Lowes in District 11, Louisiana - Paid for a $4200 Husquavana lawn Mower n after told one week have not recieved it in two months!

My name is Alana Creed, on May 11 2019 purchased a $4200 dollar Lawn mower IN LEESEVILLE La, I paid half n financed rest on lowes card, Its June 23 and still havent recieved my product, itll be in next week n im fine with that, Husquavarna has been excellent to me and informative. im complaining about the way store management has treated me. ive been lied to hung up on (some guy) and will never do business at that store again!!!!

Picked out a fridge on Fri and the guy in appliance section ran it through pc and said it can be delivered on Sun. Paid for it up front and they couldn't tell me what time. Sercice desk said it would take 2 weeks. Wife was more patient than me and decided to call warehouse. Warehouse said itll be delivered tomorrow (Sat) betweeen 2:30 and 6:30...Great! At 5:30 Sat I call the warehouse and they tell me it didnt come in the night before but will be in tonight. They try to reschedule me for the following day and put me on hold for 10 minutes. We can't reschedule you sir because rhe fridge hasn't come in. ...what? It wasnt there the first time you scheduled me... but ok. We'll try to schedule you tomorrow if it comes in. These jokers will never get another dime from me for something thats not in my hand.

06/21/2019 Ordered $480 worth of decking plus delivery fee. Told date of delivery was one week later. Anywhere from”8-8” but could not be more specific. Had two workers ready. Never contacted. I called close to deadline asking what was going on. Called back by employee. Advised manager and supervisor “on conference call” they can’t speak to you. Told they made mistake can deliver in three days, “that’s all we can do” cost me money. Worst customer service ever. 25 year customer. I will never return to this place again. I will be sure to share with social media

Lowes in District 2, Mississippi - Ryan manager wrost employee ever

Lowes - Ryan manager wrost employee ever
Bought a shower unit 3 boxes got base installed in concrete then opened second box all three panels cracked / broken. I have pictures after speaking with corporate office was told should not be an issue. Went to store 1 hour each way 3 separate occassions still dont have a refund and a contractor on hold with no way to install a broken unit. So beware lowes does not stand behind their products!!! Out close to 2,000.00

6/21/2019 ordered on line received email it was ready.Drove to warehouse area sat for 20 minutes till able to ask what to do.Told to go to front for receipt!! Disabled already parked so went to front left car in warehouse area. Received my order at the only place posted PICKUP.. Then had to roll cart all the way back to warehouse to load my truck DISABLED.... WHY are there no instructions on pickup email how to go about it at the store???? I am not pyschic nor are many others!!

Lowes - Its not just customers suffering, with some of the new "necessary changes" at the stores even the employes are unhappy.

First of all if your employees are not happy how in the *** can they make the customers happy. I think Lowe's will lose the battle against the big savings stores because the employees are going through so many changes. Not enough help in any one department. BURNED OUT employees, and all of them expected to preform there jobs under stressful demands. Well all I know is if and when you go into a Lowe's please understand that some of the new changes that are happening are probably due to the corporate executives not making enough cash to continue the life stile they have sucked up. Sorry Military but yes you will be effected. The employees now answer to a non-manager who doesn't evaluate employees by performance but by data. We are all under the data curse now in this world. This also means the personal side of caring about the customer and or the employee is now data commercial. Good luck getting back to good old unforced customer service. We now have forced customer service or you will be dealt with. Sad but true, I don't know how to fix it but now that we can't be sure if it appropriate to ask GOD to help, what do we employees do. I will just so you know always pray to my god like it or not. I am so upset that Lowe's has taken this (our way or the high way)approach towards it employees. YES Lowe's has to make a profit and they have to make some changes that is true. Why must you take it out on the face of you employees. Many who have been there for many years. Well all I can see is if your employees have to stay under constant pressure than you will fell and the good old company's that use to care are a thing of the past. Yes I am a employee who can't do a thing about the changes that are happening to us at Lowe's . This is just another way we are loosing that one on one customer service. Sure our meeting in the morning make us feel we are doing fair. Fair is so not good enough though. The customer needs our advice and attention on the important thing that are going on in there life. How in the name of all that is good do the employee put them first if they are worried about not getting all that is needed in there department done. Skeleton crew will never work. All it will ever do is over work the employee, make them agree and less interested in the customers needs. Well I guess another one bits the dust and gives into the tech world. In this day and age of internet sales the only way brick and mortar stores can compete is to do more with less. People are getting use to making purchases with assistance on the internet and don't want to pay any more for a product in a store than they can buy it for on-line.

It's getting to the point that about all a retail employee can do anymore is hustle to get the product on the shel and if luck have time to point the customer in the direction of where the product they want are. They day of paying knowledgeable employees to assist customers in their buying decisions is becoming a thing of the past.
