Pay balance for installation

I need to pay off a balance thats was from an heater installation. I didnt use my lowes credit card for the remainder of the balance. But there was a balance left of $700 that Im not sure whom Im suppose to pay? Ive called several times but no answer. Please advise. The installation was amazing as well as my experience from lowes this far

Where do I start? First, they told me I'd have to drive to Lexington, SC (from Augusta, GA) to return an online order - they don't do online returns. I returned the items at the other store with no problem. Then, looking at my sealed 10-lb. box of roofing nails with store receipt that I was returning, asked me; "Does that look like 2044 nails to you?" "What are you trying to say?", I asked. " I didn't say anything, I'm asking a question." said the clerk, followed by: "I'm saying that you used some out of here, and now you're trying to return it." So, no returns on factory sealed items with store receipt either. I spent approx. $35,000 here this year building an addition, but I will never give this company another dime.

Is there not enough non servility in the world today without using small minded language? "Pissed" isn't exactly very professional language if you ask me for a family oriented company. This was 5 months ago........

I ordered cabinets for my personal house as a pilot to possibly use Lowes as a vendor for the company that I work for. Well, not only did they fail, they bombed.

Not only did I wait 4 days in a row from the hours of 9am-9pm to get the PROPER SIZED cabinets that I ORDERED online, I still have not gotten what I ordered. And now they are having to schedule to come take them all out because this is BS. l have put off movers, counter top vendors and paid cabinet installers, all to find out they are not able to give me what I have already paid for.

Today..............

5 months ago, I had in issue with Lowes selling me a cabinet size that does NOT exist. I was told that I had to dispute this with the Credit Card Company first and if/when they say that they are not responsible for horrific error on Lowes' part, I could take that letter to Lowes and begin my dispute with them directly.

After FINALLY getting my letter back from the CC company 5 months later, I take this to Lowes to begin my direct dispute and low and behold, they tell me I only had 90 days to do a direct dispute with them.

They did however, offer me a gift card for my troubles. A whole $25 after screwing me out of $3k in cabinets.

Loyal customer since 2005.... Never missed a payment till now.

Will never step foot in a lowes again.

Look at the L shaped Kitchen. The base they sold me was 6 inches wider than it was sold as.

Since this is an L Shaped piece, it would have pushed everything out 6". Stove would not under the hood...

Sink wound not center with window and partially under a cabinet.. The Dishwasher would no longer fit and the fridge would be 6" out from the top cabinet.

Well called to check thinking it may have come in early. Now they tell me that if you don't pick it up quickly enough Lowes will resale it.

RUN FROM LOWES IN HAZARD. GO TO GOODWILL OR THE JUNKYARD, YOU WILL GET BETTER SERVICE.

Well, I just called and the tile shower wall is supposedly in store, the shower base is supposed to be there the 13th and they have no idea when the shower doors will be there. No apologies offered mind you. I suggested they could go pick it up from a store which does...

They tell me something different every time I call. They even do it on the same phone call as they transfer you from pillar to post.

We ordered walk in shower Nov 14. 2 different employees Saud would be in in 5 to 10 buisness days.

Shower is in 3 parts the base, the doors and the walk. Yesterday I was told the wall was in and the other 2 parts would be in Teusday the 7th. Today I called and one person told me nothing was in and would not be in until the 14th. One person working in plumbing physically checked and informed me the wall was not even in.

So I spoke with the manager, Mike and he informed yes the shower wall is sitting in there with my name on it. What is wrong with this? Believe me, lowes may not get the items to its customers, but it gets the bills to us. My question is this..how is it lowes bills us without having the item shipped?

How is it that people working in the same location tell you different things?

How is it they can have items sitting on the floor at a different location, but the company is unable to get it to another location that has it sold? How is it the workers tell you "5 to 10 business days" without mention of possible delays?

I don't have a problem. When you did not have the faucet that I had ordered online to be picked up, I cancelled the order and went into the store to purchase the faucet. (Fayetteville, NC - Skibo Road) I was helped by Cindy McBryde. She was so kind and got on the ladder to find the one that I was looking for. She even realized that the number on the box was incorrect and found the correct one. I really appreciate the good service and feel that she should be recognized for it. Especially since good customer service doesn't seem to exist anymore.

