LOWES CREDIT CARD

SO I notice there is no balance getting paid down . I have an account but cannot be pulled up online -doesn't even find it. Lowes card is a scam bigtime here why: you use it to get a discount right? So you use it and now you got to pay it off- when you make payments they charge$10!!! to make a payment by phone - so now your screwed with that alone, but wait it gets worse. SO now if you pay it out you will pay more and have no discount and pay more than you bought. SO only way to fix it is to transfer the balance to a credit card you can log into and see and keep up with. Lowes never said anything I only find out now they will not accept credit card payments to STRONG ARM YOU to have all the money in your checking account so now its a hostage situation. They make up whatever stupid policies to block you. SO you are then left with paying it out forever and paying interest on top , as well as the $10 fees every month ontop of that. TOTAL RIPOFF>

Why are you complaining about Lowes? They didn't issue your credit card.

A separate credit company did. If you are like most consumers you didn't even bother scanning all the details on the application for the account you signed. Just mail your payment when you get your bill and you won't have any problems.

If you make only the minimum payment you will be paying forever. If you can't abide by the terms of credit agreements you have no business applying for credit accounts.

Bad rule for rebate

I recently purchased a water heater and install from Lowe’s. Based on a suggestion, by the installer, I pre-purchased the water heater at a different Lowe’s store since the water heater was not available at the Lowe’s closest to my house. Since the water heater and install are on different receipts, I do not qualify for the rebate. This is a bad rule and poor customer service. Won’t be ordering again

Ordered a 96 gal trash can back on 2/2 online to be sent to the Dyersburg Tn store with an expected delivery date of 2/9, called yesterday to see if order had arrived and the lady told me to call back tomorrow because it would probably be on that nights truck, I call back sat 2/10 and this time I’m told “it may be out on the truck just not in our system yet, so call back later or tomorrow” . At this point I’m getting frustrated because it had been since 2/2 that I have been waiting for this delivery so I call the 1-800 customer service number on the order confirmation, this lady ask me to hold while she checks on it only for her to come and tell ME to call vendor money to find out where it’s at...... UH NO, I told the lady to just cancel my order and issue my refund. Guess I’ll be shopping elsewhere! Dang Lowe’s was hoping you could do better than that

Dishwasher not working after 4 visits and GE not allowing a

Purchased a GE dishwasher mid Oct 2017. It was suppose to be delivered right before Halloween. Lowe's messed up the delivery so it didn't come until close to Thanksgiving. It work for about 2 weeks or so then it stopped. Repair company came out said no one was here, 11 people were home at the time. Scheduled another time for Jan 2 2018. They came replaced a valve and claimed it was working. Tried it on the 4th it wasnt working. Repairman came again said we needed to order a motor. So when motor came in a different repairman came and said it wasn't the motor it was the water line. We replaced it and that wasn't the problem. So again repair man came Jan 24th replaced the motor. I as able to run 3 loads the next day, but on the 26th it wasn't working again same problem. Lowe's said all they could do is put in a "request" to GE to have a return request. Today Jan 29th received an email stating the dishwasher didn't qualify for a return. So tired of this run around. Talked to Lowe's today scheduled the repairman to come out for the 5th time for the same problem. We do alot of business with Lowe's through our own appliance purchases and purchases for our electrical company. We will be taking all our business else where if things don't get rectified.

Issues with LG Washer

I purchased an LG front load washer that did not drain all of the water at the end of the wash so Lowe's replaced it as it was within 30 days. The contractor delivered the new washer but evidently did not connect something correctly because water poured from the back of the washer flooding my laundry area. I called Lowe's and they aid they would have someone there the next day that they would call that evening to give me the two hour time frame for the next day. I did not receive the evening call but got one the next morning at 9:30am saying the person had vehicle trouble but they would call to give a definite time. No call by 2 so I called them. They said that they would be there between 3 and 5pm. No show or call so I called them at 6. They said that since this was an add-on I would be their last call by 8. No one showed up or called again so I called the next day. The next day I called the store and spoke with a manager. He said he would check with their contractor and give me a call back. Well, I did not get a call back from the manager so I called him again. Basically, I keep getting times when they are supposed show up show up and they just don't show or call and I still can't use my new washer. I'm pissed as I purchased my washer from Lowe's and not their contractor that delivers or installs the machine. Lowes should resolve this.

