What do you want someone to call you? If you have a problem with Lowes and want to talk to someone contact them. Posting on a public complaint board that has nothing to do with Lowes isn't going to do much for you.

It's always a good idea to hire your own contractor rather than letting a retail store try to find a competent contractor that will do the work for as little as they want to pay. By hiring your own contractor you know exactly who you will be working with and save money to boot.

76 days and our paid for merchandise is still not delivered | Lowes review from Tucson, Arizona

On June 14, 2019, at the suggestion of the person in our local Lowe's store, we ordered a patio table, 4 stacking chairs and 4 swivel rocker chairs, all matching. We were informed the same day that the table and stacking chairs could be picked up. We did so. Then began the horror story of the swivel rocker chairs. From that date we have been promised and obviously lied about the delivery of our chairs. We have talked to Nick, Kimberly, McKenzie, Danielle, Amber, and a few others whose names we didn't ask for. Right now assistant manager Andrew has promised to call back after we called because the chairs which were promised to be delivered today, aren't going to be. We have lost all faith in Lowe's and may never darken your door again. Today is August 28, 76 days and counting and our paid for property is not here. Our order number is: 382111375

If you had been a cardholder for 10 years you should know when your bill comes due each month. If your bill was misdirected in the mail and you didn't get it you should have contacted you credit provider concerning your payment. Not receiving the bill doesn't excuse you from making your monthly payment.

Order placed & paid for on 7/9/2019. 5 Bali Verticals cellular shade for ordered. Due August 6th, Checked on order Aug, 23rd. Lowes services said will get back to me in three business days. Three business days to determine status of order? Monday August 26th Lowes staff (supervisor ) reports to me the order was not placed on 79/2019 with no explanation. Lowes customer service. Asked if I wanted to have the order placed again. You are kidding me. Will go to store and get refund tomorrow. LOWES has no concern for customer.
