Lowes in Bellingham, Washington - WHY??? WHY??? AND 1 MORE WHY?????

My name is Jack Winston.I became a life member on 5-15-14 and as of 12-9-14 I have NOT RECEIVED my GIFT. the COOK WARE. I have made many CALLS to no AVAIL. WHY have I not only, received the gift, but also not heard a word from THE COOKING CLUB? All i received is 3 Mags for my money nothing else. Well how bout this,in the middle if writing this company about my frustration and complaint LO and BEHOLD a package arrives a "Here is your free gift". The problem is I cant Cook, Steam, or Boil, with this FREE GIFT thats not the Cookware that I'm looking for. Although I do have the steamer basket you DID send me. What a RIP OFF COMPANY,only caring about the MONEY FROM US. SHAME SHAME ON YOU. look forward to hearing from you. How ever the Jury's Still Out.

Lowes in Snelling, California - Bad customer service

I ordered a kids trampoline on cyber Monday. Estimated delivery date was December 9th. Received an email verifying that the delivery date would be the 9th. Called Lowes on the 11 th and was told that email was in error and that the item would not be delivered until January 5th. When incomplained the gentleman said that he would escalate my complaint and guaranteed that I would receive a callback within 24 hours. I called back 2 days later and was told by a supervisor that nothing had been done since my first call and all she could do is refund my money and apologize. Very poor customer service. When asked where I could file a poor review she stated that they only offered review space for products not their company

Im having that same problem as we speak. They were supposed to deliver my washer and dryer between 9am and 12pm..

it is now 2:13 pm and i still have no washer and dryer.

And lets not forget, my washer and dryer were supposed to be here a week ago but when they came into the store someone sold my dryer to another customer. Beyond irritated at this point.

Totally got screwed over by these guys today. Bought 18 pot light fixtures at $21 bucks each. Went to install them....11 out of 18 are used or missing parts. The last guy that returned them actually wrote "missing parts" right on the box. Guess what Lowe's did, put them neatly into a case holds 12 and sold them to us as new. Store manager gave us attitude like this was somehow our fault. Figured we should be happy that he refunded us. I pointed out that's he legally had to which he didn't like but did anyway. Now we have to pay for an electrician twice and have to run around and find new lights HOME DEPOT THANK YOU. Did Lowea offer us any compensation? Nope, they didn't even offer to get us more in, they said there aren't anymore and basically told us to leave. I am going to find as many places as I can to write about this experience at Lowe's in detail, along with social media posts like no other...Yes I'm that guy, not the one you want to screw over. So good job Lowe's you got a few hundred dollars of our money and your "acting" manager at 100 Edgeley in Vaughn who was working tonight at 7:30 has cost you tens of thousands in additional revenue. Did I mention this is our third restaurant renovation?

Lowes in Round Rock, Texas - Lowe"s Hospitality

I believe that u have to go into the store instead of just calling..I had gone in Sunday and they came out Monday..I guess a plumber is a plumber and they can charge as they want. But as far as Lowe's goes I found them very professional. I was lucky to talk to the plumber pro in the plumbing department. I found everyone in the store to be very nice. Although I was just a few hundred more than I anticipated, which at the time was upsetting but, after I calmed down I realize that they came out in a day and Lowe's is not responsible for the extras that the plumber can and will charge....I believe for any appliance u have to go to the store to order not online. I like Lowe's.

Lowes - Manager Review from Radford, Virginia

Refrigerator not delivered as scheduled. I purchased new frig 12/01 on line thru store #437 in Lynchburg, Va. I live in Radford, Va and have rental home in Bedford County -75 mile drive. Requested delivery on 12/06 @ rental home in Bedford County. Was told delivery would be 10:30am - 12:30pm. On 12/06 I drove to Bedford home and waited. At @ 12:45pm I called asking about delivery. Was told they were running ~2 hrs behind. I called again @3:45 no delivery. I was told they left message with driver. Never received a call. At 4:30 I called again. Was told they left message. Never received a call. At 5:30 I called again. They connected me with a manager. He said would check and get back. He did call me back at 5:45pm and said they had over booked deliveries for the day and would not be delivering a frig to me on 12/06. I am furious. I told the manager I expect some compensation for my wasted day. I was also planning to attend a funeral on 12/06 but did not waiting on this delivery. We will see what happens. Customer satisfaction = Pitiful. I am expecting a big credit reduction on this refrigerator. Barry Nichols 1-540-480-0646

It is not Lowes or the employees fault. Yes they should have kept you up to date on everything, but it is not the stores fault for not getting things shipped from the warehouse, or vendors when they are supposed to.

Another ignorant consumer making assumptions about being stopped by a front end team member. If your that worked up over what you perceived to have happened shopping at Menards is that last place you want to shop at.

They will detain you for hours and make you sign for a 100 dollar fine and agree to never come back to the store or you will be arrested for trespassing. They do this to people all the time who did nothing wrong. I can assure you if Lowes really thought you were stealing they would have done something very similar. What the people said below sounds very probable to what had really been going on.

I only worked at Menards so I can only speak for them and I wasn't a front end team member.

However, I'd like you to go over o the Menards / Walmart complaint section and you will see many complaints of people unjustifiably being detained and fined. Better yet do a search on youtube for Menards security and you will see footage of a person who did nothing wrong being held against his will by Menards employees.