I am a contractor who uses Lowe's on a weekly basis. I placed an online order for pickup at the Owasso store #1500 on 11/14/21. The website indicated this store had a full supply of these in stock items. My order was #87907****. The following day, an Owasso Lowe's associate (Derrick) called me and informed me none of these items were considered in-stock items at his store. I've purchased these same materials at this location less than a month ago and know they're in-stock items. I asked Derrick to go physically check the area they are supposed to be at Lumber, isle 50, Bay 18. Derrick tells me if they had any they would be in outside lawn and garden. I asked him again to go check in the lumber department and he continued to argue with me, then tells me my only options are for him to either have the entire order transferred to the 1580 store which was 20 miles out of my way, or he could simply refund the order to my credit card. Since I already had the project scheduled, I allowed him to transfer the order to the 1580 location. I then received an email indicating 3 of those items I paid for online at the 1500 store on 11/14/21 were not transferred to the 1580 store along with the other items. I immediately called Derrick who admitted he made this mistake when he did the transfer but there was nothing he could do now since the transaction had been completed. He said I (the customer) should call the 1580 store and explain all of this to them to get this corrected. I told him no, that's his job, and I'd be expecting a call back from him soon indicating this has been resolved. Derrick called me back later in the day and said he'd talked to the 1580 store who said the only thing that could be done is have the 1500 store refund my credit card for those items that didn't get transferred, then I needed to contact the 1580 store to repurchase them to be included on the order that had been transferred. Reluctantly, I did this as I had no other option at this point. To conclude this, while I was in Owasso working on a project today (11/21/21), I decided to go back to the lumber department, isle 50, Bay 18 where I found an abundance of all the in-stock items I had ordered on 11/14/21 that Derrick told me were not in his store. Those items were Items #14255 (8 in stock), #475992 (* in stock), #14254 (6 in stock), #142** (** in stock), and #142** (** in stock). Derrick clearly does not understand what customer service means. His failure to value me as a customer, but rather he chose to argue with me and cause me to make a wasted 40 mile trip to another store because he chose not to do his job. Store 1500 lost a valuable customer today because of one employee. When in Owasso, I will be making all of my purchases at Home Depot from now on.

Poor customer service

Lowes - Poor customer service
At the Lowes in Acworth, Ga. not too many people in store today because we are down the street from a Home Depot. Im the fourth in line and have been here for 20 minutes. The customer at the register is having problems with his account. There are two other registers open and four other employees sitting around doing not much of anything. Rather than opening another register or two. Everyone just waited the twenty minutes while the one register person sat on the phone!

Military discount changes

I need to understand the changes to the military discount. It appears it has been gutted of the primary uses of the discount for me. No appliances no lumber plywood etc. if I understand these changes correctly I will be moving my business to a local lumber company if Home Depot. Your literature still claims to proudly support the military but that is untrue.

I bought a in stock $4200.00 fridge over a month ago but was out of town until March 1st so I had scheduled my delivery on March 6th. No call about delivery the day before so on the 6th I got up and waited. Finally I received an email saying that it would be delivered early afternoon. The. We get a call saying they would be there between 3:30 and 7:30 so we waited. And finally at 7:20 I get a phone call that they arent coming and we would have to get ahold of the store to set up another delivery date! I talked to the manager at the Neosho MO store and she didnt care. *** customer service! I cannot believe how places treat customers. If I had a manager running my store who acted like that, her *** would be fired!

I need my doors to lock.

When we remodeled my mother's house-she has since died, we did some remodeling, including purchasing 3 heavy glass and wrought iron doors. The lock on the main entry has stopped working, so I must sleep knowing anyone could enter the house- and let my animals loose.

I've had several locksmiths look at it and no one -so far - could help.

I spent hours on the phone yesterday- and on the Internet-trying to contact someone at Lowes. My husband and/or our contractor, Jeff Swindle- selected the doors. My husband died a few years ago, and I have been unable to contact Jeff. I doubt I can find the receipt for the doors, but Lowe's should have a record.

Lowe's is notorious for keeping customers on eternal hold with phone calls until they just give up.

A few years ago, a roofer decided that I need new gutter guards and went up to Lowe's and bought them on my credit card. Later-before they could be installed she stole them back and Lowe's refunded her MY $2200. I did file charges, and she's been to jail, but no refund of my money.

I am a widow and feel quite vulnerable, especially after the experience with that roofer. I need my doors to lock.

So far, no one has been able to help, and I spent all afternoon yesterday on eternal hold on the phone with Lowe's. I am frustrated and don't know where to turn for help.
