Lowes want stand behind their glasstop ranges
I bought a Glasstop range 01-13. The glass cracked, and had white spots in glass, soon after purchase. I never dropped anything on it. Lowes Service Advantage want cover cooktops that crack. They will make you, out to be at fault. They like to sell you extended warranty's but they want stand behind them! Their service team, is the worst to deal with. Beware of wasting money on extended warranty for glasstop stoves! I am now spending my money at Sears. I want spend my cash in a poor service place like Lowes. I spoke to several customer care exec's. No help with my range. 110.00 wasted on extended warranty. I want buy no more glasstop stoves. I am getting a coil range.
Lowes - Vacuum Cleaner Review from Little Rock, Arkansas
I went to Home Depot to pick up a vacuum cleaner today. I found some on sale in the back of the store and walked up to an employee to ask if he had a dolly or something so I could get the 4.5 foot tall box to the front of the store. I'm 5 foot tall and 100 lbs, by the way. He told me all the dollies were outside or in the garden center in use and offered me no help. So, he and two other employees watched as a drug the box slowly down the aisle and across the store. I scooted by at least three other employees who offered no help nor made simple eye contact. When I came to a check out- the man working it told me it was not a checkout and the older woman sternly told him they check out people all the time, so he "made an exception for me." Wow thanks. They still offered no help with the box. On my way, out the door a customer asked if she could help me. We carried it to my car together. What a bad experience. If I wouldn't have to carry that sand box back in the store, I would return and spend my money elsewhere.

I went to buy sheetrock at lowes and a sheetrock cutterafter asking 6 of your staff i was send to different ailes and people no of your team know what i need it they all look to busy to help i spend 2 hours looking for what i need i suggest a better training i end up leaving and going to home depot where i was happy of there service

I purchased a Masterforged Grill, sink and side burners, and a refrigerator with grant tops, spent a total of 2000.00 had it for 2 years and the grill burners are completely burnt out, the flame arrestors are completely burned through, and the chrome is completely off the cooking surface. igniter hasn't worked from about the first season. yes i have put a new battery in. went to lowes they took my number and said the had others with same problem and would call me, never heard anything. went back they told me to contact the company. there is no easy way to contact them as there is no contact info. this has to be the worsed purchase I have ever made at lowes. like pulling teeth to get anyone to help. can someone please help!
Purchased a 5000 plus deck for install over a month later they have all money and I have nothing.

MY DISHWASHER WAS BROKEN SO I CALLED AND SCHEDULED SERVICE, THEY PROVIDED A COMPANY CALL LAMBS APPLIANCE REPAIR IT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO FIX MY DISHWASHER, KEPT SENDING DIFFERENT TECHS OUT AND ALL THEY WOULD DO IS ORDER PARTS. WELL IT WORKED FOR 2 WEEKS AND BROKE AGAIN....THE APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE TOLD ME TO CALL LOWES AND ASK FOR A NEW DISHWASHER..WHEN I CALLED LOWES THEY SAID SORRY YOUR WARRANTY EXPIRED MAY 23RD...I WAS STILL GETTING THE FIRST REPAIRS DONE...I WAS GONE BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER AND HUSBAND HAD A MISCARRIAGE SO I WAS WITH THEM....LOWES SAID WELL TO BAD THE SERVICE AGREEMENT HAS EXPIRED! NEVER WAS FIXED RIGHT! OH AND I CALLED LOWES TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE *** REPAIRS SERVICE AND THE SUPERVISOR THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME STILL HAS NOT. I HAVE BOUGHT A LOT OF APPLIANCES AT LOWES, WHICH ISNT GONNA HAPPEN AGAIN, AND I WILL BE GOING BACK TO SEARS! THEY STAND BY THEIR STUFF.

Lowes in Paramus, New Jersey, it is the worst service ever, I thought Home Depot was bad, Lowes you are the champion of Bad Service,went to buy a shed , no one in the whole darn store could help , a big *** store with no workers , when we did find someone after a one hour of waiting , Poor Miguel from plumbing tried to help set up a sale for a shed, he did not know the code to put into the computer, when he tried to call someone who works in Lumber , the poor *** could not figure out the system either, could not set up an appt. could not put the sku in every time they tried the darn computer kicks it back out, after 2 hours we left , and they ask us to come back in a few days when someone is working who could do the work, I say give Miguel a big fat raise and train him in lumber, Lowes and their corporation should be ashame of themselves , they run the small businessmen out of their business where there was better service, Lowes you suck you stinks, stop try to be so big. HOW ABOUT HIRING PEOPLE if you are building these giant size stores , you also send people to the homes to do work , and they are not train, You *** a closet door after 2 months it falls apart, you destroy my garage after putting up a new door , you tried to *** my kitchen , I am done with you

Want to know the sexual harassment policy at Lowes, while I was shopping with my fiancé whom works at this store, a manager named Matt yells across about ten customers and workers " hey there's my future wife! I find this very unexceptable!
Piscataway Lowes needs to train their employees and make the purchase easier
I went to the Lowes at Piscataway at 6PM on Sat 6/28/2014 to buy mulches since it was on sale at $10 for 4 bags. I went to the cashier and asked her that if the sales will go on the next day. She said she does not know and just stared at me and then picked up her water bottle to drink. She works for Lowes. There was no other customer waiting on the line. She can call the store manager or others if she does not know. She needs to be trained to be aware of the products and sales. She also should understand the purchases are what provide her the employment. During this purchase I saw another worker opened up the back steel mash door for others to load before, and I wanted to buy 16 bags of mulches, so I walked over to ask him if I can pay at the cashier and then drive my car to the back door to load those big bags (2 cubic feet each). He said that door is locked and cannot be opened, he also said that I need to pay at cashier like others and come back to get more. When I did my first load of 8 bags in the parking lot I saw the door got opened and that worker was there helping the customer to load. I went to him and asked why he opened the back door for others to load; he said that customer has a lot more purchase than I have. I went to the assistance manager on duty and told him about this. He said only the manager can open that door. I said that is not true and he went with me to the back door, and saw what happened. He said to me what you want me to do. Why are they treating people differently based on the purchase amount? I went to Home Depot a mile away and paid the cashier and drove to the parking lot (outside the store) where the mulches were placed and load them. They made it easy and simple for their customers, plus the mulches were from Scotts, a brand name product for the same price. The Lowes brand is not recognizable. The whole experience with Lowes was very bad, not friendly and not convenient compare with Home Depot in South Plainfield, NJ. I will buy from Home Depot from now on.
A manager in the outside plant department name on tag was Matt. Making rude comments to my girlfriend (that works with him) while we were shopping today. Yelled hey there's my future wife out in front of customers and other employers.
