You are probably be better off having not ordered the blind. It is unfortunate that the person who should have been in the blind department called in sick.

It sounds like they were trying to have someone from paint help but as you said, they had 5 customers waiting there as well. At some point they may have had someone available to help you but as they don't normally sell blinds would they have fumbled through the order and would it have been correct?

Would you expect the person stocking produce in the grocery store to be able to run back to the meat counter and cut you a steak? They should have explained that the person who should have been in blinds called in sick and given you the option of coming back another day or waiting for someone that "might" be able to help you.

Once again Lowes rebate center said on line paperwork submission was incorrect. This has occured before and resubmitting same detailed info comes back product (paint) and now washer/dryer arenot elgible! Why are we given rebate info at purchase only to have it said to be wrong. A system which is difficult to use is not worth the trouble. No more rebates. No more Lowes.

Lowes in Murray, Kentucky - Countertops BAD EXPERIENCE

I decided to get three quotes for new countertops for my kitchen and bath. Two companies came out and measured and gave me quotes within 48 hours FREE OF CHARGE. Lowe's on the other hand was a very different experience. First, it took me three trips to Lowe's to even find a salesperson to help me. Second, Lowe's charged me $75 just to send a guy out to measure PLUS It's been a week and I still don't have a quote from Lowe's! By the time I get a quote from Lowe's I could have already had my countertops installed!

Lowes - Wrong days of delivery or no delivery at all

Delivery scheduled on the 9/6/2019, tenant stayed all day at home , in fact delivery done the 9/7/2019 so, nobody at home...second delivery scheduled the next Wednesday and nothing, no truck...Called for a new delivery, waited 30mn and 45mn: they hanged up the phone twice. So, I have to do it again... Next time: HOME DEPOT.

I had one window priced out at $1000 on June 27th 2019. Paid in full and as of Sept. 1st 2019 no call no window. But they have my money. I had a contract that said all work would be done no later then Aug....

Lowes in Blaine, Minnesota - Rebate

Details
Rebate never received, but Lowe’s claimed it was used and spent. I purchased a $2500 John Deere lawn mower with the entire intent of using the $250 rebate on a bagger for the mower. There were other promotions, such as a trailer, but I waited for the rebate offer because I wanted a bagger. They can give very little info on the gift card except it was sent to my address 8/20 and used in Blaine on 8/25. I have store much closer and would not go to Blaine. 240.50 was used, which seems very intentional, as they would never have to provide any info. Lowe’s will do NOTHING. Several phone calls I have made with false promises. I am out $250!.
