Carpet nightmare lowes

lowes in Gautier, MS 39553 has zero customer service and little or no concern for their customers or concerns. It was a nightmare getting carpeting from them, the price given originally was wrong the new price was given was wrong ended up paying more than original quoted worked with 3 different people no one had a clue what they we're doing! I e-mail them my complant over 2 weeks ago with no responce You can be sure we will be taking our business someplace else! I don't feel you can trust them to give a honest price!

Lowes Customer Sercice is too time consuming

They think like it's not their problem. They don't call me to update the status and when ever I call they don't have an improved status. It's been 24 hours I don't have my money and merchandise. Very poor way of treating a customer who spent #3000 dollars in this economy. I went to Lowe's in Laurel,MD and bought $200 worth of furniture. Wanted to get out quickly and chose to use SELFCHECKOUT. I use 2 store credit cards successfully and wanted to pay remaining with my credit card. System suddenly froze. I called customerservice and found out that the money was deducted from my store cards but they can't complete the transaction. I was pissed. I said I don't want anything, give my money back. They are working with the accounting to put money back to my card.

Lowes in Suffolk, Virginia - Did not notify me

I went to Lowe's in Emporia three times to buy roofing shigles for my house in a two week period. No manager or saleperson said anything about the tax break card, if you send over $500.00 dollar until I made my last purchase for the shigles at the end. I bought $800.00 dollars of shigles first, then when back and bought $300.00 dollars , and last I bought the third time $85.00 dollars of shingles and the sales told me there was a tax break card you could have put the money on and got 10% back.

All you have to do is go in with all your receipts have them refund/rebill onto the tax credit card. Im 99% percent sure that they will do that for you, how ever they do have this card advertised on tv, in ads and they have a display right by the front entrance. U have to look at this way the average store has 500 customers per day, is it really reasonable to ask every single to purchase the tax credit gift card?

Yes, I am fighting with Lowes to get my money back. I was going to have them do my kitchen but they couldn't show up on any date or get a date straight for me to take off from work.

they damage my house, one of their so called installers couldn't put temporary faucet in one try. It took 3 tries and then he cut a plastic line and flooded my kitchen, water pour down to through the ceiling into the laundry room, etc. The day they were to start at 8 AM no one showed up and by 10:30 I called and finally they sent one guy & his wife showed up at 11:50 AM & stayed until 4PM taking out some of the Cabinets. But that was after he had to decide if he would take the job or not.

He came back with his son, who was around 10 years old and I was told by witnesses that he had the child using a saw cutting wood for him. The so called plumbers cut off my vent pipe to the roof for the sewer chases and connected the new kitchen drain to it. I threw fit when I got home and fired them. I am still trying to get all my money back.

They want me to pay for a bad job of dry walling where they threw my insulation in the dumpster and put none in the wall. I was suppose to have a special offer that weekend on financing getting 10% off and 0% interest for 24 months. Now they say or no it was either or. How stupid do they think I am why would I take a 10% off and pay 26% interest rate when I had the money to pay cash we discuss this in her office.

You all know they make you pay in full before they start your job, now I know why. Since they have to refund money they are changing their tune on the financing which come to almost $500.00 for May, June & July 2018.

So yes Lowes rakes the customers over the coals and yes I am going to yell about the horrible and disrespectful treatment I received from the Northwest Store Contract in Cincinnati,Ohio. Maybe if the contracts were real craftsmen and knew how to do their job the customers wouldn't be screaming about being cheated out of their hard earned money.

Call the manager (store manager) explain what you just wrote here and ask what he plans to do for you. If he says nothing ask for his market directors number.

Likely he will ask you what you think is fair. 50% is a nice square number. It hits the stores margin so they make nothing. Be polite and play the politics game.

Dont be satisfied until you get the number you want. remember you are the customer with the signed contract that they failed to produce upon. Dont mention legal action or they will not talk.

As a manager of the front end of lowes i do understand that its frustrating when there is not enough cashiers to accomodate the business that we get on a daily basis. The front end has more turn over in employees than anywhere else in the store.

This year lowes waited till the end of feburary to allow us to hire our seasonal employees due to the economy. Therefore we hope that everyone can be patient with is as we gear up for our aprimg season. We only have the ability at mu store to have one cashier on the garden center at my store as well. To expediate your check out in the future i would suggest onstead of pushing your cart inside ask a associate working in the garden center to invoice your order for you.

That way you only have to give your phone number at any register.

Then you would be able to go back to the garden center and go out with your cart. Hope thia helps

Lowes in Maysville, Kentucky - The employees treat u like ***.

When u go to lowes and u can't find what u need. Then ask for help, they treat u like *** when u tell them u have a double wide. I buy alot at lowes. I know that there is a differsant in some things in a house then a double wide. You can make alot of things work. I don't have a problem with any of the products at lowes, just the way they treat u when they know it goes on a double wide. The employees treat u like they don't want to help u no more.

im not surew what lowes store your shopping atbut i can tell you as a lowes employee it make no difference to us what you live in....if your there to purchase something we are there to help. I know that most of us have worked at my sotre for several years but i can tell you i still dont know every single item that our store carries

I purchased a fridge from Lowes 2 1/2 months ago and I still don't have it!!!! Funny thing is that they had no problem charging my credit card.

As of today (1/10/12) they still cant give me a delivery date!!! They just lost another customer

Lowes in Des Plaines, Illinois - Lowe's Extended Service Warranty

I purchased a Troy Built snowblower in December 09 with the 3 year service plan for $99. It states on the brochure that I was given with my receipt, that if service is need "an in-home service appointment" can be scheduled. Ha! When I called the number on the brochure I was told my $599.00 snowblower was not covered. It only covers items over $899.00. Plus, pick and delivery of the snowblower to a repair shop is not covered. I live in Aurora, IL and they wanted me to haul this enormous snowblower to Westmont, IL. BTW - the location is Lowe's in Oswego, IL. I hope they are satisfied with the $700 they got out of me because I will never, ever buy so much as a nail at Lowe's again. I'm also telling all my friends, family and neighbors to never shop at Lowe's.

Joke's on you. "3-yr service plan" is year THREE only.

The mfr warranty is TWO years. If your snowblower is still within the first two years, bring it to the closest authorized Troy Bilt service center. You were had.

"Satisfied Lowes Shopper" sounds like the plan administrator. Your coverage in year three is exactly same as mfr.

It clearly states in the extended warranty brochure that in-home service is only available for products over $899. Lowe's still covers your purchase, but you will have to bring the snowblower into the store to get it repaired.

One hundred percent of the parts and labor will be covered. The reason the warranties at Lowe's are relatively inexpensive is because we don't offer in-home service on all products. If you were able to haul the snowblower home, you should be able to haul it back for repairs.

If you had not purchased a warranty, the price to get the snowblower fixed would have been outrageous. I would count your blessings.
