Purchased a $2400 refirgerator after 3 months it started making noises. After 5th service person to my hoyse my refrigerator is still broken. The worse customer service on the planet.

Lowes in New Castle, Pennsylvania - Kerosene heater

My son bought a kerosene heater from lowes wick broke got another one same thing wick broke had a receipt they told him it was already returned had the receipt which said sale and cash and had the heater they wouldn't give him back his money called customer service they had manager call rude and *** in new castle pa store Shawn and Ryan from new castle pa store *** if you have a valid receipt how could they say it was returned idiots I hate the new castle pa store they need to revamp their managers customer service they are not

Bought a Troy Bilt powerwasher 190cc 8.50 at Lowes. Used once. Second time didn't work. Lowes says it happens "all the time" because customers don't maintain. This is my second use. No warranty. WARNING! DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE FROM LOWES. THEY DONT STAND BEHIND IT AND BRIGGS AND STRATTON SAYS IT IS YOURFAULT. THEY BLAME THE ETHANOL IN FUEL! Duh! Try to find fuel without ethanol! I'm not happy with Lowes bought 3 major appliances from them and the newest one only over a year by 3 weeks is giving problems. They sent someone out 2 days later and after he left it did it again. Please don't insult me with a $50 gift card cause doing laundry for 4 boys who play soccer leaves me an unsatisfied costumer ... And I have your extended warranty and instead all I bought was your HR departments list of things "the corporate spew " just look how much money ive spent in the past couple months and can continue to spend at your stores and I'll even throwback You $50 gift card to take your *** back and give me a new one I'm not my anscestors so beating clothes on rocks down the stream is not a rational thought soccer tournament this weekend washing machine by Friday so I'm set and I even buy a new dryer as good faith and I'm doing you a favor ! And you come out in the profit and well I get my laundry done and left happy! This isn't about money our free stuff it's my families happiness and peace of mind

Lowes in Arlington, Texas - Very rude, poor attitude, no responsibility

I purchased washer and dryer in store. The sale person said it would come on Wednesday. Then Wedesday came with no one imforming me that they won't be showing up. I made a phone call, and was told Thursday, so I took the day off. I've been waiting all day on Thursday, no one called, no one came. I called them, they said let them check then call me back. Well, that was a lie! My wife was upset and called them again. She was transferred through four people, all of them were very rude, no one said sorry. They acted like they had no idea. Finally my wife was connected to the store manager who was the worst. He raised his voice and spoked like he did her a favor, he rescheduled again on Friday but didnt know what time ! On Friday, they delivered the washer and dryer. But the washer came in in horribe conditions. No plastic covering the buttons, dusty and glass lid was scratched, stained on the button that couldnt be wiped off, its like a refurbished or displayed one. This is how you treat customers that spends over one grand on appliances? And on top of things disrespected customer.

Lowes - Can't get a business card at Lowe's Fremont,Ohio

I have been trying to get a business credit card at Lowe's for 2 weeks. I first go to the store and ask at the service counter, and they tell me to go online to fill it out. So I do just that and it doesn't work, so I call the help number. The *** on the other end tells me to go the store to apply. So we are now going to Home Depot since it took all of 4 days to get a card in hand! Screw Lowe's, Fremont, Ohio, Never again will I shop at a lowe's.

Lowes - High Pressure Pump Review from Spartanburg, South Carolina

On 5/18/15 went to lowes in spartanburg s.c. to purchase a 1/2 hp pump $159.99 no pump availible.after search n for a sales assoc. They showed 7 available but none found. I was told to go another spartbg location they had them there..guess what none there..this store showed 13 in greer s.c. so i personally called talk to jimmy n plumbing ask him to visually make sure they were there he replied YES to me ..so i drove 20 or 30 miles..guess what none there..I WAS PISSED..complained to Lynn customer service mgr.ask her to call me when she found out why that employee lied to me..no call and no replies?

thursday to pick up no show they said truck broke down if I had not called to see why they had not showed up ( I took off work all day to be there )any way they said if I had not called the on why they had not showed up they could be working on the truck,, then when ask when can they pick it up they said ,, what do exspcet us to do walk there and pick it up and carry it back here,,,,,,I said do you think it maybe fri ,,, monday or ,, They gave no answer said would call monday still no call ... By the way My warranty is from lowes which then pasted it on to Bttw warranty which then called them ,,, What a big run around and you have to call and talk to all them each and every time 30 minutes or more sometimes,, just to get thru the call

Lowes - Cabinet Manufacturer

We shopped around a lot for cabinets to upgrade our kitchen. Kitchen not too big or complicated so we decided to give the job to Lowes. We did our own demolition of the kitchen and it was all set for the new install. First off- the Lowes employees in Derby, CT are genuinely great. They try to help and in the end came through for us. Try to make a long story short.... We had our kitchen redone with cabinets from Lowes. Good cabinets, great deal/price. Ok that was in beginning of August 2014. The cabinet manufacturer (Diamond Cabinets) finally delivered out cabinets in mid-October 2014. Some were damaged or the finish was not correct. 5 weeks later the replacements were delivered. Same thing; some were damaged or the finish was not correct. 5 weeks later the replacements were delivered. Same thing; some were damaged or the finish was not correct............Just note- the cabinet installer from Lowes was spot on and he really did look out for us and told us that we should not accept any damaged- or patched/flawed cabinets from the manufacturer. The installer could not start the job until all the components were there to install, and so we did not have a working kitchen for months! We did not have any patience left and feel that we have been taken. The store manager was very nice to us and got us a 10% discount and some free cabinet inserts. Well not much could have made us feel any better at this time. With the Holidays over I was feeling that I was never going to have my kitchen back. Finally in January 2015 the installers were able install the cabinets and on January 20, 2015 I had my countertop/sink installed which was the final piece of the puzzle. I can now use my kitchen and it looks really nice! BUT...It is now May 17, 2015 and we are still waiting on one cabinet door exchange that the finish was not correct and needed replacing!!!!!! Ok Lowes.... who dropped the ball!!!!!!!! The point of me sharing this is that Lowes was not really at fault here, it was the manufacturer who shipped out product that should not have been. If you have A LOT of patience - I feel that Lowes is still better than the other BIG BOX store, by far (through experience)..........scary isn't it!

Lowes - Bait and switch in Kansas City

I purchased online a 20 oz bottle of Goof Off and a couple of other items. When I made the purchase the website said there were 5 in stock at "my" sore on Boardwalk in KCN. They called me 30 minutes later to tell me my order was ready. When I got there, it was a 16 oz bottle. I went back to look for the 20 oz bottle but they only had 15 or so 16 oz. They certainly didn't sell 5 20 oz bottles in 30 min. Manager was rude to me so I refunded all items. My next letter is Missouri Attorney General to file complaint.
