Update on this issue. I had the same exact issue when submitting via personal PC.

I then got on my phone and filled out the rebate and clicked submit and it immediately processed. This is really a pain in the you know what but give it a try using your phone.

My husband and I tried to apply for the 11% rebate on Lowes.com Get all the way to Submit and then NOTHING!!!!!!!!! Never have this problem with Menards rebates, so easy!!

Will never run up to Lowes again just to get the 11%, what a rip off!!!! Why can't they make it easier for the consumer.

I bought a dishwasher on Tuesday 3/12 and set up for installation service that they assured would be more than a few days. I waited until Friday and called since I had heard nothing and they said they would have the installer call to set a date bun no call so I called 3 times today 3/18 and finally got call but the install date is 3/25, about 2 weeks after I bought it. I WAS PLANNING TO UPDATE A NUMBER OF MY APPLIANCES BUT WHEN I DO IT WILL NOT BE THROUGH LOWES….

Lowes - No help from the salesman

Cannot get a straight answer as to why a microwave oven cannot be installed within a month from ordering. One day we are told it has arrived, the next day, it has not arrived. Now, WE are supposed to check with a different Dept. at Lowes and prod them to action. The sales person has washed his hands of the problem.

The salesman has no control over their deliveries and installation. They are handled by a separate department.

Why wouldn't you want to deal directly with the people responsible for delivery and installation?

It doesn't make sense to have a person in the middle taking your call, then calling the installation, people, calling you back and if there were questions for you starting the whole cycle all over again. Communications would be much better if you talked to the installation department yourself and that is why the salesman has stepped out of the circle.

Lowes - What a messed up business!

Two weeks ago I entered a local Lowes and waited for 20 minutes while being told there were two people working in the Fashion Plumbing Department who never appeared . I stormed out. Left a cart full of items I was considering but unsure of. Next I sourced a 24" Oven Vent Hood and tried three times to order online. I never got a order or customer number but apparently when I called customer service to see the order and was told there was not one, I reordered with a person. Very pleasant and let me know the item would not be available for two weeks. Not great but ok. Today I get two of the same items telling me they are backordered until Mid May! Not only does that not work but I still have two orders. I waited on the phone this morning for a good amount of time and canceled then order I thought I had. I am not doing that again. Shame on you Lowes for wasting hours of my time!!!

I doubt any store would feel sorry at the thought of loosing you as a customer. You are far too impatient.

You can't wait for salespeople to finish with their other customers to help you.

You can't understand that stye don't manufacturer the products they sell and blame them when their suppliers backorder a product. Hope you find a store that will put up with you.

Lowes in Tukwila, Washington - Hopping mad!

Not happy with Lowe installers for rug in bedroom.. they cancelled the installation 2 times and finally came 3rd appt.. Installers sort of uncivilized, no time to talk and apologize for two appts change for the installation. I had taken the days for that purpose to be home.. In fact installers avoided talk at all.. even greeting. One came to door and other stayed out in driveway, I came out .. He did not greet me like normal person. They did a sort of a rush job with the carpet, just apology for canceling two days installment, would have been appropriate, as well as introducing themselves... Lowe does not use civilized appropriate workers as far as I can see.

The people doing the actually installation of your carpet may have no idea that your installation had been delayed. They just go out to the jobs the scheduler has them set up for when they show up to work in the morning. Many of the installers aren't fluent in English and wouldn't feel comfortable striking up a conversation with you.

If you read the terms, it starts from day one because it is not just an extended warranty, it provides you with additional coverage and benefits that the manufacturer doesn’t provide. Such as, power surge coverage, food loss, rental reimbursement, and 50% rebate on maintenance products purchase for the refrigerator(this includes cleaning products and water filters).

Not fraud at all. In fact if you replace the water filter every 6 months at $50 a pop, you get $25 back, over three years that benefit alone pay for the warranty itself.

Go to Lowes.com and look up appliance warranty. It is pretty clear that the one year manufacturers warranty is part to the total term of your warranty.

It also tells you that the contract is sent to you via e-mail if you provide a proper e-mail address.

There is also a phone number you can call to have a printed version sent to you. Sounds like you are just another consumer who doesn't look at the details of a product before they make the purchase.

Lowes - Maytag Washing Machine Quality Control Issues

Maytag/Whirlpool's response to my complaint regarding prolific rusting of my washing machine via the BBB has been most disappointing indeed... The corporation's lack of genuine interest, concern for product reliability, and consumer satisfaction is revealed foremost in the fact Maytag/Whirlpool never requested picture evidence to substantiate my claim... Hiding behind legal clauses in lieu of responsibly engaging consumer identified quality control issues represents a wholesale lack of professional integrity and is most shameful for a self-identified industry leader... Interestingly, since I filed the claim in early Jan, 2019, I have subsequently noticed significant evidence of further rusting at the base of the washing machine... This rusting is uniform in nature and also indicative of manufacturer failure to appropriately apply anti-corrosive primer paint... As this Maytag washing machine is used solely for residential use and is located in a climate controlled environment, the circumstances warrant further consideration... This information is provided again as one Maytag Customer Service Representative (CSR) audaciously suggested that the location of my residence near the Gulf of Mexico is a contributing factor to the premature rusting I have experienced... Indeed, a Maytag CSR actually Google Mapped the location of my residence to substantiate Maytag's position... Incomprehensible!!! Another Maytag CSR suggested I failed to appropriately clean up bleach spills surrounding the bleach dispenser... Although, the owner's manual does not require such cleaning, this CSR assumed that I actually spilled bleach in the first place... Her defiant assumption was made despite my explanation that I have only used bleach perhaps 2-3 times per year since ownership... Meanwhile, the uniform rusting continues to propagate in areas not exposed to any amount of bleach... It is this consumer's fervent desire that future consumers will conduct adequate research and NOT rely on Maytag/Whirlpool's antiquated reputation for quality control and implied professional integrity...

I agree. This complaint is also missing a critical point, how old is the machine? Are we talking about a 5 year old machine or a 30 year old machine?

I am not pleased with how my return at Lowe’s went today I am a general contractor and after working on irrigation assignment for past six months I had accumulated a lot of plumming pipes this cashier at the return desk did three separated transactions of gift cards to do the rest of my returns she asked for reciepts which I did not have as i paid cash for all my items. Question is why is cash not good anymore why are we limited on returns when we spend our hard earned purchasing it yes we are told to bring ur reciets upon return but with employees we tend to not have it available on returns paid cash that sucks

Get a MyLowes account. It will keep a record of your purchases so the cashier can just scan your card when you return stuff and you won't have to worry about keeping track of all those receipts.

They still give you a receipt when you pay with cash. The only people that don't get a receipt are those that took the merchandise without paying for it.

It isn't uncommon for stores to place restrictions on n returns without receipts.

If you are a contractor you should have your receipts in a file for accounting purposes. Bring them in and make your return much easier.
