User's recommendation: Very frustrating process. I originally tried to place this order in the Mason Ohio Lowe’s store hoping they would be able to help me and they couldn’t or wouldn’t I’m still not sure.

I was interested in purchasing a garage door opener. Unfortunately your Torrington store didnt have the one I wanted in stock but your website said that 4 were available in Plainville.
That is 41 miles away, but I took previously took tomorrow off to install it. So off to Plainville I go. When I get there and look in the slot, zero were there. I immediately looked on line again and now the site said they were available tomorrow??
Now Im pissed so I find a clerk and they confirm that they are out of stock till tomorrow and there is nothing they can do. Now Im boiling so I walk away before I make a scene. Now Im really pissed but low and behold I pass a endcap with 7 of what looks to be the opener that was out of stock till tomorrow. I double check the on line site for price and model number.
Wouldnt you know there a 7 of them after I was told you were out, your website said you were out!!!
Just a suggestion, if you guys are going to use your website in the future you need to update your inventory control somehow. Because if I had a issue Im positive others have also.

Verified BuyerLowes will not honor extended warranty
Purchased refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. 15 months later icemaker quits.
File for extended warranty repair. Lowes says they will send out technician. Appointment is cancelled. Parts are ordered.
Parts do not come in. Lowes says they will do a buy out. End of information. People at the store can not help.
Called the number for their Assurant Customer Care - they can not find our contract or any information - they tell us they will get back with us in 48 hours. They do not get back with us. Call again. This time they find the contract and say they will get back to us in 48 hours - they do not.
We try to buy part through Samsung but are not sure of the part number. Samsung says they will send out a tech and fix the ice-maker no charge. Appointment made within 24 hours. 2 days later the appointment is cancelled - Lowes is doing a buyout - told to contact Lowes.
When I give Lowes the EPP Buyout number they can not find it.
My husband gave up. Local appliance repair man is actually coming out to fix unit. Obviously our extended warranty was a waste of money and not worth the paper it was written on.
Do NOT get their extended warranties. (20 year ex-loyal customer :( )

They've done NOTHING
It was NEVER filled. After 1 hr one hold to store Tiffany says, "we are to swamped to help you!" "Your wait time will be another 2 hrs. Go shop". This was last Friday.
2 hrs later they gave us some of the worst pieces of *** lumber weve ever seen(I have pictures). Today on Friday we call an entire day before. They text saying it has been done and it's waiting on us! Get to store and AGAIN it hasn't been touched.
My husband is LIVID and he had to go fill his own order and load by himself. We won't be back.
These orders were thousands of dollars.. Don't waste your time here ;it isn't just the Beaumont location it's all Lowes in this area Don't spend your time or money here they don't care

No, I have not heard from the company and would be surprised if they respond. As far as I am concerned they STOLE $2100 from me as they refund a thief for the return of MY Gutter guards.

You refunded $$$$ on a stolen product that I paid for. I called the store to advise them, but was put on eternal hold. You gave the thief my $2200..

I purchased a fridge, over the stove microwave, and a double oven from Lowes, in 2018. After 6 months of having the fridge, it started freezing all my groceries and ruining them.
They sent A&E out to repair it a total of 6 times within 6 months, to no prevail. Finally, I had enough of the runaround and contacted Nikki in Customer Relations. She had the local Lowes store send me out a replacement fridge.
My microwave stopped working around 2 months ago. Lowes sent a company to work on it.
They never got back to me, so I contacted them on 2/7/22. They advised me that an email was sent to Lowes on 1/31/2022, to notify them this would be a buy-out, which means that the microwave couldnt be repaired. I called the local Lowes store and spoke to Daniel in the appliance department who had no information about this. I called back and spoke to Demetrius, a manager who had no information and referred me to their warranty department.
I called the warranty department and spoke to several agents and was on hold for a total of 1 hour waiting to speak to the agents.
I was advised that they were requesting a buy-out and that I would receive a refund check in 7-10 days for the amount that I paid for the microwave.
On 2/16/22, I called and spoke with Jakarta who informed me that it hadnt been issued. I called the Executive office and spoke with Nikki who informed me that she would investigate it. She called and left me a voicemail message stating that a refund would be issued. So, nothing was done until 2/16/2022, until I complained to the Executive office.
Ive been without a microwave for 2 months, now.
Their warranty process is deceptive. When they sell you the warranty, they dont advise you of the painful process and that you may be without your product for months, and that you will have to continue to follow up on the process, and eventually complain to the Executive office to get anything done.
I will NEVER purchase an appliance from Lowes again!! They are beyond unprofessional.
