Very disappointed with Customer Service

I purchased a Bosch power drill 2 months ago and it died all of a sudden. Went to Lowes in Homestead, Florida and with the nastiest Supervisor and Customer Service Rep. Since the beginning they started making up excuses and at the I asked the supervisor What is the benefit of buying at Lowes when you advertise 90 return policy and dont comply he actually said I dont know. I told him you know you are loosing a customer and he said OK. I went their for all my home need but with that attitude Im done. If you buy something from me at my shop I back the part, its just right and I have a small business.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy anything that Lowes resales.

INCOMPANT EMPLOYEES NO ONE CARES

THE FIRST DAY I CALLED I GOT HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES AND PUT ON HOLD 5 TIMES, WAITED ON THE PHONE A HALF HOUR NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. THE SECOND DAY I CALLED I WAS HUNG UP 5 TIMES AND PUT ON HOLD 7 TIMES, WAITED 40 MINUTES, NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY CALLED AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO HER HUNG UP AND PUT ON HOLD SHE INFORMED ME TO GO TO THE STORE AND CANCEL MY ORDER AND TELL THE STORE MANAGER TO GIVE ME SOME KIND OF RESTITUTION.

User's recommendation: TRAINING ON HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS HIRE ADDITIONAL HELP.

Horrible service

Wanted to change delivery address- waited an hour to talk with someone and then she could not change delivery address - horrible 90 minutes - going to Home Depot

Why didn't you give them the correct address in the first place? If this was an item they were having shipped from a vendor it may be that the vendor won't change the address or has already shipped the order. You will find the same thing happen at other retail stores as well.

Possible breach of warranty

Purchased Maytag washer, modle MVWB865GW1 3/8/20 at Lowes Menifee, CA. Top load door coming apart. Lowes service had AXIS repair man visit. He orders door Work order #41646. Never calls back. e-mail from AXIS (Irene Garcia) says it's cosmetic, not warranty. Went back to Lowes Menifee. A MAYTAG rep just happened to be there. He says it is warranty (Lowes warranty) and to call Lowes office again and explain problem. I'm in California. Need to talk to Representative. Fred Finger

Front door installation was bad

We have been contacted by Lowes HO in SC and they have guaranteed that they will find a timely solution or refund our money ($1247.00).

User's recommendation: The individual stores lack the authority to manage customer service issues involving installations that are problematic. Go directly to their HO for action.

I purchased a returned item on a Friday went to pick it up on a Monday they couldn’t find it my husband was finally told after 45 minutes by someone in management that the item had been sold again.

Lowes reselling an item that I paid for. No one has yet to call back with any solution I have reached out to corporate on 3 different occasions.

You should have taken it with you on Friday. Items left sitting in a store are easily sold again.

Damaged vanity

Order 73653**** Delivered Nov. 2 Calhoun 48' WHITE VANITY CABINET My contractor opened the box today and found that the top of both sides was cracked. Perhaps the box was dropped at some time. How quickly can you retrieve and replace it? It will hold up my project. I was held for a very long time trying to get customer service by phone.

Refrigerator

I contacted Lowe's Service Advantage on 10/11/21. Refrigerator stopped cooling. Repairman arrived on 10/15/21. Bad compressor. On 10/15/21, we were told we'd receive an email with a buy back offer, as of today 11/3/21, no such offer. We not only lost food, we also lost my husband's expensive insulin. 24 days (and counting) we are using a cooler and bags of ice daily.

User's recommendation: Stay away from Lowe's and their protection plans.

No. I just was making the point that I have been a loyal customer for years.

The rules are fine except that it was the fault of Lowe's and their subcontractor that it took longer than the 90 days. You must be a Lowe's manager to make such a stupid comment

Charged with something that wasn't bought

While at the Lowe's in Tupelo ms I was charge for an American cross donation that I did not authorize or approve. We have been a customer approximately 20 years now and are in high hopes that this is not a new practice at Lowe's, if so my family will no longer shop at Lowe's.

Refrigerator issue

Adrian was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable. However, I have a refrigerator that I am paying $149.00 a month for thats unplugged. The compressor froze and all the water lines froze. This has been going on since 10-01-2021. In addition to that, the deliverymen caused $5300.00 worth of property damage during the delivery which they refuse to pay for. Simply because they refused to take the handles off of the refrigerator. Its been a night mare.I dont have a refrigerator. All my food is rotten. My husband is a serious diabetic.

User's recommendation: Dont buy whirlpool products. You have to wait on the repairman to fix the refrigerator. Well what am I going to do in the meantime. Eat out everyday and where is that money going to come from?
