Your card being in “great” standing means bills are paid on time. Lowe’s can halt purchases if you have too many returns

Washing machine delivery

I want to Thank JOEL and RYAN for their exceptional work they did on delivering my washing machine. Great team work bringing my washer through A tight basement entrance. JOEL hooked up the washer made sure it ran and answered my questions. I would request them for any future deliveries!!!

Didnt have my Quantity i ordered. I ordered 20 cabinet knobs and got 18

The package was awful it was tore and taped i didn't get the quantity i ordered. I ordered 20 cabinet knobs and got 18 knobs. I was just needing 2 of the cabinet knobs to complete ny order i just got 18 in the mail i ordered 20 thank you

Refrigerator never delivered

I received a call day before yesterday that my refrigerator would be delivered between 2 and 4 yesterday. At 3;30 the delivery company called to say they were running late and would call a half hour before reaching my house. That's the last Ive heard from them. It is now 9:30 the following day and still no word from them or from Lowes. This is no way to treat customers. I will be cancelling my order and will not be purchasing from Lowes again.

Zero out the outstanding balance on my credit card, and then, cancel the account. I have a near perfect credit rating, and want to keep it that way.

I would like to give a shout-out to Matthew Brooks in mill works at the lake Wylie, SC store. This is the second time he has helped us in the last couple of weeks. His professionalism was second to none. He was knowledgeable, patient and fouls exactly what we wanted. You have a great employee in Matthew, and good customer service is so hard to find.

Unbelievably *** Service

Lowes committed to deliver ordered sheetrock and float. Confirmed on scheduled day when delivery would occur. Delivery never occurred. No communication from Lowes. Unable to get remodeling project completed. Called Lowes CS to find out why and rescheduled for another day/time. Rescheduled day/time came and went, no delivery, no communication. Unable to get remodeling project completed. Called CS, I was told Lowes arbitrarily changed delivery date/time without confirming with change with me. CS was unable to get delivery done on day originally scheduled. So, requested refund of order and cancel delivery.

User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from Lowes, and especially don't have them deliver anything-- they do not care about customer service.

No one available to help me Brionna in customer service paged manager several times. Rosie, the front manager was arrogant when I tried to get her help

COMPLAINT

A few months back my wife applied for a Lowes credit card. The next day decided not to get it and canceled the request. Later on Lowes turned in a negative review on our credit. Our credit score took a big hit. We never even received a card from Lowes.We have danced with this problem for months and every time we get the run around. They may not need a great credit score , but we sure damn need it. Still Months later we have been not helped. I guess our next step is legal.. the next day decided ag

Look, Lowes DOES NOT issue the cards. It's Synchrony. How did your credit take a hit, the hard inquiry? If so, that's how this works.

I don't think this bank cares about your and your threat to go legal.

All they'll do is point you to the terms YOU accepted and send you to your room. Next time, THINK things through before agreeing to terms and you should be fine.

Still waiting after 3 1/2 months for order

Ordered custom door July 7 2021 still waiting it is now the end of sept. They have processed my cc 20 times and then reversed it .I have also been given 18 different delivery dates still the latest was today 9/27. and OOPS they still can not find the Door.

Because your lousy delivery company changed my time without permission

the delivery guys turned out to be great but Lowes did not tell us at all that they delivery couldnt install it.i hate Lowes.
