we bought an entire house of new windows from Lowe's in 2008. We paid a great deal of money for hurricane impact windows. One of the picture windows has developed a crack. neither Lowes or jeld wen want to hear about it. We have gotten nothing but a run a round. They, however, are perfectly willing for us to buy replacement glass from them at our expense!!! We have spent thousands of dollars at Lowes. The window replacement was just one project.... I signed up for an "interest free for one year credit card". They signed me up for the wrong one and, so far, haven't done anything to make it right! I also can't seem to pay it off! I keep owing more each month! If they can't resolve this and reimburse my interest payments, I will never shop there ever again!

I bought a new GE washer and dryer less than 5 years ago. I've had to call a service repair man at least 4 times for the washer and once for the dryer. It seems the knobs on the boards stop working, making it impossible to turn on the machines. This has cost me hundreds in repairs. Ordered new appliances three weeks ago and still waiting on a stove and dryer. Called customer service 9 times for any information and nobody knows all they told me was we'll look into it and call you back. I got my lowes credit card statement and im paying for something i dont have yet. Xo delivery is the worst, they left me waiting 3 times and didnt show up. Lowe's on Union Deposit has terrible customer service. No one there is willing to help you. I needed assistance finding an item and could not find anyone in the vicinity. I went over to push the assistance button and found another customer who was waiting there for several minutes. We both waited a few minutes longer but no one showed up. I purchased carpet from Lowe's in early Dec.2016 for two bedrooms and four closets for a total of 528 square ft. at the Brownsville TX store #2468. Bought a lp gas range and it came setup for natural gas. They couldn't change it over or even tell me anybody that could. I wasn't told of this when I purchased the range. I was on my own.

Three months after the signing contract, we still have an unfinished island in kitchen with no hope for completion. Cabinet and countertops rep, Linda, is never at work and, when actually contacted, stalls and makes excuses. Same for designer, Victoria. Contractors for completed work were great. Lowes Butcher complaint 186878

We went by Lowes Foods hickory today. Had steaks cut for special dinner for don before he retains to college. Couldn't see the butcher cutting meat. Got home and one steak with a huge slice thru the center and the other with such a fowl odor unable and would not cook/serve. Lastly we paid almost $80.00 for this. PUBLIX can't open soon enough
