Lowes - Manager Review

I was at the Loews in Sedalia and they had rose bushes on sale I asked the person checking me out if they were going to sprout because they looked dead she called someone and they said no they were just dormant and they were guaranteed for a year so I dug 15 holes in the rock and not one of those roses sprouted I called Lowes and talk to the manager Brian and he was yelling on the phone and said they'd replace the money but for 2.50 they wernt going to replace the plant and I said we'll have to put all my time in planting those I want the flowers replaced and he said he wouldn't do it so obviously they're selling dead plants to people that's a lot of work

I live in niles mi , I called the store in niles two weeks ago for my shingles shatow green, they told me the truck would be in later in the week. Scheduled my long weekend for my house. Warranty calls to the manufacturer are the consumer's responsibility, not the retailer. Stop being lazy and call them yourself.

Lowes in Murphy, North Carolina - Appliance Repair

I purchased a whole houseful of appliances from Microwave all the way to washer/dryer. We also purchased the extended service. What I thought was top end stuff. The Fridge - Whirlpool was replaced within a year and now we are 3 weeks with no fridge. Customer Service is lost and confused and we can not get any answers. They took my appliance to the local store and they give me no answers. When will I get my fridge back. Can you tell me. We have spent a lot of money at the local store here in Murphy NC and think that this is a real poor way to take care of a customer. Find my fridge or give me a new one. 813-625-9374.
