Lowes in Genoa, Michigan - Filled out rebate online, nothing happens when click "submit"

Been trying for days to submit the 11 percent stuff, have 5 receipts. Nothing happens when I click submit. Double checked today on to see status, nothing, so the ones ive been trying to submit aren't being received. purchase date 4-22-19, today is 4-28-19, so ive tried like 6 times now. Lowes in general seems to be going downhill, at least my store is. Very dirty store anymore & staff like a rotating door last few months. BTW im a long time customer who flips houses, only use lowes mostly for the 5% off credit card. Got to admit we are becoming pretty tired of the un-knowing staff these days, store is run-down, and now this rebate submission hassle particularly after reading other dis heartening stories.

Submit using CHROME search engine and it should work. I was having the same issue and when I used CHROME it worked.

I have indeed called. The rather uncaring /casual about it customer service guy says lots of people have been having this problem, just keep trying.

I asked for how to send it in, he gave me a link to a form, and then said don't send it till the deadline is getting close. the link will work eventually.

So I have tried about 40 times since. Im thinking there must be a purposeful delay, so they don't get swamped with these, I don't know.

If you would read their FAQs section you would see that it says it could take up to two weeks from the time you submit a rebate online for it to appear under Rebate Status. It took about two weeks for mine to appear and they did yesterday.

Yesterday it said it was processing and today it says rebate sent. That's a *** of a lot quicker than rebates I've submitted to other companies!

Same thing for me this morning. I have everything filled out and when I click "Submit" absolutely nothing happens. I have several receipts to enter and looking for a solution.

Purchased two storm doors from Lowes on 3/20/19 during the 11% rebate program. Submitted the 11% rebate request online that same day. Total eligible receipt after discounts was $759.92. Just got our "rebate" back in the amount of $.75. We spend way too much money at Lowes for this kind of BS.

Were the doors in stock? Did you have them installed? If you look at the fine print on their rebate form you will find that special ordered products and installations are items not included in their rebate.

Lowes - Rebate scam

After purchase of large amount of floor tile my receipt claimed to file a rebate , which I did. Now lowes claims it does not qualify but the receipt or the sales person never said so during the purchase. After years of shopping at lowes I have made my last purchase. Your company should be ashamed to be a part of a scam.

When applying for a rebate or warranty anywhere, not just lowes, ALWAYS read the fine print. as a customer we are responsible for making our purchases.

Was the floor tile in stock or did you have to order it? If you read the fine print on the rebate form you will see that special order items are not included in their rebate.

Lowes - Faucet Stolen off Porch

I rarely buy anything from Lowes, but I purchased a $700 Moen Faucet which was supposedly put on my porch by Fed Ex, but never seen by us. Now, Lowes wants me to sign a $50 Appeasement Agreement, I am a 20 year cardholder. I am not joking, no one at Lowes could care less.

That's strange.....why would FedEx leave something that valuable on your front porch without making someone sign for it? They should at least have called and found out when you would be home so that they you could be home when they would deliver it.

Or you could have told them to leave it with a neighbor until you got home.

That's why the United States Postal Service leaves slips in your mailbox saying that you have to go pick up your package at the post office. They don't want to leave anything that could be stolen.

You're not a 20 year cardholder with Lowe's. There's been about 9 different banks offering Lowe's cards in that time period.

Guess what? They aren't responsible for your stolen package either.

How is it Lowes fault that a package was stolen off your porch? Watch the news, it happens all the time.

I don't know that ordering a $700 item and having it delivered to your porch is a good idea. You would have been better off picking it up at the store.

I paid 35 dollars for flooring to be measured and another for backsplash to be measured in kitchen and bathroom. I went to Lowe’s to pick out the product I wanted and never received a call on the estimate. I called several times and each time I was told they would get back to me. That was two months ago. I called to speak with manager to complain and he just said I’ll have them call you. They called but didn’t leave a message. I will go further up the chain. I will get my 70 dollars back. That is ridiculous. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. So buyers beware!!!

Lowes - Cannot submit rebate form online

I bought $17,300.00 worth of kitchen cabinets at Lowe's. The store clerk told me to submit the rebate form online because that was the fastest way to get my rebate. After several attempts to submit form it would not go through. I called customer service & they could not figure out the problem. They told me to mail the form with receipt. So much for technical support. Now I have to send it "snail mail" and I have no idea how long this will take.

They schedule a 5 hour window for delivery with no call to narrow the window, I have waited 5 full hours and they are still not here.. How do you pay for a service that fails their customers... I have called several times to be put off again with sorry the driver is running late with NO new window.. This is not the way to treat paying customer that wasted their entire day.,... I am truly converting back to Home Depo where the services and value of customers are well treated....

Do you really think the solution is to run to Home Depot? Have you bothered reading the complaints about Home Depot's deliveries?

You will see the same thing there. Unfortunately deliveries are unpredictable for any store. If customers were ready for deliveries and provided proper information things would go much smoother. A truck may get to a home to deliver a refrigerator and find the doorways to the kitchen are't as wide as expected and have to take extra time to remove and replace the doors on the refrigerator to get it in place.

They may also find the customer hadn't removed the food from the old refrigerator and have to wait for it to be cleared out. This is just an example of how deliveries get put behind. Yes, it is frustrating but it is something the store really has no control over.

Perhaps they could be like my local gas company with their appliance repairs. They give you a day, ask if you prefer AM or PM and then tell you they will put the preference down but will show up between 8AM and 5PM with the technician calling when they leave the job before yours.

They had a advertised 11% rebate on paint copied the receipt from the register filled out the information online and a response I got two months later was did not meet the rebate requirements , not sure if I still have the receipt now but either way it’s not worth screwing with for as little as they’re giving your back

contract dated July 2018. Lowe's contract for $11,985.36 Remove old siding replace with insulated vinyl siding. P. Brown, Lowe's salesperson, said we need build out windows and doors also. The install contractor was out of Florida, job is in Tennessee. On one side house the vinyl siding cut short and don't fit up against joining siding. See picture. Same side house during hard wind storms the siding moves like a wave. Siding cut short only touches J channel on ends. Before long siding will be blown out of J-channel and off side house. All this for $11,985.36 Phillip Brown promised when I signed contract he would supervise and inspect installation during install. Phillip Brown was at house twice during install. Day install started for approximately 5 minutes because 2 different colors siding shipped. He came by another day measure for gutter install. He has promised numerous times come and inspect install, to my knowledge he has not been here. Lowe's has refused have short pieces replaced and check see vinyl properly nailed. You be the judge see picture where siding is not fitted together.
