Delivery complaint

Refrigerator and waterline was bought and supposed to be delivered and installed but the water line was forgotten and couldnt be installed we set the time and day up for it to be installed for the purpose of moving in this weekend now we dont even have a refrigerator to use its basically bought and paid for just to see it

My orders was not delivered

Customer service is lacking items do not get delivered when they are suppose to be delivered they have you on hold for long periods of time and the customer service female at lowes in Plymouth meeting is unprofessional I would never order anything offline from them again

Damage to my kitchen floor caused by delivery people

order # 87485****. Refrigerator delivery on 9/23/2021 around noon on Thursday. When installing the product, the floor (newly installed laminate flooring) was scratched severely. Do you have liability insurance to fund repairs to my kitchen floor?

User's recommendation: Ask about accidental damage insurance covering deliveries.

Damaged caused to my kitchen floor by delivery people

I had a refrigerator delivered around noon, September 23, 2021. The delivery personnel damaged my kitchen floor when installing it. Order # 87485****. Do you have liability insurance to cover the damage. Who can I call to resolve this problem?

User's recommendation: Ask for INSURANCE if damage occurs during a delivery.

Poor or no customer service

part of the problem is solved. They delivered the refrigerator, but they were supposed to give me 15% credit and of course they never did. You try to call but no one answers except a robot voice mail. Then you stay on permanent hold.

Paid for- Not delivered

I ordered material for a home project and was talked into a "Lowes For Pro" account. A entry door was ordered on 5/17/21 and was to be delivered 6/7/21. Didn't happen! "It will be here at the end of July" Nope! "Late August-early September". Nope. "It will be here September 21" Nope. It's now scheduled for 10/26/21. I filed a dispute with Synchrony. Internet order

We ordered WD8094**** from Lowes have done so much business and it was lost. I kept tracking constantly nothing. I went to Lowes locally and the manager told me sorry I cant help you. I told her you will loose a customer and the manger in Inverness Florida told me oh well. I walked out. Called many of times no one would answer over the phone. I had to go to Home Depot To buy what I needed I even let Lowes know I would go to the competitor but she didnt care. Eventually it was delivered I refused it . and

Poor manager

No help in-storeNote, no help on the front lines, etc, bad store manager. Do not answer phone calls waited over 18 minutes and did not answer.

I haven’t received my microwave

I purchase appliances from the store which includes Stove, hood and microwave. I have received the stove and the hood on time and never get the microwave. Its been almost 2 week and I have installed my kitchen last day and they told me that they can come again to install the microwave cabinet when I get the microwave but I have to pay 250 dollars as they will return to my house again I am looking for a compensation for this amount and the microwave to be delivered Thanks

billed twice for same stove, not enough room here to give details as it cuts me off. Lowes to date has refused to resolve it
