Lowes in Hunters Creek, Florida - DISHWASHER REPAIRS HAHA

MY DISHWASHER WAS BROKEN SO I CALLED AND SCHEDULED SERVICE, THEY PROVIDED A COMPANY CALL LAMBS APPLIANCE REPAIR IT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO FIX MY DISHWASHER, KEPT SENDING DIFFERENT TECHS OUT AND ALL THEY WOULD DO IS ORDER PARTS. WELL IT WORKED FOR 2 WEEKS AND BROKE AGAIN....THE APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE TOLD ME TO CALL LOWES AND ASK FOR A NEW DISHWASHER..WHEN I CALLED LOWES THEY SAID SORRY YOUR WARRANTY EXPIRED MAY 23RD...I WAS STILL GETTING THE FIRST REPAIRS DONE...I WAS GONE BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER AND HUSBAND HAD A MISCARRIAGE SO I WAS WITH THEM....LOWES SAID WELL TO BAD THE SERVICE AGREEMENT HAS EXPIRED! NEVER WAS FIXED RIGHT! OH AND I CALLED LOWES TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE *** REPAIRS SERVICE AND THE SUPERVISOR THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME STILL HAS NOT. I HAVE BOUGHT A LOT OF APPLIANCES AT LOWES, WHICH ISNT GONNA HAPPEN AGAIN, AND I WILL BE GOING BACK TO SEARS! THEY STAND BY THEIR STUFF.

Lowes - Bad Service Review from Newark, New Jersey

Lowes in Paramus, New Jersey, it is the worst service ever, I thought Home Depot was bad, Lowes you are the champion of Bad Service,went to buy a shed , no one in the whole darn store could help , a big *** store with no workers , when we did find someone after a one hour of waiting , Poor Miguel from plumbing tried to help set up a sale for a shed, he did not know the code to put into the computer, when he tried to call someone who works in Lumber , the poor *** could not figure out the system either, could not set up an appt. could not put the sku in every time they tried the darn computer kicks it back out, after 2 hours we left , and they ask us to come back in a few days when someone is working who could do the work, I say give Miguel a big fat raise and train him in lumber, Lowes and their corporation should be ashame of themselves , they run the small businessmen out of their business where there was better service, Lowes you suck you stinks, stop try to be so big. HOW ABOUT HIRING PEOPLE if you are building these giant size stores , you also send people to the homes to do work , and they are not train, You *** a closet door after 2 months it falls apart, you destroy my garage after putting up a new door , you tried to *** my kitchen , I am done with you

Piscataway Lowes needs to train their employees and make the purchase easier

I went to the Lowes at Piscataway at 6PM on Sat 6/28/2014 to buy mulches since it was on sale at $10 for 4 bags. I went to the cashier and asked her that if the sales will go on the next day. She said she does not know and just stared at me and then picked up her water bottle to drink. She works for Lowes. There was no other customer waiting on the line. She can call the store manager or others if she does not know. She needs to be trained to be aware of the products and sales. She also should understand the purchases are what provide her the employment. During this purchase I saw another worker opened up the back steel mash door for others to load before, and I wanted to buy 16 bags of mulches, so I walked over to ask him if I can pay at the cashier and then drive my car to the back door to load those big bags (2 cubic feet each). He said that door is locked and cannot be opened, he also said that I need to pay at cashier like others and come back to get more. When I did my first load of 8 bags in the parking lot I saw the door got opened and that worker was there helping the customer to load. I went to him and asked why he opened the back door for others to load; he said that customer has a lot more purchase than I have. I went to the assistance manager on duty and told him about this. He said only the manager can open that door. I said that is not true and he went with me to the back door, and saw what happened. He said to me what you want me to do. Why are they treating people differently based on the purchase amount? I went to Home Depot a mile away and paid the cashier and drove to the parking lot (outside the store) where the mulches were placed and load them. They made it easy and simple for their customers, plus the mulches were from Scotts, a brand name product for the same price. The Lowes brand is not recognizable. The whole experience with Lowes was very bad, not friendly and not convenient compare with Home Depot in South Plainfield, NJ. I will buy from Home Depot from now on.

On the Lowes Website, the Bristol Lowes has the James Hardee Cedarmill Lap Siding, Item # 26892 for $1.83. I wanted to buy 138 pieces, however the Bristol store only have four pieces and refuse to sell anymore than four pieces at the sale price. They have more of the same identical item in stock, but they refuse to sell it to me at that price. The sale ad did not say that this item is discontinued, or limited quantity. I contacted the Corp office and they basically told me that they did not have to honor their ads. Now they have replaced that ad. It is identical ad except now the board is on sale until July 15th, 2014. Why are they advertising and extending the sale date for a product they refuse to sale?

There could have been many different reasons why they didn't sell you more of the same item # more then likely it was going nonstocked ,probably had some type of clearance tag. The fact that they didn't sell you the other item that was similar , was probably due to the fact that the price would had put them under cost meaning you would have got the product cheaper then them.

Lowes Estimate Review

Lowes measured our patio slider at 70 inches rather than the standard 70.5. The estimate more than doubled because of the 1/2 inch. We went home and measured and watched videos to see how to measure and measured some more and we got standard 6 foot door-not custom 5.11 inches. Very disappointing!

You think that is bad. I am going on 3 months now for the same situation!

I ordered decking material on 5/11, 28 orders all paid with Lowes Gift Cards. A week later they say they don't have that color, but they have a different color available. So I tell them I will take that. They tell me they can cancel the order but it will be 5 to 30 days to get my gift cards back so I can pay for the different color.I need the decking so I pay again for the color they have available.

A week later I receive 1 gift card in the mail for just one of the orders.I called them regarding it and they tell me I need to wait the 30 days before they can investigate. I call at 30 days. They tell me the other cancellations were on hold and they would release them. A few days later I get 8 gift cards in the mail.

I wait a couple of days and no more come. I call again, and they say they are sorry, some are still on hold and they would release them. A few days later I receive 12 gift cards. I am still out 7 gift cards.A couple of weeks later, after a surgery recovery, I call to deal with them again, figuring they still had some on hold.

This time they said they had sent all of the gift cards. They did not!

I received email notices for the 21 they did send periodically, and no email notices for the 7 that I didn't receive.It is now over 2 months from ordering and I am still out another $1K due to their screw ups, which they tell me they are investigating. I may need to take them to court to get the money back that they took from me!

lowes in lake city fl is the crappiest lowes ive ever seen!!there is not any employees around to tell or help you with anything,if you can find someone they point to where whatever it is your looking for than you have to go and search for it all over.the employees there at lowes in lake city i feel are just waiting on a paycheck.also ,from what ive been told 90 percent of staff (non management only make 8-10 dollars an hour!!!maybe thats why the're not motivated!come on lowes,wake up and pay and push your employees to do better.

You are the one that needs to wake up. Shareholders only care about the bottom line.

The reason it's so hard to find someone is they keep cutting back on payroll. The few people that are left just can't walk everyone all over the store, thats why they point.
