Thank you Dave. The Delivery Manager at the Spotsylvania Lowe’s for being such a jerk for the second time. You need to work on your customer service skills because you suck at them. You need training.I spoke to you twice on my deliveries, and the the way you spoke to me was so unprofessional. I tried to give those the benefit of the doubt when I bought a refrigerator for $1500 and it was damaged and I spoke to you and you just dismiss everything that I was trying to explain to you and was just extremely rude. I was able to speak to Bryce to handle this situation with I tried to give the is the benefit of the doubt when I bought a refrigerator for $1500 and it was damaged and I spoke to you and you just dismissed everything I was explaining to you. I try to give Lowes the benefit of the doubt and bought us though but a microwave for $1200 in the world. I spoke to you again you were extremely extremely rude about the situation. You do not need to be a manager at all.

Call Lowe's corporate...Customer Care at 1 800 445-6937 and let them know about you experience with Dave. I would also notify the store manger and regional manager.

To get to the store manager just call the store.

To get the regional manager ask for name from Customer Care at 1 800 445-6937 and also complain to them about your experience. #Let them feel the pain!

Lowes in Kitchener, Ontario - Huge Disappointment!!!

I looked forward to Lowes taking over the local Rona because I thought it would mean better service and a higher level of staffing. I was wrong. While there are some good staff, most seem to be indifferent and and offer limited expertise. I expected to pay for better service but have found pricing to be ridiculous. The USA style of marketing means high prices for small items and a rash of sales gimmicks that are intended to mystify and confuse. I prefer honest and fair pricing on a regular basis. We hired arranged a renovation through Lowes and, despite being promised a top quality job by a Brian Baeumler approved contractor, we have been very disappointed. The store rep helped remedy some of our concerns but each time we look at the work, we get more upset. The reorganization of the store is confusing. It's hard to understand how the location of items was decided. One staff member suggested that the store is arranged to get customers to walk around searching. It would really help if the store would install a computerized product search. Considering the trade situation, I resent seeing products that proudly proclaim they are made in the USA. I know that we cannot always get items that are made in Canada but I would like stores in Canada to do their best at procuring local merchandise. It may mean a slightly longer trip but my future shopping will be at Canadian Tire and Home Hardware.

Lowes - Worst Installation Ever
Do not ever go with Lowe's for an Installation as they use Installers that are not certified. My Generator has not worked from the 1st day it was Installed. Lowe's wants us to allow the original Installer back to correct 2 things that they say are wrong with the Install. We hired a Generac Certified Lowe's Installer, that Generac suggested to us, to go over the entire Install and we have a list of things wrong that Lowe's will not correct. 1 being the Installer used the wrong grade of wiring, which is a fire issue and we are being told that is not a problem that needs to be fixed. Another thing being the Installer used the wrong transfer Switch, that we paid for and he did not order, which is theft and Lowe's finds this acceptable. We didn't get the product that we paid for and Lowe's finds nothing wrong with this. So you pay for a product and Lowe's can substitute for the wrong product. The list goes on and on of codes that the Installer violated and Lowe's is trying to say the list means nothing and there are only 2 things to correct. Lowe's said we could not get a refund on this poor Installation, even when it was within the 30 days. Here's a list of all the things wrong and we have pictures also, but Lowe's is saying there are only 2 things to correct. We have asked for the Generac Certified Installer to correct everything, since he knows what he is doing and was told no we have to use the original Installer and he is only to correct the 2 things that are wrong. This has been going on for 5 months now of being told I can not get my money back and I have to allow the original Installer back to correct 2 things. Lowe's also said they will not talk compensation until the job is done. They think people are stupid but I know exactly what they are going to give us and that's 10 - 15% back, which doesn't cover all our pain and suffering we have endured over this Install and not to mention, no Generator for 5 months now and an Installer that stole from us and put our family at risk with the wrong grade wiring and the generator not being so many feet from an opening, which can cause carbon monoxide poisoning to our families, but Lowe's is saying there are only 2 things that need to be corrected. I could go on and on with the list.

My aunt order doors they came in but one of them was wrong so they order another one and yet again it was wrong again, theyorder the door again yet it wrong again the door they put in was supossed to have a window which matched the other door but guess what it does so dont order stuff from lowes almost 3 month and they still messed *** up

We have been partners with Lowes for a decade now. I have nothing but great experience with them. I love how they go above and beyond to please customers. That's our quote too, maybe thats why we get along so good. I was able to provide better life for my family and to create job. I would not wish for nothing more. Lowe's Is a great partner! It has opened many doors for our plumbing business, we build a great customer and contractor bond, it was more than what I have expected. Just like on every other business partnership should work both ways, not only good for subcontractors. I would recomed any contractor about there to give Lowes a shoot, you will not regret it. Once again, worked for us

Been almost a month since I ordered my door. Have one guy that does all their installation, very expensive and seems like it's taking forever my door is in and still not installed it's going to be snowing before my door gets hung. Will never have a door installed by Lowe's ever again

The problem is people who procrastinate and wait till fall to order doors and windows they want installed before winter. Both the manufacturing plants and installers have limits on what they can do. If you want products installed quicker, look for the slower seasons of the year rather that ordering when demand is the highest.

My kitchen has been barely functional since August 1. Using a plastic basin for a sink, no oven, all my food, dishes, pots and pans are in boxes. The kitchen should have been done by mid August. I have notified family I will not be hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year.

enochstilllives 3:55 PM (2 minutes ago) to customercare In November, Lowes installed a counter top in my kitchen. By July both seams were buckled and two other spots were already warped!!! It looks like they installed wet fiber board under the counter top. Maybe they left it outside before installing in my kitchen. I have complained many times to different people there in Adrian. They often do not return my calls. We paid over a thousand dollars for this and it lasted only a few months! Our last counter top lasted for twenty years and we were very careful with this one. They are blaming us for water damage. Come on! Its a kitchen counter top and we used very little water on it. Nothing like the cheap top we had before that lasted two decades.

they have screwed up even an online payment I made - said I owe them twice as much - payment made 3 days prior to due date and I have confirmation number and cannot speak to anyone without going thru all the bs - synchrony bank is the worst - they will kill lowes business big mistake.

Your complaint is with the credit card company, not Lowe’s. Never mail a payment 3 days prior to the due date.

Better yet, never mail a bill payment. Online payments only.

I wouldn't count on the post office delivering a letter within a 3 day time period. I have heard of people getting letters months and even years after they were mailed.

I'd give it at least a week with the post office. There's a reason why people call it snail mail.

First of all your complaint it with the credit company that issued your card, not Lowes. Second, they don't look at the date you send the payment, it is when they receive it.

If you mailed your payments when you received the bill rather than waiting till just before the due dat you wouldn't have this problem. Normal mail delivery is within 3 business days, weekends don't count. As yours isn't the only piece of mail they receive it takes time to process all the payments they receive, so if they receive it late in the day it may not get processed that day. Most bills I receive recommend mailing payments at least 5 business days before the due date to avoid late payments.

There aren't many banks around that don't offer free on-line bill payments.

Take advantage of their free service and save the postage of sending a payment in the mail. When you get your bill, go on-line and set up your payment the business day before it is due and you will never have problems with late payments again.

Or make payment at a lowes store. Every retail store with their own credit card accepts cash payment at their registers, and provides receipt proof of the day you made payment should there be a late fee dispute
