Tonight when I was trying to buy some flooring and insulation for my recently redid home in the middle of me shopping the manager and a couple of employees so cool around me like I had done something wrong and proceeded to be very rude to me. Then when I asked if they take Apple Pay they said no when online it clearly says that they except apple pay. I dont know if its because I am a transgender or because of my tattoos but it really made me feel discriminated against and made me feel ostracized.

Order still hbas not arrived

Please be advised that on 8/15/21 I purchsed botha washer and dryer from Lowe's paterson NJ store. At the time i bought it, noone told me at all that there was a huge delay in getting dryers and gave me a delivery date which was a week later.

1 day before the washer and dryer was delivered, I received a call from the store stating the dryer was not in yet and coming from Ky. I specificalluy told the salesman I was washing and drying clothes in a laundermat and asked if i could be upgraded or even if they coiuld pull the floor model which was in perfect shape and get the delivery made. The store manager through the salesman said no and they gave me another date of 9/4.

I cut my vacation tim to be home and once again on 9/3 I got the same call from the same guy telling me the dryer was not in yet and there was nothing could be done and again i asked for a floor model or upgrade and told no - i wasted my trip to the shore to be thyere and now they are telling me 9/11 and that date is tentative. This si no way to do business and between my woife being an operating room nurse and myself a firefighter our time is valuable to our community and Lowe's certainly does not want people like us to make it public they are booking orders for appliances that they know they donlt have and not telling the customers, I want soemone to call me asap and rectify this situation and I expect not only a discount but i exopect my order to be filled with either the floor model or any model of the same price or more this week.

I called regarding a repair based on a protection plan we have for a GE Fridge. I got all this garbage about a medical device and never had a chance to speak with anyone about my problem.Very annoying.

Hello! I started the process with the manufacturer with receipt in tow. Got no where after 3 calls. They instructed me to go back to Lowe's. That's where everything went completely south. (The warranty is 5 years: What is the Giagni warranty? The Giagni Lifetime Limited Warranty covers manufacturer defects in faucet function as well as faucet finish, provided you are the original purchaser. Labor charges and/or damage incurred during installation, repair or replacement are excluded. Also excluded are repair parts resulting from normal wear and tear. This warranty applies to faucets for home use only. It excludes industrial, commercial and business use. Faucets used for these purposes are covered by a five-year limited warranty from date of purchase, with all other terms of the standard warranty applying.) Preciate your comment.

Pick up locker?

I cancelled an order for 2 breakers at Lowes in Decatur Illinois. Regardless they put in some kind of pickup locker even though I did not want they called and left a voicemail early this morning that they were removing them and restocking with NO charge. Now, later on, I checked my email and they said I had picked them up and my card will be charged accordingly. WTH? please cancel the charge and refund me. I never made the trip there nor do I want the breakers now. Thank You.

Protection Plan

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator in 2014 and have continuously had issues with the ice maker. I have had the Lowes protection plan since the purchase and they refuse to honor the fix it or replace it component of the policy. They only have one contractor to work on this product, Cyber World, and most of the time they are a no show, no call, nothing.

Why didn't you give them the correct address in the first place? If this was an item they were having shipped from a vendor it may be that the vendor won't change the address or has already shipped the order. You will find the same thing happen at other retail stores as well.

Door ruined due to poor sales advice from Millwork Specialist

I recently purchased a Fire Door from Lowes, Park Place, Tustin CA # 2605 from The Millwork Specialist, Luis Lazaro, I was told that the door would accommodate a device to hold the door open - he was to add it onto the order but Luis forgot to add it on. This oversight, not adding the device was noticed during installation.

I visited Lowes and spoke to Luis about the missing part and he proceeded to show me the product he was suggesting and it was purchased and installed. The door stop could not function with the screws provided for the door. When this occurred, I found out that this device, sold to me for the door that I had just purchased was not to be used on the door as it would invalidate it's Fire Rating.

I have now been told by Lowes that having such a mechanical part to hold open the door would invalidate the "Fire Rating" essentially leaving our home with a damaged fire door that must be replaced to honor the fire codes.

This would not have happened if I had not been sold this device.

Luis Lazaro was the Lowes Millwork Specialist that took the product from the rack, placed it in my hand and sold it to me for the door he had sold me. As it wasn't included in the purchase (Luis forgot) the installation was left to me.

As I know how to handle tools, I tried to install it but because of the hollow door, it would not hold.

I would like a new door installed by Lowes. I depend on sales persons to sell me the right products .

I replaced a broken door and find myself with the same problem after spending money and time with you.

The door and labor cost us $1455.38

This is a very disappointing as senior citizen and vet. Replacement costs are really difficult.

Refrigerator never delivered

I received a call day before yesterday that my refrigerator would be delivered between 2 and 4 yesterday. At 3;30 the delivery company called to say they were running late and would call a half hour before reaching my house. That's the last Ive heard from them. It is now 9:30 the following day and still no word from them or from Lowes. This is no way to treat customers. I will be cancelling my order and will not be purchasing from Lowes again.

gutter repair

Lowe's Installed gutters, now I have a leak. The Store said call Installation Services. I have, nobody will contact me. It's been 2 weeks. Lowe's says I am in the time period to be contacted! 2 weeks? I filed complaints with the BBB and Attorney General. Lowe's told the BBB they were going to work with me. So far Lowe's has not done anything.

Since the covid crap has plagued the world(way to go china) it seems we as consumers are forced to shop online. Personally as much as i dislike people you think id love it but i dont.

Now heres where i waste your time as well as more of mine like when i search your websites looking for products you say are instock in your stores which 9 out of 10 times they are not. For instance for the last hour i was looking for a tool. Lowes website shows you have it. Not at the liees less than half a mile from me but at two others close by.

Shows 8 at bryant irvin in ft worth tx and 4 at lake worth texas. I called. Got a robot. Shes a *** Doesnt listen.

Got a human. Ssid you show 10 of these items but i asked to soeak to someone in that dept who can put their hands on the item before i drive there. Guess what. He said you dont have any and havnt had since the first of the year.

So heres the complaint in the firm of a question. Why in the *** does your inventory show 8 online 10 accd to customer service and 0 to the guy working that dept. Im a contractor. Time is money.

It not just this item. Its amazing what you dont have in your stores. I say you get rid if the appliances and toilet paper and dish soap and *** that has nothing to do with building stuff. I didnt like home depot when they first appeared but they got their *** together after several years and made it so i could theoretically get everything i needed to build a house or office.

Then lowes came around and was more like a montgomery wards. It would be near impossible to enter one of your stores and go straight to a job site and build a house or office without 50 trips back and forth. Your inventory is a joke. Half of your shelves are empty.

The oeople working there dont have a clue about building materials and id be willing to bet 90% have never picked up a hammer and built anything. Please do something about your communication system. It sucks. Your computers are supposed to handle that from what i understand.

*** i used to figure jobs on a trs 80 tandy computer then a commodore 64. Need to borrow one? It would be wonderful to see something online and quickly verify its existance without taking hours to find out you dont have it and have no idea where the *** it is. By the way im going to guess home depot decided to sell appliances and crap thus losing space for building materials because you guys had them.

Good job you made them suck as badly as you do. Hoo ray.