LOWES WON'T ALLOW RETURN OF TILE WITHOUT A RECEIPT

I bought 3 boxes of bullnose tiles for a bathroom project. I changed my mind about using bullnose tiles and decided to use extruded trim instead. Tried to return the tiles without a receipt because I can't find it. Lowes will not accept the return - won't even give me store credit for them. I emailed their refunds account: refunds@***.com and got no satisfaction from them either. No reason other than: "we require a receipt for return of that item." The boxes are pristine and the tiles are not used or broken. So, I'm out $60 and am very unhappy.

One month wait for Refrigerator order!!!!!

Purchase on Feb 13, of refrigerator not in stock in store, which is referred to as "special order" although it is clearly on their website. Given a delivery date of Feb. 28. Feb. 27th call informs me that delivery cannot be accomplished for two more weeks. I do not have a second refrigerator available for use. Could have purchased this item at Best Buy at same price but chose to buy at my local store very near my home. 4 weeks is 3 weeks too long to wait for such a necessary appliance, as well as Lowes received full payment the day of the order. I called the customer service number. Nice representative told me she would contact the local store and put me on hold. After a wait of approx. 22 minutes I was cut off the call. Lowes, your downward business trajectory is your own doing. I am going to Best Buy.

Why don’t you go to a local mom and pop store. Most have same day delivery since they don’t contract out their delivery. I would never buy a delivery item from a big box store.

If you need an appliance right away buy one that is in stock at the store. There is a good chance you ordered an LG refrigerator for the order to take so long.

You do realize LG is made in Korea, don't you? If they don't have it in the US warehouse it has to come from Korea which will take 3-4 weeks if its in stock in their warehouse in Korea.

If not you have to wait till more get built and shipped....who knows when that will be. The stores are at the mercy of LG and they aren't very good at communicating when the appliance will actually ship.

I guess Whirlpool must be made in Australia because it took 2 1/2 weeks to get mine when the original delivery date was one week from purchase. No help or explanation from the local store crew.

Whirlpool delivers out of their warehouse once a week. If the warehouse is out of stock the packing list will show backordered and it will show up the next week if it's in stock. Yes you see some delays but you don't have to wait for it to come on a boat from Korea.

Still waiting for job to be done

I Had Went To Lowe's In 2016 to look at Kitchen Cabinets, The Employee Was Shane Cobb That I Dealt With, He Kept Putting The Job Off Saying He Was Going To School For Home Advisor, And Couldn't Do A Job Till Completion Of His School. He Said That When He Did The Job, It Would Look So Amazing And It Would Only Take Around 3 To 4 Days To Complete. I Had Wanted The KraftMaid Cabinets, Which I Got But There Is A Lot Of Flaws In The Cabinets, Lowe's Said They Could Send Them Back But The New Ones Could Be Worse Then The Ones I Sent Back. Countertop I Got I Thought Would Be More Thicker Then The One I Got. I Told Him I Wanted Marble Floor, I Loved Shiny Floors, This Project Cost Me 33,ooo And Some Dollars For A Small Kitchen, I'm Talking Like A Apartment Size Kitchen. I Do Like The Lights They Had Put In. Shane Knew I Lived Alone , 71 yrs Old And I Feel He Took Advantage Of Me. He Would Bring Over Lemons And Oranges From His Fathers Farm, When He Knew He Couldn't Get This Project Going. They Had 3 Different Employees Come Over and Take Pictures Of What Wasn;t Completed And Still Waiting To Be Done. I Have had So Many People Come Look At What They Done For 33,000.00 And All Says I Have Been Taken, Nothing Special Like A Island Or Glass And Lights In The Cabinets. This Was Mothers Day Of 2016, I Had First Went To Lowes, Today Is Dec 31 2018. Shane Had Took My Receipt To Get A Gift Card For Credit Around 36,00 and When He Brought It Back It was All Faded Out, I Had Went To Cabinet Places To Get Prices Of Things.And Knew He Had Taken Advantage.

