Placed an order for truck delivery for materials to DIY a patio (since I wasn't about to load ~3,000 lbs into my suv by myself) Received a phone call confirming Monday morning delivery, then received the confirmation text message as well. Monday morning, I received the email confirmation that my shipment was out for delivery. When it didn't show up by the end of the delivery window I called to ask where it was. Now they're saying it'll be delivered Tuesday. Absolutely no respect for their customers time. If you commit to a delivery date, get it delivered!

Their delivery service really sucks. I have gone through a similar experience myself.

Completely disregarded Their delivery window TWICE. when we called the lady on the phone was rude on top of it.

Don't use if using Contractor | Lowes review from Hialeah, Florida

The contractor purchased some last minute merchandize, and I paid him the amount. Some items were not used, returned to store and they gave me store credit. Tried to use it, they asked for my license and said it did not match. They need it to match contractor ID since he originally paid for it, so now, I am out of the store credit.

What should be also pointed out is that 10% of 960 square feet at 89 cents a square foot of padding would have been a additional discount to me of $85.44, plus the over charge of the padding of $78.00. My total loss is $163.44 regarding discounts and over charges.

In two months time, I wasn't able to get absolutely anything accomplished with this company. I think they take on more projects then they are capable of handling and they give you zero insight on how long it's going to take. Secondly they are waaaay understaffed. You wait forever to be helped! I cancelled my order and will never return to this store.

My son (in Denver) ordered a Weber grill be delivered for my birthday last Friday ( in Tampa Bay). I called Lowe's and they said delivery vendor would call me. My son called and he said the grill would be delivered today between 12 and 4. It's now midnight. My son called again and they told him it was delivered and signed. by a person called "no'. The question now, does my neighbor have a new grill for my birthday. Will I get invited to their house for the cookout.I now have to cancel the party at my house tomorrow.

Why on earth would you invite a bunch of people for a cookout before you had a grill in your possession? Even if it had arrived on time what if there was a problem with it and it didn't work properly.

The real issue is where is the grill? Your son should file a dispute with his credit company if Lowes doesn't produce the grill.

Lowes keeps changing the rules on veteran discounts. This was explained to me in store (none too kindly) and also over phone (as nice as possible). So if anyone can buy on sale , why say you are giving veterans a 10% discount.? Just quit saying you are. You are only giving them false hope. If there was another appliance store within a 50 mile radius, I would never shop Lowes again.

The terms of the discount are pretty clear stating that they can't be used with any other offer, promotion, discount, markdown.... I other words the discount is available only on full price purchases.

You should be glad you are offered a discount at all. There are many other deserving professions that don't get a discount.

Ive had a repair company out 5 times, countless hours of waiting, and Im still stuck with a semi functional washing machine. I never get a call back from a supervisor as they said they would. This is not the way a so called reputable company should respond. I am thoroughly disappointed and have spent thousands here.

Why are you complaining about the retail store rather than the appliance manufacturer or the service company you have had out to repair your machine? The retail store is only the middleman between you and the others.

Lowes took my $3360.00 for a terrible Sedore stove. This cheap paint peeling, bubbled damaged product, finally arrived after a month. Lowes made me call the shipping company and supplier to fix their issue. I finally had enough and demanded my money back. 4 months later they are giving me problems and are holding my money hostage. Lowes isn't paying anyone to repair your dryer. You purchased a service plan provided by an in independent company.

Lowes is just the middleman. It was your choice to purchase an imported appliance.

If parts aren't readily available in the US they have to be shipped from Korea. Take some time to consider this the next time you make a purchase.
