Lowes in Millcreek, Pennsylvania - Porcelain floor falling apart

Tile grout cracking and moving. Installation was 2017 from Lake front Flooring in Erie Pa. Rep from lake front flooring said Lowes grout was an interior product, before they left he said would be in contact. that was in march of 19. went to Lowes and they said grout was not the problem and they will contact Installer. No response. Called Lowes back and they said call corporate, I did. Corporate said a work order needed. thats where im at. After 7200 investment from Lowes with a result of a big runaround. I have built two houses using lowes and this is what you get A huge buyer beware

Lowes - Refrigator not delivered

ordered the refrigerator on memorial day not been delivered yet, been told that it was here and deliver on the 10th I stayed home all day while husband went to doctor, no one called to let me know that the delivery driver was sick and not able to deliver. Then I was told it would be here but this evening by five its past five and nothing yet. a call again delivery wont be until tomorrow because they are still in perriton

Lowes - Bought some blinds

I bought blinds from Lowe's four months ago. Initially, it took two months for the blinds to arrive, but the valance was missing. After talking to the store, Lowe's agreed to take the blinds back to have them recut so as to fit with the valance, but I am still waiting after two more months. This was a job that cost over $300 and my window is still bare. I'm kicking myself for doing this through a big box store. i wanted convenience and to get things done quickly...HA! All this time later and the joke is on me. Really, this is my fault but i've learned my lesson and will go to the mom and pop stores when I can from now on.

Same here. I purchased on 5/12/19, submitted the rebate after spenting close to $800 with Lowes, and nothing.

I have NEVER have this issue with Menards, or Home Depot. Not happy in Illinois...…..

Lowes - Waiting for an associate assist and tool display

6/8/2019 I shopped at the Fort Smith Ar Lowes store on Rogers Ave. I waited at the paint counter for over 15 minutes for someone to show up, even after pushing the assist button. I finally asked a checkout clerk to call for an associate, no show. I asked again after five minutes to call again. An employee finally came meandering up. While waiting 45 minutes for that person to mix up some paint to match , I searched for 5 minutes for a 1/2 drive socket I was needing. Needless to say, it was not easy trying to find a single socket. I finally looked in a tool box , not labelled for individual sockets, and found what I needed. It looked just like a tool box display for sale. I complained to the associate who worked in that area the difficulty in trying to find an individual socket. His response was, It's always been that way. That is the most lame excuse, for brushing off a customer complaint. I cornered the store manager and voiced my same complaint. He said he would pass it on to Corporate. I have always had trouble in that store finding assistance, you can't either find anyone or they brush you off saying it's not my area. A lot of employee customer training is certainly needed here. It's time to switch to another store

Why would you go to the paint desk to find help in tools? Do you go to the grocery store and expect the person stocking produce to come back and pull some steaks out of the meat counter for you. A little common sense goes a long way.

Lowes in Shakopee, Minnesota - Failed me as a customer

So I purchased a range and a power cord on June 4th. I currently don't have a working range, I contacted Lowes twice and was able to move up my delivery date. That was until today June 7th when I lost all respect for Lowes. I got informed through a email and a call from the store manager that infact the range wouldn't be delivered early however not until June 25th. As the store delivering only comes to my town on Tuesday and that is the next available opening. I also see then that the range I had ordered was now $100 less than I paid. There was two stores that had that range available that could have made that delivery. In fact the one they want to deliver the range out of is futher away than the closest Lowes that had the range also. I cancelled the order and now scrambling to figure out what to do without a range and how to get one quickly. It is really nice to have one to cook your meals on. My wife was vey upset and we both like the range. This unacceptable.

It's not like you live in a small town. There are plenty of places to get a range.

Other big box stores like Menards could have delivered a range they had in stock the next day. You also have access to appliance stores like Warners' Stellian with a good selection of appliances available for fast delivery.

And you could also rent a truck and take one home if you really need it right now. Get off the internet go to another store and get a range to make your wife happy.

This is where your comment shows ignorance. Home Depot doesn't keep any in stock, local appliance store Degroode doesn't keep any in stock, and Menards did have a couple in stock.

Now why would someone over pay for a range, rent a truck, and pay for gas? Warners' Stellian doesn't come to Mankato as I already checked. Also I would get off the internet which I have done when I was looking all over town searching and I do it myself except I had back surgery in 2017 and in 2018.

I am less than a year out from a spinal fusion. I am not Daddy Warbucks were I can just throw stupid money at problems to make them go away instead of trying to be fiscally responsible.
