I believe the reason that pay pal, EBAY & GE Capital now Synchrony Bank do this is that they want to really frustrate the customer stone wall them make up excuses to the point the customer just gives up. This is how they make lots of those “Illegal Billions”! If you go online you will also find that “The Big Four” & Pay Pal along with EBAY are trying to get “Class Action Lawsuits” Banned imagine that! Gee I wonder why? You can also see the “F” rating the BBB has given Kiana Wear along with what people that have also not received there items purchased have to say about this company & they are still doing business on the website! This is on the companies Facebook page & Pay Pal has been informed yet nothing has changed! They get to keep that money you paid them for as long as they can get away with it so that THEY make the interest NOT YOU! Holding monies is also another way they make their "Billions" in interest which you the customer should be getting. The BBB is not associated with any state or federal agency they are a business. If the company pays them for ratings then they get “A’s” no matter what. But if you don’t pay the BBB you get “F’s”. You can go online & find this out. The method of math that “The Big Four” use came from the seventh planet from the Sun in our Solar System that was named by an Ancient Greek Deity. I cannot imagine just how many “Billions” of dollars these “Crooks” have swindled & cheated people out of & they are still doing it. They even get to keep the interest on your money WTF? They have changed their name now Four Times! I really do believe that Pay Pal EBAY & “The Big Four” have people that work for them that are “Brain Dead”. They have the Philippines, Asia, India, South America amongst other countries they out source to & believe it or not the United States! Who knows maybe they will outsource to "Tin Buck Two in Space"! You can go online for yourself to find out about what these "Crooks" are doing & what they want to be doing & see for yourself just how "EVIL" they really are. I really believe they came from the seventh planet in our Solar System from the Sun. You can also thank our wonderful state & federal agencies that have known about this for years that are allowing them to *** the customer out of "Billions" of dollars made "Illegally" at the expense of the customer. I have only been dealing with this since 2011 filed lots of complaints & nothing is getting done & it is almost the year 2015!

Customer Service Review

I've been to 3 different Lowes Location and each time I'm supper disappointed with their customer service. They messed up on my orders, Blinds took over 1 month blinds didn't come no one try to find out what happen keep telling me to wait. Didn't deliver on date they promise.

Lowes in Two Rivers, Wisconsin - Bad window

Had a garden window installed last summer.now it is leaking bad!had installer come,he blames factory.cant get factory to call us.there is water all over and now window seat has started to lift up because of all the rain.what a mess!have been calling weekly,but have been getting the run around no matter who we talked to.paid almost $4000 for this window.installer also made it smaller than we wanted.i wish we would have had some family run company install this.i'm sure this would have resolved by now. Worst experience ever.now comes winter for it to freeze.jeesh!

Lowes - Don't trust Lowe's employees

Washer died, bought new washer/dryer from Westminster Lowe's on 8/16 because salesman told me washer would be delivered next day on 8/17 AM, and dryer would be in on Tues the 19th and could be delivered on Thursday the 21st. Called at 11:00AM, some kid told me it would be here. Called again at 4PM, was told delivery was entered as Sept. 17, instead of Aug 17. Wasted an entire day waiting for delivery. Dryer would not be in stock till 8/19, so they could deliver on the 21st. Could not get day off, when I called to resched for the 23rd, no one told me they didn't have the dryer. Delivery guy called on the 23rd and told me there was no dryer, that would be in later in day and rescheduled for 24th, first delivery. Called store when no one had come by 9:45, was told no dryer, would have to resched for Monday. Like I can just *** work whenever it works for them. Laundry room smells because of sitting water in the machine. I have talked to two assistant mangers who are no help at all and really don't seem to care that their employees lie to make sales. Keep in mind, the ONLY reason I purchased from them is because I was told delivery would be same day. Now 8 days later have nothing, but they have my $1300. Horrible customer service and employees.

Sounds frustrating. I can't say I blame the discouraging review. Why not just cancel the order and have the charges reversed -- assuming you used a credit card to purchase?

Lowes in Scarborough, Ontario - Extremely Bad Customer Service

Went to Lowes to shop for carpet. I went to 800 Warden Avenue location in Scarborough. Looked around and found something I liked. The display piece was hanging and it had instructions on where to find the item. Could not find the item where it was supposed to be. Looked for someone to help. There was just one guy in Flooring section and he was with a customer so I waited and when he came to the counter, I said I needed help. He said he would be with you as soon as he was done. Waited for a while and once he was finished with the customer, he engaged another customer. So I rang the button that said press her if you need help. I could hear an announcement in the store. Special attention needed in Flooring section. The guy in the flooring section came after a couple of announcement and promptly turned of the announcement and went back to where he came from. What a joke. It just happened that Manager (Elenora) was passing by and I asked her for help and she waived one kid who came and tried to help me and spent 15 minutes but could not find what we were looking for but he said the item should be in stock because it said so on the computer and unfortunately only the guy in the flooring section could help me. So I went back to the manager and complained and she said only the guy in the section could help me. Isn't that pathetic that you see bunch of guys walking around with Lowes Red Apron but only the one person assigned in the big flooring section can help you. Spent 45 minutes in the store and walked out of the store empty handed. It's extremely poor customer service. It can never happen in Home Depot.

