Lowes in Brazil, Indiana - Never again

We brought a GE washer & dryer June/26/19. We decided on that combination because we was told by the salesman we would get a rebate from GE & 1 from Lowes. We spent$1355.16 on the 2. I filled out rebate sent them both in only got an e.mail from the rebate center saying it was not approved. So I called them today only to be told the washer & dryer we purchased was not included on the rebate program.

Always look closely at the rebate forms for appliances. Make sure the specific model num bars you are purchasing are included before you make a purchase based on the rebate.

Lowes damaged applicances. Refused delived. Two weeks, still no refund.

Damaged appliances delivered. Not hidden damage of boxed appliances. They were out of box, on truck. Packing ticket even noted that appliances damaged. Appliance order refused. It have been almost 2 weeks, and I am still waiting for refund!

Lowes in Capital, Illinois - Do not trust the employees

I purchased an extended warranty and was told it would cover if my basement flooded. Well it did and i called and called to find out the people at Lowe’s in Springfield Illinois lied to make me buy an extended warranty. It’s not covered and I’m out another 400 for a new water heater. So save your money and never by there extended warranty or believe a word they say.

An in formed consumer will do the wise thing and read the terms of the warranty before they make the purchase. Some salespeople will tell you anything to make a sale and there are the cases of where the salesperson doesn't fully understand the warranty or the questions they are being asked. Yes, it will take a few minutes to read over the warranty before you make the purchase but you will know what is and isn't covered before you need the warranty.

Not resolved. One Bali cellular shade remains on back order.

Had to make additional calls 8/9. Original order was 6/9. I am supposed to get a call back from Lowe's on Monday 8/11 with status of shade.

Do not order Bali products! Recommend that Lowe's stop offering Bali...

Blinds are the least of your problems. If your sliding door is 3/4" out of square it isn't sealing properly. You should look into having your patio door removed and properly installed.

LG washer needs a new "control". I called on 6/18 to schedule an appointment. Repair guy came out on 6/20 and diagnosed the "control" needs replaced. A week later, I called and the representative had no clue what was going on, and she would send an Email to some other department right away. A week later I called the warranty people again and was informed that the part was on order. One day later, they called me and said the part wan on back order, and they found a substitute part that was in stock and being shipped. If I don't hear from them by the 15th (today is the 10th), I am to call back. Total time elapsed: 23 days Time elapsed by the 15th: 28 days One month to get my washer fixed, provided it actually gets fixed. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Wtf

Why are you complaining about Lowes rather than LG? When you buy an appliance made in Korea you may find a delay if their US warehouses are out of stock.

They have to wait for more product to come on a boat from Korea. It's kind of hard to complete a repair without parts.

lowe's came out with a new refrigerator on 7/6/2019 when they got here had nothing to install it with and didn't have any idea that they were going to install it, say they were not told about any installation. being i'm from a small town and it was after 3 pm all hardware store were going to be close till monday.so i was unable to install it. still waiting on monday to get here

What does your order call for? Was it written up for just a delivery or does your invoice call for installation as well? If waterlines weren't ordered on your original order they aren't going to magically appear.

Sounds like you ordered a clearance priced saw. If they are out and not getting anymore the smart thing to do would be to accept the refund and look elsewhere for a saw.

Better yet, since you only plan on using it once, do the smart thing and rent one. It seems like you like you like to complain for the sake of complaining .

You made a big deal out of a box that was damaged in shipping before you even opened it and found the product inside was in good condition. Look for simpler solutions in life rather than complaining about everything.

Obviously, some bright light at Lowe's messed up and gave you a used, probably returned washer. The Lowe's manager probably thought you would be happy to just have it replace, little-knowing how irately you reacted to his not bothering to call you back after he said he would.

This happens and, of course is a reflection of the manager's attitude toward courtesy and customer service.

It is not a reflection of Lowe's corporate. However, big box stores are really not known for really good customer service as they deal on volume plus low prices and them losing you as a customer is insignificant when there are millions of other, less discerning customers out there.
