Not got mower back

I have a m-110 craftsman push mower it was under warranty so I sent it off to get it fixed. I was told it wasnt covered and that I needed a shaft and it would cost $500 to fix it and I only gave $249 for mower.

So told them not to fix it. I was suppose to at least get the mower back. Its been over a month and havent got it back yet. I could use it for parts at least I did pay for it.

But I contacted store and they know nothing. I would like to have my mower back or at least replace it or something. It was only used like 3 times when this happen.

I bought it from Chillicothe mo Lowes store. Thank you for your time

Deceptive Warranty practice

I purchased a fridge, over the stove microwave, and a double oven from Lowes, in 2018. After 6 months of having the fridge, it started freezing all my groceries and ruining them.

They sent A&E out to repair it a total of 6 times within 6 months, to no prevail. Finally, I had enough of the runaround and contacted Nikki in Customer Relations. She had the local Lowes store send me out a replacement fridge.

My microwave stopped working around 2 months ago. Lowes sent a company to work on it.

They never got back to me, so I contacted them on 2/7/22. They advised me that an email was sent to Lowes on 1/31/2022, to notify them this would be a buy-out, which means that the microwave couldnt be repaired. I called the local Lowes store and spoke to Daniel in the appliance department who had no information about this. I called back and spoke to Demetrius, a manager who had no information and referred me to their warranty department.

I called the warranty department and spoke to several agents and was on hold for a total of 1 hour waiting to speak to the agents.

I was advised that they were requesting a buy-out and that I would receive a refund check in 7-10 days for the amount that I paid for the microwave.

On 2/16/22, I called and spoke with Jakarta who informed me that it hadnt been issued. I called the Executive office and spoke with Nikki who informed me that she would investigate it. She called and left me a voicemail message stating that a refund would be issued. So, nothing was done until 2/16/2022, until I complained to the Executive office.

Ive been without a microwave for 2 months, now.

Their warranty process is deceptive. When they sell you the warranty, they dont advise you of the painful process and that you may be without your product for months, and that you will have to continue to follow up on the process, and eventually complain to the Executive office to get anything done.

I will NEVER purchase an appliance from Lowes again!! They are beyond unprofessional.

We Paid to get new toilets installed, two weeks overdue

Hi, I went and bought two new toilets from the Keizer Oregon Lowes about three weeks ago. One of them got installed, the other one is broken and makes noises.

Chris the store manager sure took our money fast to purchase them, but he hasn't fixed the other one. Despite calling and emailing and going down in person, Lowes is ducking me and avoiding me. Chris the store manager gave me his personal number but when you call it, he says he rarely checks the messages. I just want my toilets installed and working, plain and simple.

This Keizer Oregon Lowes is a joke, the people are rude and the management treats adults like children.

I will never shop here again.

As of today, no one, not even the store manager or even the president of Lowes has reached out to me. My advice, is shop local and don't spend your money at Lowes.

My husband was in a store returning some items. He comes in the door and lets the lady at the return counter know exactly what he is doing and behold when he is approached AND GRABBED SURPRISINGLY, all while being accused of theft. Then after realizing it was a mistake he smirked as if it was funny! Train your people before you have a lawsuit!

Unbelievable experience

Lowes - I am not typically one to write about a situation but my recent experience has been too surreal to not share. On 3/25 I placed an online order with your customer service rep for a Samsung washer and dryer promised to me on 4/2.

I thought it odd that the fulfilling store designated to my order was not even the 3rd closest store to me, but ok, I dont know how your system works. On 4/1, I got an email saying that 4/2 delivery wasnt happening and maybe 4/9. Meanwhile, ive noticed that your website shows my dryer as out of stock so it appeared one wasnt allocated to my order when I placed it on 3/25, when at that time, your customer rep stated AND VERIFIED stock. On 4/1, I contact the fulfilling store, who is clueless why they are designated for my order but suggests there is actually one of these hard to find now dryers in stock at an even further away store.

I call this new store and its available but the employee says he will not hold it because someone may order it from online and it would be allocated to them. Im baffled, I did just this on 3/25 and why wasnt one allocated to me? Especially when there was one locally. Getting zero assistance from this store, my boyfriend and I make the trip to get this dryer last night.

Mind you, he has just returned home on a flight and this is not convenient but the store wont help. We purchase the dryer and get it home to find it heavily damaged and INOPERABLE despite it being sold to us as new. I contact the store who says there is nothing they can do and they agree to come get the damaged dryer, but can offer no replacement. My original order was canceled on 4/1 without my permission by an online customer sales rep and now Im left totally empty handed and no offer to assist.

I have always purchased my appliances at Lowes and really love your stores, until now. This has been so insane and a waste of my time when your inventory tracking should have the ability to actually be accurate.

Your own employees on multiple occasions say the inventory system makes no sense. Your pricing is usually the best but if you dont actually fulfill orders, it feels fraudulent.

Horrible installation of laminate flooring. Not even. Wrong pattern : Simply inferior install! Ive made 75 calls from store (Augusta GA) to installers Keller Interiors to corporate. Nothing get resolved. 3 supervisors. Never have shown up/ install finish never showed up. Sold wrong transitions and charged for after I already paid for them. But if it was going to get the job done then- I did. But sold me the wrong stuff - Over budded the amount of material by 12 plus boxes. Left water in to toliet almost flooded my house. It goes on and on and on.

To see if an item is in warehouse.

I was calling to check on an item was in at warehouse yet. So local lowes on Hwy 50 ,pueblo co had it in , which was good and unexpected news. So I went in early to place large order for flooring. Noah N helped me with every step from order of flooring, ( which we knew what we needed and wanted) to trim piece and to checkout, he was great and very pite and very professional. Kudos to him, you do not always get great customer service like this anymore. Our order was $4192.67 on June 18, 2022 .

My situation was handled, but only because I had to take the initiative to constantly call Lowes and speak to a manager just to get transferred to another department to speak with that manager.

Take a look at the Home Depot complaints. You'll just be taking the place of someone who went to Lowes because they couldn't get service at Home Depot.

Sometimes stores are short staffed or busy and you may not be helped as soon as you like, especially if you are looking for help on the phone. Most stores are not staffed to have people waiting for a phone call from someone who "might" come in and make a purchase.

Lowes - Dishonest sales people.

0n 10/21/2021 I order carpet from the Lowes store in Auburn, WA. It was supposed to be installed in the first of November.

The second week of Nov. I called and they said it was on its way and would be at the installers within a week. I called the next week and they told me that the carpet had arrived and they just needed to confirm something with the installers by email. The last week of Nov.

I called again and they told me that the carpet was in and they were still confirming things with the installers.

The first week of Dec, I called and was told that the carpet had never been delivered and the manufacturer was out of stock and would not have any of that specific carpet in the near future. No company should ever lie to its customers.

Defective product

We purchased 2 stand up fans from lowes store about 6 months ago. Maybe less. They both have been making squeel noises for a while now. Looked at reviews and alot of ppl are saying irs the barings. What can we do about this? We no longer have the reciept for them.

You may not be able to do much about this except learn from the experience. In the future when you purchase a product with a warranty staple the receipt and the warranty to the instructions and put them in a file.

Keep them at least until the warranty expires. That way you will have your proof of purchase and information on how the warranty is handled.

How did they lie to you? If you ordered a refrigerator that is coming from the manufacturer it may be that the manufacturer is backordering it.

Unfortunately the manufacturer may provide an expected delivery date that they don't fulfill. Don't blame the store if the manufacturer isn't delivering the product.
