We all wish we had a money machine, but value integrity
Nothing but trouble from the beginning. I chose to open a credit line because Lowe's has a less frenzied feel to it than Home Depot. The shopping experience seem's slightly more pleasant. Then the true colors show as I go into pay My first installment on credit, and there is a late fee that obviously doesn't belong there. rather than bill me the correct amount , and deal with the issue internally, the customer service clerk hands me a phone number and tells me to deal with the issue my self. I complied with the unfriendly suggestion. I called the number and had the clerical error removed. From that point I was willing to forgive the incident, but then every month that I go in to make my installment the same late fee is on the bill! From the first conversation that I had on the phone I double checked my due dates and made sure to show up in person a day early or the due day. It has been nothing but a problem with Lowe's and more headache than anyone should have to deal with. My wife and I will be paying the bill and moving on. We will be sure to everyone know what happens when you open a credit account with Lowe's. I could choose to paint This company with Crude word's, but it isn't necessary. The ugly shows in the customer service. How would you correct the neglect , and over collections? go back to the drawing board in terms of treating your customers professionally. No Relationship Building / Unmet Needs /No extra ordinary customer service / disorganized financing. Why would I shop here? Mike Wright Roy Utah You have my number.

Warranty not honored.
I purchased a push mower last year from Lowe's. Along with mower I also purchased a 3 yr. extended warranty. Someone I hired to mow my lawn wrecked and bent the mower blade. Engine is running like a trashing machine. He did not tell me what he had done. I discovered the mower damage this weekend( 06/17/17) when neighbor offered to mow my lawn. I took the mower in to Lowe's today 06/19/17 where I purchased it and was told I have no coverage for human caused damage. What????? What is warranty for then? I have a new mower I can't get fixed because it was quoted it will cost $120.00 to fix it. Will never buy from Lowe's again or ever purchase large items and extended warranties from them. I called the 1-888-77LOWES service number was told to take it to store. As a results I never felt so frustrated in a store as I do with Lowe's.

Treated like thief
I've spent near 100k at opelousas, la. Lowes.... 30k in last 6months. Today i returned an unopened mailbox not unusable at newest home... I wasnt offered refund to my LAR or cash but was given a store card that i had to show drivers licence number to use.. cashiers were baffled when i asked customer service i was tild it was because of thievery and that i shouldnt be offended in a snotty reply. Im takibg my bussiness from this kinda treatment.

Lowes is not the place to buy Appliance
2 years ago I purchased a Washer, Drier, Stove top, and Dishwasher. All modern equipment all brand name. The washer was the first to go with only 3 months of use. It was under warrenty and it was fixed only to breakdown 6 months later for the same reason. lowes fixed it again. That lasted only 8 months but then lowes said the warranty expired. Then the stove top broke down with only one year of use lowes said the warranty was only for one year. The dishwasher and dryer broke down 2 years after lowe's said the warranties are expired. I am never buying anything domestic appliances from them again the total cost was around 3,000.00 they all break down I am still paying it and nothing works properly any more. the only thing working properly is my 22 year old refrigerator which I did not buy at lowes.

Screwed up appliance delivery with no notice to customer
Purchased a clothes washer and gas dryer for original delivery date of Saturday, April 22, 2017. Called several days prior to push out delivery. I was given a new delivery date of Wednesday, May 3. On the original delivery date of April 22 I get a call from a guy advising me he was delivering my order. I told him it was rescheduled to Wednesday May 3. After waiting around all morning, I call the store on Wednesday May 3 to verify I am on the delivery schedule. I was told I was NOT and that their record shows that I am scheduled for delivery on Monday, May 8. So someone at the store rescheduled me for a new delivery date and neglected to inform me. This is the Lynnwood, WA store. Apparently they have a terrible communication problem not only between their employees and worst of all with their customers. I am not a happy Lowe's customer and will definitely remember this in deciding where to make my next purchases.

I called the niles & Benton Harbor store about a paint question, was put in hold for over 8 minutes at both stores , the paint department never answered

Bad service, lies about delivery, uncaring employees and managers
Worst customer service, constant delay, incorrect information, no consistence schedule for personal, no access to area experts. Started with failure to deliver tile on time by a few days, moved to failure to measure two doors on the order only measured one, one-and-a-half-week delay, to a month delay past what initially told to get a garage door. Never being able to get ahold of anyone in any department when needed, hung up on two or three times each call in about 15 different times of trying to call. Must follow up on everything, no preemptive notification, uncaring managers. I will never shop at Lowe's again. If it was no too late to do so I would cancel the doors and order them else where.

