We are currently working on a contract with Lowe’s for flooring our home.Not only did the bid take weeks but every time I tried calling customer service to figure out what was going on I kept getting put on hold then after 15-20 minutes of waiting I’d get the busy signal.

We have already paid for the work to be done and it has been taking so long that the install company called and asked if we were ready to set up our installation date. I told them we can’t do that yet because we still haven’t received the product.

This is the 3rd project we have contracted through Lowe’s over the last 2 years and each time our experience has been similar.I guess next time we’ll try a company that is willing to talk to us after they take our money.
