Lowes Carpet Cleaner Rental Review
First time user to rent a carpet cleaner. One person who do not work up front try to help me went to the desk for help. They had no customers but me. One elder lady, one young lady both did not help me at all. Had to go some where else. No customers service what so ever. This happen 07/24/2015 at 3:34 pm my time is valuable so stopping there was on the way home.

I went to a store for an item and they said that they didn't have it in stock which is fine, but they sent me to a store 30 miles away saying that they had tons of the item I was looking for and then when I got to the store they said that they didn't have the item in stock, then they tried to sent me to another store which was another 25 miles away and when I asked if they could call rather then have me drive around all day they said that "I should be fine just driving there, they definitely have the item," due to this horrible customer service I refuse to use this company ever again!

Never going back. I understand that some stores use the overhead sound system to make the occasional announcement, but this lowes had a person on the loudspeaker non stop announcing different requests in a garbled way, combined with constant (one after the other) "special assistance needed in such and such department" it was 15 minutes of ***. We couldn't focus on what we needed to shop for, and it was a horrible unnecessary setup

Lowes - Delivery Service Review from Murrieta, California
Ordered gas range and microwave almost a month ago. I was told that they will be delivered and installed in 7-10 days. Called 3 wks later and was told that the range has arrived and will be delivered and installed today 7.27.2015. Got kitchen ready then received a call at day of delivey that the range has not yet arrived and will not be delivered and no one knew why they said it was available when we called to follow up. Bunch of BS What the f@!k?! Why call at the day of delivery? Totally unacceptable!! Lowe's Winchester Temecula, Ca. This will be the last time I buying appliance from you!!! Get your act together!! Not the first time you've failed to deliver good customer service.

I didn't notice the caulk I grabbed with other items was leaking out the top til I got to the cashier. I went to get another and had to stand in line again. It wasn't my fault the tube was leaking.

Lowes review in Somerset, Kentucky: Ready for pickup? Drove 60 miles to be told it was a glitch in the system!
I placed an internet order and 2 days later it said my order was ready for pickup at Somerset Ky. store. I drove nearly 60 miles to find out it was not there and was told it was a glitch in the website. I tried to call the 1-888 -445-6937 to file a complaint and was bombarded with advertisements from Florida vacations, gift cards you have to pay a fee to activate, and cruises! This is the crappiest service EVER! I intend to post this experience in every media source that will accept it. My business will be conducted at the smaller stores from here on out!

Lowes review in Crestview, Florida: Schedule delivery failure
Sales trans#6424253 07/20/15 The local Lowes schedule delivery of a Refrigerator to my home this PM. When it was not delivered I went to the store to find out why. I was told the delivery was not in the system, nor my purchase was not recorded. Somehow the system failed. She was unable to determine the reason. Since it was past time to make delivery she rescheduled for tomorrow, 7/23/15. Having removed all contents of my frig I am going to have spoilage. This is my first bad experience with your stores, but it is enough. Some one dropped he ball. Bill Juett, Crestview, FL.

Lowes Return Policy Review from Brampton, Ontario
ordered a custom air return Lowes told me they would call when they receive the product. call the store they told me it wasn't there and then they would call me when it came. I finally went into the store to see if it arrived it was sitting in the store 14 days when the looked up my order. when they finally found it the box has been opened which means someone looked at it and still didn't call me. I complained about it to the service department no one could care less I've spent a lot of money over the past year at Lowes and will not be returning because of the poor quality of service there.

It is not uncommon for a retail store to refuse the return of expensive items without a receipt. It is bad enough that a thief will steal an item from a store, but it is even worse when they bring it back and try to get a refund for it.
Refusing returns without a receipt is a way to slow theft. In the future keep better track of your receipts.