You DO NOT go to school for home advisor, that's a blatant lie! And unless you live in California, a bowl of oranges and lemons from his dad's farm is impossible.

May to December and the project is still unfinished is asinine. Although Kraftmaid is best cabinet line that Lowe's sells and they care about the quality they send out but if you think there is flaws, then that needs to be corrected immediately.

You can also call Kraftmaid directly if you don't get action from the Lowe's employee , Kraftmaid's phone number is (440) 632-****.

Granite and quartz countertops come in 2 cm (3/4-inch) or 3 cm (1 1/4-inch) and you should have been told what you were getting. If you weren't told report it to the store manager.

You need to get the store manager involved in this.

All Veterans Boycott Lowes

Lowes New Veterans ID Program not only insults all Veterans but now makes all Veterans likely to have their identity stolen. Lowes now requires ALL VETERANS to register and to submit information to a third party our personal information about our military discharge that includes full name, date of birth, social security number, addresses to include classification information, metal awards, rank and many other sensitive information.

Giving this extensive information to any company is dangerous and then for Lowes to give it to a third party now the lifetime issues will begin. This is outrageous, just to get their small discount.

No more buying at Lowes. Veterans must Boycott this chain until they protect Veterans.

Every time I want to buy something that is on their upper shelves I seem to wait 30 min plus. I hate the Lowe’s in Monaca. Although it’s convenient to where I live I will drive the extra 20 minutes to Home Depot. I will save time in the long run.

I am very upset. I purchased a hot water heater over the phone and sent a man to pick it up. He was not given a receipt. Then I called about 6 times to try and get it installed. Spoke with Paula Smith that told me to come in and sign a contract. I drove 31 miles to sign the contract and when I got there, a man name Gary told me that I could not sign a contract because I had to pay another 58.00 dollars for a man to come out and detail the area and then another 229.00 dollars plus parts and labor. I am so disappointed with this type of service with Lowes. I have been a satisfied customer for a long time but this makes me think another way.

I ordered my carper before Thanksgiving, but wasn't installed until mid to late December. Longer wait but not my number one issue. Lowe's did not order enough carpet to also carpet my walk-in closet. It is now almost March and I still don't have my closet carpeted! I also didn't notice at the time that two vents were not cut out in my living room. I called within the week of it being installed and staff told me they would inform the carpet installers and get it fixed. Two months later, my vents are still covered and closet still no carpet. This is beyond ridiculous. We have called and left messages, emailed. Still no carpet. I paid thousands for this and would like the job completed as stated in my contract!

Lowe's of Barbourville, WV is not safe for customers

The Lowe's here has no security on Sunday's (when the store is full). On January 7, 2018, a very drunk man (probably high as well) charged to the front of the check out line and declared that he had waited long enough. He threatened me, my wife and several others who he had cut in front of. He was dirty and smelly and got right into my face. He pushed me back and indicated that he possessed a gun. So, as good luck would have it, the manager-on-duty was operating one of the registers. He said nothing to the drunken idiot and he didn't call the police or other managers for help. But he did choose to allow the drunk to check out first. I contacted the GM of the Barboursville, WV Lowe's and received a call from an underling telling me they were sorry I had to wait in line too long. Nothing was said about every customer in the store having their life put at risk by the inaction of the store management. I am certain that the Barboursville Lowe's is NOT SAFE FOR CUSTOMERS.

We purchased Lowe's PetProtect carpet less than 3 months ago. Within a few weeks after installation, carpet loops/fibers began lifting up and the carpet was separating from where it meets our hardwood floors. We contacted Lowes and after many phone calls, they sent out their OWN inspector to check the carpet. He, as well, agreed the carpet looked awful and took a sample to test it "at the lab!"!!! His conclusion was that our dog caused the damage!! Wait.. what?? Wasn't this carpet designed for homes with pets??? Mind you- our dog is 6 yrs old and calm due to a torn ACL.. we contacted customer service again and they refused to do ANYTHING for us. This carpet is an eyesore and an embarrassment when we entertain... please do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere-- ANYWHERE else!!!
