Ordered two vanities with two granite tops to be delivered at home. Website said it would be delivered to nearest dry area such as a garage or patio. Would receive a courtesy call. Said it would be delivered between the 12th and the 19th. A few days after I ordered it the delivery people called to verify my address. They said they only had to give me a 30 minute notice of delivery. I explained that where I lived, I really needed more than a 30 minute notice. He said he would call ahead of time. They delivered it on the 20th with no call. I wasn't home. They left the packages blocking my gate into my home on the dirt driveway. I'm a 64 year old woman who had to drag all the packages up my driveway so they wouldn't get wet. One weighed 140 lbs. When I complained, I was told to read their delivery policy. They didn't address the fact that it wasn't delivered on time and without a 'courtesy call'. Not only was the service horrible, but only one person seemed to care. I won't be doing business with them ever again.
