Having a very similar problem myself...worst warranty and customer service I've ever heard of. Won't shop there anymore.

Paid $3,000 for a mower and once they have your money they don't care anymore.

Shop Home Depot friends and never buy Any extended warranty especially from Lowes. They don't stand behind it...and obviously they don't care

Ordered a whole kitchen from lowes and 2 months later still fighting with them because they measured wrong cabinets would not fit that they delivered the cabinets looked like *** knobs uneven still no results have no kitchen still customer service all they say is I am sorry we will get back to you and nothing Ughhh never lowes they are the worse my next step is the news media if no results tomorrow anyone want to join me?

Kitchen designers are sub-par and make many, many *** mistakes... Save yourself A LOT of aggravation a run quick!!

Lowes in Pottstown, Pennsylvania - Front Door order and installation

Ordered a door in March. Door arrived at Lowe's in May. By mid May, Lowe's installer arrives to remove our old door and install the new. Well, the installer that originally measured our door and opening was fired and the new guy couldn't figure it out. Now it's Memorial Day weekend and Yay the Lowe's installer is here!! He and his 2 man crew worked for about 2 hours and the job was finished. I was so happy to have a new front door (the old one only closed if you dead bolted it) that I overlooked all of the flaws. I did point out to the younger side guy installer that it looked like white caulk at the top of the chestnut colored door front. He assured it would wipe clean. NOPE. Upon closer inspection, the door was scratched, scraped and nicked up all over. It is now July 29. I still do not have my new door slab. Due for install Aug 8, we'll see. Stephanie, asst mangager along with Mary, installer receptionist from the Pottstown Lowes should no longer have a job!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LOWES ...EVERRRR!!!!!

Samsung Microwave Review

Details
Worst customer service, bought a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The microwave's screws did not fit had to buy new screws. Did not get help from lowes or Samsung once lowes sells you the product its out of their hands. The fridge we received was too high had to order a new one and this one is taking almost 4 weeks we were not told it was coming from out of the country.

Lowes does not deliver and install on time. Stove and dishwasher delivery a complete mess. Still have not received stove after a month, lost after being delivered to warehouse. DW installed after being lost twice. Corporate and local levels need new inventory control and a better level of customer service than the 3 Stooges variety. Disgusting. Going else where for needed refrigerator.

Signed a contract in April..was told they were 2-3 weeks out...here we are at the end of July almost 4 months later..roof done poorly. They are coming to inspect it tomorrow. Sometimes they came to work sometimes they didn't show at all after telling us they were coming and asking us to leave the extension cord out for them. They were slobs. Nails everywhere..hundreds..like no tarps at all were put down. They kept telling us they were coming to start the siding. No show 3 days in a row. We finally told them to come get their equipment and siding and dumpster and to get out. We have been so patient and trust me this is the short version to this mess.the contractor lied to us over and over and I think we just kept getting bumped for bigger jobs. It was a total disappointment and I'm crushed. I wanted my house done so bad. Very bad customer service..find another company.

Lowes in Uniontown, Pennsylvania - Sealer

went to lowes for concrete sealer the manger said he knew what I needed and gave me wood sealer. I took his word and did not look. put it on foundation and it ran every where. went back to lowes and told the manager what they did and he gave me mineral spirits to take it off he said its a 50/50 chance it will work. Now I find out this could damage the stone on my foundation. Lowes should train there people about there products they have no clue what they are doing. now I am stuck trying to find out what to do and I think Lowes should be responsible for there employees giving customers wrong products. I am stuck with this problem because of lowes and this is not the first time that I have had problems with lowes and I am going to home depot. This was an easy decision for me I am done with lOWES.........

Lowes Seneca SC Terrible Service

Ordered thousands of dollars worth of new appliances including a gas (propane) range. Was told the propane orifices would come with the range when I ordered it. First range arrived damaged after almost 6 weeks. Had to wait for replacement to come in, another 2-3 weeks. When unpacked, no propane orifices. Was told two weeks to get those parts in (they are available on line with next day delivery from many suppliers!) Lowe's appliance staff completely clueless and unhelpful. They cannot give you any reliable information, don't follow up, and certainly couldn't care less about customer service. I do not recommend this Lowe's store due to its incredibly poor management and customer service.

You should be complaining about the manufacturer. They are the ones that didn't pack the orifices with the range.

They are also the people that take 2-3 weeks to get you the parts. Instead you blame the salespeople who are as frustrated as you are. It's not like they can go in the back room and make you some. Do you really think they like telling people it is going to take 2-3 weeks to get your parts?

It's unfortunate that people take their frustrations out on the salespeople who are just the middleman between you and the manufacturer. Believe it or not they are trying to do their best to help you.

Terrible experience as Lowes long time customer. I will never buy another item from them ever again. We had a repair man come out to repair our 2 1/2 yr old refrigerator 4 times. Each time we called they always was rude and never showed any empathy. I call lowes for the 5th time and they wanted to send another repair person out. If they couldn't repair it the previous 4 times what makes them think it would be fixed the 5th time ? After being spoken to rude and being on hold without anyone coming back to the phone i called back again and was transferred to executive support. After not getting anywhere with the rep. I asked to speak to his manager and he told me "no you will not talk to anyone". He continue to speak down to me. I then asked to speak to a manager and he would not consent. I called the Lowes CEO office and they transferred me to another rep. She would not help and transferred me to the rude rep again after i said i would not work with him but was willing to work with anyone else. Lowes took my money for the protection plan but will not assist me in getting my refrigerator replace. They sold me a lemon and don't care. How many repair visits do it take to understand that it is bad. If this is their excellent customer service what would be worst.

Last time i spend money at Lowes

First, when we bought our house, we did some remodeling including the bathroom. I bought a delta shower and plumbing, guaranteed for life, but not at lowes. a year later when it broke they would not replace it. told me that i would have to send it back to delta. I started dealing with Ardmore Plumbing supply and they would have exchanged it. The final straw was today, last month i bought 10 hedge plants and when i checked out, the lady told me that they had a one year REPLACEMENT guarantee. 6 of the 10 died. i dug them up and drove to lowes only to be told a receipt was required. so i drove back home, as luck would have it, my wife knew where the receipt was, got it and drove back to lowes. i take the receipt and the dead plants to the "service desk" where they offer my money back on a lowes card or credit my credit card. i tell them about the replacement, she looks up the price on the bushes and it has doubled. some guy says they will replace them, and i ask her if they have them in stock. she assures me they do, so i go back to the garden center and guess what is not in stock. Lowes will not see another one of my hard earned dollars. Sorry lumber, employees do not know what the heck they are talking about. I will drive 60 miles round trip to Home Depot before i go back into Lowes in Ardmore Oklahoma

Why is it so hard for consumers to understand it is NOT the retailer that provides the warranty on products. Delta provides the warranty and if you would bother to read the warranty it will tell you how to contact Delta for warranty coverage.

It doesn't say anything about taking it back to the store you bought it from. You are at the time of season that anyone selling plants has or is in the process of closing them out for the season. You can't expect them to keep plant around outside of the normal planting season.

Had you made the return earlier in the season when they were in stock I am sure they would have exchanged them. You were offered a full refund so you have lost no money.
