I had a credit limit of $9500. My credit monitoring service alerted me that the limit had suddenly dropped to $1500. I called and was told that is the policy, if you don't use your card. The customer service agent agreed that at the very least people should be notified of the change. You go in to use your card and your card is denied while your standing there at check out? This happened to me several years ago when I was trying to buy carpet for a rental. I walked out and went elsewhere. I was planning on buying new windows in the spring. I will not be going to Lowe's.

SadThe new website format is terrible. Doesn't recognize a lot of items I try to type in. Will not let you search if you dont have exact correct wording. Please switch it back to how it was before. Much better before. If it ain't broke dont fix it. Now its broke.

My father needed it introvert jumping generator among other things he needed for his vehicle and home I was out of town and I had my sister take it back because you got the wrong one. She has most recently been put in a situation that's she is 100% unavailable to be present when using my in-store credit I understand the policy but there is no way I can afford a hundred plus dollars just sitting on this card I need an alternative I can give basic identification information for my sister I have pictures of her and I together I need to get my dad the things from the store with the money I already have on an in-store credit card

Don't expect rebates from lowes on major appliances

I purchased a complete kitchen appliance package in the amount of $2,189 on 30 August 2019. Lowe's claimed they would rebate 10% of the purchase price. My rebate was submitted on 2 September 2019 and is still "processing" as of today. This rebate was significant in my decision to purchase from lowes. The last contact with Lowes was on 6 December and I was told it would be another 4 weeks until they shipped the rebate. 4 - 5 months is an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to process a rebate. If in the market for major appliances look elsewhere!

Ordered washer online with Lowes but before doing so, called the local store to see if the washer was in stock. We were told it was and that if we ordered before 2:00 pm, the washer would be delivered the next day. Sounded great! We were to receive an email that day confirming delivery. When we didn't receive the email, we called and were told that that delivery was transferred to another store located in a neighboring state and would not be delivered for a week. We decided to cancel the order and were told that our payment would be refunded in a week to 10 days. This is total *** as they took the payment immediately but can't refund for a week?

How did you pay? If you used a check most businesses wait for the check to clear before giving a refund. If you used a credit or debit card it usually takes a few days for the banking system to credit your account even though the store processes it immediately.

After buying a rev a shelf and getting it home to find out HW is missing I come back and there is not another same size with HW so I try to make a suggestion to take HW from different size and return that one. This way I am happy and Lowes still sells something. Classic dont care response from customer service is well thats not my department hands me me refund receipt and moves on

I bought a washer and dryer. I was told that I was eligible for a $300 mail-in rebate. After six months and a website that says that they are still "processing" my request, I was told over the phone that I am not eligible for anything.

Never believe what you are "told". Read the rebate form carefully to make sure your purchase will meet the requirements including exact model numbers. It would be great if you had included a copy of the rebate form and your receipt showing your purchase met the requirements with this complaint.
