My last 3 visits to Lowes has ended up in long long waits for customer Service. I am currently waiting on someone to help me get a microwave and its been 15 min so far with no help. Last time I was here I was picking up flooring and padding and it took an hour and 15 min for someone to get it.

I called my local store because I have not received my shipment when it is showing it shipped, also I did not receive an email saying it shipped. The local store said to call customer care, but I am not able to reach customer care. How do I find out how it was shipped and when my package will arrive?

DAUGHTER BOUGHT A DISHWASHER AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ON A CERTAIN DAY AND KNOW ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED. SHE WAITED A SECOND DAY FOR A CALL ''NOTHING'' !! If your caps-lock screaming is any indication on how you spoke to the representative, I wouldn't be surprised if they seemed a little apathetic. That being said, she should have called the store or Customer Care to check the order. It likely needed to be rescheduled.

Details
I purchased 4 Samsung appliances and I am owed $510.00 mail in rebate. The purchases were made back in Sep and we are now in Dec and I am still waiting for my rebate. They keep saying that there is a delay. I have been hearing this for weeks now. Why offer something if you are not going to hold up to your end of the deal. This is ridiculous now. I am extremely frustrated at this point.
