We brought a GE washer & dryer June/26/19. We decided on that combination because we was told by the salesman we would get a rebate from GE & 1 from Lowes. We spent$1355.16 on the 2. I filled out rebate sent them both in only got an e.mail from the rebate center saying it was not approved. So I called them today only to be told the washer & dryer we purchased was not included on the rebate program.

Always look closely at the rebate forms for appliances. Make sure the specific model num bars you are purchasing are included before you make a purchase based on the rebate.

False Advertising and estimated arrivals | Lowes review

Details
Spent 400$ on a fan online, estimated day of delivery was 5 days later. Gave me no option to accelerate the date. Come to find out it wont even be delivered by the date they estimated.

What was falsely advertised? It doesn't seem you are even posting a valid complaint.

You clearly say they gave you an "estimated" date for delivery. They didn't give you a guaranteed or promised date.

Had a guy come and measure a job for the bathroom....to do the floors and the backsplashe and asked could it be dome in 2 weeks they said yes.....so 3 days later i get a call on job and its 680 for the job....cool i pay and sign contact just to be told after install...

the sad part is that they really don't care! They have hundreds of other customers to take your place! As long as people flock to these box stores to get *** products and crappier service just to save a few $$$ (which you found out is bs as well) things won't get any better!

Get off the phone and put it in writing. Send Lowes a letter confirming your cancellation.

Send a letter to the credit company disputing the charges on your account as well.

Phone calls mean nothing in court. You'll want written documentation to prove your case.

I sent my rebate in April 11 info says it was received May8 and mailed May 28. It is now July 22 and I still have not received my rebate. | Lowes review from Fondulac, Illinois

I paid in full 5593.00 you should have a better rebate method. I get my rebates from Menards in 2 to3 wks I have been waiting 3 and a half months for this one.

Damaged appliances delivered. Not hidden damage of boxed appliances. They were out of box, on truck. Packing ticket even noted that appliances damaged. Appliance order refused. It have been almost 2 weeks, and I am still waiting for refund!

Everything broke within two years! | Lowes review from Gulf Gate Estates-Osprey, Florida

We bought a slide-in electric smooth top Whirlpool stove, over the range GE microwave, LG french door refrigerator from Lowe's in 2017. All three appliances are JUNK. The microwave has blown a fuse 6 times and finally blew completely. The stove does not regulate the right temperature and does NOT have 'Clean'. The refrigerator's freezer door has broken and the drawer inside has broken off completely. A total waste of money. I will never purchase anything at Lowe's again. I cannot imagine these appliances were anything but second quality!!!

Why are you blaming the store rather than the manufacturer? Lowes doesn't make the appliances.

It doesn't sounds like you are purchasing appliances from the lower end of the offerings if the oven isn't self cleaning.

Even so, it is odd to see 3 appliances fail including a broken door on the refrigerator. Makes on think there may be some abuse of the appliances going on.
