Terrible service

I tried to order stone countertops. This was a sale of thousands of dollars. The Lowes employee in that Dept was great. However the installer was horrible. Angry, impatient, did not respond in a timely manner, and charged significantly more than employee estimate. Employee had years of experience. She could not have been that far off. He refused to call back in a timely manner. Dont use Lowes in Lafayette for stone countertops. I cancelled the order and purchased countertops from their biggest competitor.

3 months waiting for a 3' x 4' Counter Top

I ordered a 3' x 4' Formica countertop about 3 months ago and I have yet to receive it. What's the hold up? I have guest coming over in a couple of weeks and they're going to use an unfinished bathroom. I've talked to the employee a few times he had no success with your subs your countertop makers either. This is in Lowes in Rio Rancho NM 87144.

Do you realize that Lowes doesn't make the blinds? If you re-ordered the same brand of blinds elsewhere you can expect delays there as well.
