Lowes - Guarantee Review
Very helpful not really sure if he is the store manager but he is in mgmt basically accused me of moving merchandise in clearance price section on shelf did not honor the price and was very rude told me he didnt require the team membera to zone and if the item didnt fit basically put it anywhere o said well you need to tell them as well pull the the price if its wrong it seems to me lowes just hires whoever nothing is ever in the right price and that price guarantee needs to definitely be removed they dont honor it lowes home office needs to pay a visit or hire mystery shoppers
Lowes will not reimburse us a new warranty even though we paid for 4 years!
After a grueling month without an ice maker, and many technicians in to try and fix our new refrigerator, we finally have resolution. The New whirlpool gold refrigerator has an issue that is unfixable! Great news, we bought the extended warranty and it will be replaced! Not so great though! After I had to call Lowes again, no call from them explaining the resolution, I was told we will be issued merchandise credit for the purchase price and tax. The fridge is no longer on sale so we will have to pay another 200.00 for the same one! It is also out of stock until August! More bad news, we bought the 4 year warranty and they will not reimburse us so we can but a new one! They said we have used it up! However, if they had been able to fix the issue it would still be under warranty for 4 years! This is terrible business and I am going to have to buy another warranty and pay full price! Where is the logic that the warranty will not carryover or we cannot get the credit for one! This is once again another example of how a company could have better customer service programs! Next time we will go to Home Depot!
Lowes review in Raleigh, North Carolina: Incompetent & Dishonest
These guys are terrible. First problem. I tried to add installation after I ordered a dishwasher. They told me they had to cancel the order to add the installation and reorder it, which I thought was ridiculous but whatever, and they would call me back when it was done. Never got a call back and called them to find out what was going on. Find out they cancelled it and never reordered it. As a result they no longer had inventory. So I find they have it in a nearby store and tell them I will order from there. The guy proceeds to tell me that they can get it shipped from the other store overnight and says there is no benefit of ordering it from them. I'm told i will get a call within 48 hours for installation. Second problem. I get no call back within 48 hrs for installation. I call and I am told I have to come in person to sign a contract for installation in order to setup a time. This is ridiculous. No one mentioned anything about this at all and to have to come into the store and sign something is absurd. I call lowes 1-800 and they talk to the store and find out I don't have to sign it at the store and can do it when they come for installation. Third problem. I found out they never got the dishwasher they said they would get overnighted to their store and that was 3 days ago. The dishwasher would not get there until the following week. Apparently I find out that it takes at least a few days in the best case scenario for them to transfer an item between stores. So apparently the guy just wanted to make a sale and was full of it. Avoid these people if you can.
Lowes - Installation Review from Upper Black Eddy, Pennsylvania
Hired lowes to install cabinets, counter appliances and backsplash in april... mid june the cabinets finally went in as we were held up because the lowes contractor quit! Now we wont have counter until 7/21 with yet undetermined dayes for the wrap up of backsplash and appliance install. Refrigerator was damaged and did not fit the space they created for that refrigerator. Stove was also damaged! Nobody at store cares. We said we wanted to return everything and the manager authorized it without trying to solve the issue. They do k ot care. Called corporate and got passed around. They do not care either...been complaining for two weeks and not one call back.
Lowes - Installation Review from Upper Black Eddy, Pennsylvania
Started kitchen reno with lowes in april... we did all demo and clean up! All they had to do was install cabinets, counter, backsplash and appliances. Mid june the cabinets finallt went in....now we find the counter will not be ready or installed until july 21 with plumbing/sink and backsplash to follow after that on some unspecified date. This is a 120sq foot kitchen! Nobody knows what they are doing at lowes. The first contractor quit and we had to wait till they found another. Management could care less. Called corporate and they could care even less! Do not use lowes!
LOWES CREDIT CARD BANK
If you have a Lowes Credit Card the bank that they use is GE Capital Retail Bank according to the "Employee" on a Rip-Off Report Rebuttal Report Number 1140625. This bank that they use is the most "Evil, Corrupted & Vial" Corporation out there. If you would like to see just how corrupt they are you can go to this website pissed consumer look of Review Numbers : 483913, 397877, 403826, 408105, 478478, & 483025. If you don't want to read my post you can view the actual documents from This Evil Corporation. This bank has changed its name four times now. The names it has gone by are, GE Money Bank, GE Capital Retail Money Bank, GE Capital Retail Bank & the new name Synchrony Bank. If the You Tube Video attached cannot be viewed you can go to the video on You Tube put in GE Capital Retail Pay Pal & look for the Green Snakes you can see the actual comments made by this "Employee" along with what I think of them in cartoon characters.
Lowes review in Dayton, Ohio: Kitchen remodel disaster
Invested over $20,000 in a kitchen remodel and it has been a nightmare with this company. It has been 6 weeks and not even half done. Have not heard from anyone in over 2 weeks. Calls and emails go unreturned. Materials and tools sitting everywhere. Please be warned and stay away from this company. Our neighbors started same project with different company and have been using their kitchen for 10 days now. Lowes problem is that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. We are now searching for another contractor to get in here and finish the job.
Lowes review in Cincinnati, Ohio: No Organization!
I ordered a wood fence panel. It was a special order purchase and was told it will be 2 weeks. Ok that's fine. My receipt even states 7-7-2014 which is exactly 2 weeks also.. So on the 7th I walk in and ask for the panel. The lowes employee looks it up and tells me that it is has been set back 2 days so return on the 9th! Ok whatever So two days later I get a phone call sayin the wood panel is in. Come and pick it up. So after work I drive to the Lowes (btw you have to pick up special orders at customer service) walk in and ask for the panel. So now the kid working up front pulls up my info but has no idea where it's at.. A couple other employees that a look, make phone calls to lumber yard and no one answering. So he disappears and looks for the panel himself. 10 minutes later he returns and no panel! So what's going Lowes? I got a phone call saying it was in, I come to pick it up and nobody knows anything. Isn't there a special order items bin or area!? Who made that phone call? Did they acully physically unload and set this panel aside?? I'll be returning tomorrow and hopefully get my panel..
Lowes review in Hudson, New York: Jason Jackson was Fired!
I'm sure that Lowes "Brass" knows how valuable Jason was to the company, why he was recently fired is a SHOCK! I've been a long term customer who has spent well into the Hundreds of thousands of dollars in several Lowes stores including Danbury CT, Poughkeepsie NY and Hudson NY. There has been some hub bub as to why Jason was let go however in my eyes the reasons were bogus at best. Lowes has given up one of the Best ASM's since 1998 and I for one am very confused as to the reasoning behind letting such a good employee go... my only question is why Chris didn't stick up for him... he was there for Erik when he sold TONS of new appliances to an employee literally penny’s on the dollar.. So why not Jason Jackson!!!! I mean… after all Chris hired Jason… I must say… Chris… I’m going to start shopping at HomeDepot you ***!!! Regards, B.W

Two air compressors garbage. Third ordered they never called when they came sold out now I got to wait another week