Go to Home Depot and see if you need to wait for even 10 minutes before someone comes to you to help you out.

If a large store like Lowes has only one employee in the large flooring section, than it's a joke. Get it.

You are wrong to think it can never happen at Home Depot or any other store. You would never think of asking someone working in the produce section of the grocery store to come back and cut some meat because the butcher is busy.

In large stores employees are trained on the products in the department they are assigned to.

As an example, the people working in the door department aren't trained to sell flooring anymore the the guy in flooring knows how to sell doors. If you want the correct answers to your questions you need to wait for the employee in the department you need help in.

Lowes in Carrollton, Texas - Lowe's did not put gallon of paint lid on securely

I live in Carrollton, Texas and bought a gallon of paint and had it mixed there at the store with a color I wanted...Paid for it....walked tp my car put it in the trunk and drive 1.5 miles home. I drove easy and when I got home I went back to the trunk to get it out......paint can was still standing up, lid was off of it and paint everywhere. It took 3 Fu##ing hours to clean up the mess and it ruined a Sun-visor, car charger and the bottom of my carpeted trunk, also when cleaning up the mess it got all over my driveway ...not to mention a $ 29.95 gallon of deck paint (drys like concrete). I called the manager within 30 mins of this happening to tell him about this and he took my name and number, said he will tell someone to call me. After waiting for a call from them for a couple of weeks I decided to go back up there and do a Face-to Face with the manage at Lowe's . I met with Asst Mgr. Ronn and he wanted my name and 2 numbers that I could be reached at. So after I gave him the information I asked for the Store Manager to please call me in the morning. He never did. This has cost me $ 30 for the paint, $ 30 for Sun-Visor, $20 for Car Charger and it will cost me $200 for a new Trunk carpeted part at the Ford Dealer not to mention the 3 hours to clean-up the paint in the trunk and the hour to go to the store talk with him and get back home.....ALL because their employee did not put gallon of paint lid on securely .....I can't wait to sue their A$$...Lucky for me that I took Pics of the mess before cleaning up the mess....and I showed them to the Manager also.....He didn't even offer to refund my money for the Paint......they are going to be held responsible this time.

Wow...A Bump in the road.....REALLY....a Bump would pop the top off a gallon of paint??? ....I don't think so....not if it was secured properly at the store..............I heard Lowe's has their people reading these blogs and defending them......and No....I'm NOT going to just let it slide....I am a very fair person but this is 100% Lowe's fault what happened here ....I have talked to 2 of the Asst.Mgr's and left my telephone number for the Store manager Todd to call me about this matter with them...guess what ....no call back.............Today called the store ask for Todd, he's busy the operator said, but she took my number again and said he would call me back......Small Claims Court will be next... and they will be responsible for the damage due to not being trained properly.

You heard that Lowe's has employees on here to defend them. I don't think corporate would actually tell us to go to this site and defend them on the issues that customers have. I personally prefer to just mock people.

Lowes - Review from Seattle, Washington

I am building good sized addition and ordered a lumber package from lowes loosers. I have had to deal with one lying POS after another. I was planning on buying most everything from them because their 5% off with their credit card, but now I'm done. I had a framing crew scheduled to work Saturday based on their word that my materials would be here on Friday. Now it leaves scrambling to get stuff on Friday from somewhere else. They have absolutely the worst staff I've ever seen. Then they want to act like you're the *** for getting mad about their business practice. F#%! you lowes of mount vernon Washington.

Working as installer all should know that it is no different. Slow pay, inaccurate paperwork, rude employees, wrong materials ordered. This leaves installer trying to make customers happy when they are already mad. Only one wins and it's not the customer or the installer.

Service is null at Lowes

I have spend approximately $25,000. the past 4 months at Lowes to redo my rent house. ONLY 3 people have been of service, the rest of the store only has people looking for paychecks without working! I bought 4 sets of outdoor doorknobs with locks and 4 deadbolts and had the man working in that department key them all the same. I put them on yesterday and found out that the keys didn't work on any of them. I carried one back to the store and a different man in that department said he couldn't fix the problem without a key that worked. I live 35 miles away and this is my closest store. I plan to take the locks and knobs off, return them. I have ordered replacements on Amazon and they will be here the day after tomorrow (all keyed alike). I also left printed out instructions asking for wire shelving to be cut to the sizes and numbers on the list. When I went back the guy was gone and the wire shelves were in my cart and NONE of them were the right size. Another problem was when I tried to get a 250' roll of 12 with ground electrical wire. I had look the time before for it and it was out. They had 100' and 50 ' rolls, but to get the 250' I needed it would cost me twice as much as the single roll. I talked to the manager and she said they had the 250' in stock, I asked her to get me one and when she looked, she couldn't find it. I had to spend twice the amount to get what I needed because their inventory count was not correct. I had two carts of lumber and other supplies, I loaded them on the carts while about 6 different employees passed by and non asked to help or to get help. The store I was in was in Nacogdoches, Texas. If I never have to go in that store again, it will be too soon.