Lowes - Customer Care Review
Waited 2 hours for tile to be loaded first trip. I am back waiting for remainder of tile,we are going on 30 min already. Will keep my buisness at Home Depot from now on. I will travel the extra 3 miles or so. Complete lack of customer appreciation! Very sad!

DELIVERY DISASTER
WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A WASHING MACHINE DELIVERED IN MORNING, AND WAS CALLED STATING THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 1200 (NOON), AND 2:00 PM. WELL 2:00 CAME AROUND, AND NO DELIVERY PERSONNEL. CALLED DELIVERY SERVICE, AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED, AND I WAS SCHEDULED TO GO INTO WORK, AND WASHING MACHINE DID NOT GET DELIVERED. MARIO EXPLAINED THAT HE DID NOT KNOW WHERE THEY WERE, BUT WOULD CHECK. I EXPLAINED AGAIN THAT I HAD MISSED TIME AT WORK ALREADY, AND COULD NOT MISS MORE. MARIO HAD NO EXPLANATION, AND WANTED TO RESCHEDULE, BUT LOST TRUST IN ANY OF THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE, SO I WOULD HAVE TO GO PICK UP EITHER THAT NIGHT, OR THE NEXT DAY. OF COURSE, NO EXPLANATION, AND BASICALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND OR COURTESY. THIS HAPPENED AT THE LOWES 1800 W. VALENCIA ROAD TUCSON,AZ.

Lying Lowes employee calls police on a false vpo
Customer with his wife went in to Father's Day shop and on seeing his ex, went to the opposite end of store to purchase. Without speaking to her or bothering her. They called over the intercom for a lock down and police came. She had called them and stated she had vpo They detained him only to discover that there was NO vpo at all and released him. The wife was terrorfied. Why is she still working there! She caused a scene at the store and caused problems over her lie

Fence installation
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The scheduling is a nightmare, customer service clueless, installation guys rude and unprofessional and the length of time till you actually get your fence is ridiculous. Top dollar for *** service. The supplies are still sitting in my driveway waiting to be installed, and the manager who assured me he'd take care of everything has to be called over and over again as they don't have voice mail when they are not avialable. I've made about 15 calls to Lowes trying to figure out what is going on and still have gotten now where. The only people worth anything are the sales guys that will charm you into that sale and credit approval. Don't fall for it, they suck

Not a honest place to do business with.
I was going to install new flooring in my living room. I usually install it myself, but they were running a half price deal on installation so I thought why not? They sent someone out to measure and do an estimate. When I contacted Lowe's back they said the installer guy who did the estimate only could do part of the job, that I would need to purchase a different more expensive product for him to do the whole job. I explained to the guy at Lowe's that I had some of the expensive product left from a previous installation that Lowe's had done a few years before. The product would work just fine to do the job. The guy at Lowe's told me I must purchase new expensive product or the installer could not do the job. I told the Lowe's guy I would do the installation and since the other installer person that they had do the estimate only provided a partial estimated, I wanted a refund for the cost to estimate or apply it toward my purchase. They Lowe's guy said he would do neither and it was to bad. Then he asked me if I was ready to place an order? I told him that was to bad.

Leaking toilet
Had 2 toilets installed by lowes installation service approximately 3 weeks ago. 1 started leaking from the water supply line. Called a reputable plummer. Told us plastic line was cracked and not tightened enough on both toilets. Also tank and bowl were not tightened properly. Will not use lowes installation companies again.

I prepaid for fencing materials that was $300. I was told somebody would assist in dropping the product and after an hour and multiple times standing in line to get somebody to come nobody would assist. Finally went to customer service and got my money back and I will be going to Home Depot from now on for everything.

Resolved: STILL WAITING FOR WASHER/DRYER
My husband and I ordered a washer and dryer on black Friday. The scheduled delivery was Mid-December and now its March. My washer and dryer finally arrived today after countless calls and complaints about a delay in delivery. On arrival, the delivery services tells us that they cannot install our gas dryer even though we paid for installation. Basically Lowes did not send us the right installation team that we needed and now I have a dryer sitting in my guest bedroom for a few more days until they can finally send someone else out. I have had it. I demand compensation. Worse service ever. I will never buy an appliance from Lowes again.

Lowes doesn't issue credit, nor do other big box stores. The card you have is issued by an independent credit company.
Lowes has nothing to do with their billing. Take a look at the back of the card or your bill and you will find the name to the company that issued the card. Your complaint should be about the credit company, not Lowes. You may also find if you read the credit agreement you have with them may well state that the payment must be received in their office by a certain time of day.
By making the payment at a Lowes store you may delay the payment reaching their office on time. You need to educate yourself about the credit companies you are dealing with.
