Complain about *** manager

Art Snehal ( Lincolnton) is a sorry example of a manager. He refused to let me return an electric light ballas that I purchased last November ( For $23.97 you lost a good customer) and I just now got around to installing it (due to a heart condition) and found our it was the wrong ballas for my light.

I had planned to purchase the wright product from your store but after trying to deal with this sorry person I went elsewhere to purchase what I needed and I will continue to not go to your company as much as I can. This poor attitude of a person just cost you a good customer.

I have dealt with Lowes of Lincolnton before it was Boger City Lumber Company and have never had any problem returning products that I could not use or was the wrong product. If this is the new Lowes then I am out of here.

Take a moment to read their return policy. Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase. Stores don't want old merchandise that's been sitting around peoples houses for months.

Retailers make MILLIONS OF DOLLARS online and in brick and mortar every year and are they agonizing over a $25 item return. PLLLEEAAASSSE!

The reason stores are in business is to MAKE MONEY. Taking back old, open package possibly discontinued products cuts their profits.

Do you go into stores looking for beat up old open package or discontinued products expecting to pay full price? Bet not.

Worst Customer Service ad Management Ever

Today we went to the store located in Miami, FL, on SW 137 Avenue and Kendall Drive, to buy a bathroom sink and cabinet. The process took three hours. Needless to say, choosing the one that we wanted only took 30 minutes. The nightmare started after. For starters, the young man who we asked questions to was too busy cleaning the vanities and their mirrors. He answered the questions that we asked. However, we needed a flatbed to place the cabinet, he told us that he had left one on an aisle and that we could check to see if it was still there. He did not stop what he was doing to get one for us. My husband ended up going to the front of the store to get one. Then, we wanted a particular mirror. He checked to see if it was in stock and said that there were five available. He told us that we could find it in a certain aisle. Then, when we went back and told him that it wasn't there, he sent us to another place. This went on and on until I went to customer service. Customer service said that the mirror was in stock and that it could be found in another aisle. We went to another aisle, and it wasn't there. There was another employee working there, and we asked her to call the manager. At this point we were fed up. The assistant manager, Julio, showed up. He could not find the item either. He told me that it must have been an error in inventory. He was apologetic, but the issue just reflects poor management. Meanwhile, my husband went to check out our purchases that totaled over $500. The nightmare continued when my husband was trying to get assistance to load the heavy cabinet in the bed of his truck. After waiting approximately 45 minutes, another customer assisted him. Lowes employees were being pages and totally ignored the calls for assistance. Additionally, it was raining, and we had to purchase a tarp so that the cabinet would not get ruined. I requested to speak to the manager, Tanya, and she refused to speak to me, claiming that she was in a corporate meeting. I was given her email to email her. I left my phone number with her. However, we have been home for over two hours, and she has not called me. The management in that Lowes does not cater to its customer. It is the worst customer service that I have ever received. However, we had to go and get our own flant bed.

This is a BIG BOX store. The employees have things to do and don't have time to "cater" to someone who shouldn't have ordered something he wasn't man enough to load on his own. If you want to be "catered" to, stop being cheap. Go to a local higher-priced hardware store or other such shops that specialize in what you were looking for.

How do you think they bring you junk at lower costs? They don't bother to fully staff a store. That manager was probably on a call getting beat up because their labor costs were too high.

You chose this "nightmare(Drama 101 is down the hall). Deal with it like a real woman.

Lowes has now charged my debit card 3X for the same transaction. They claim it is a "hold" to ensure the card is valid, but they have overdrawn my account multiple times now. That is not a hold or pending charge..it was actually charged. They don't seem to care about any of this, simply stating that "it's their policy, and the holds should be released in 4-5 business days." Ridiculous! This is bad business!

Lowes, thanks for the warning, I guess my order WON'T be going to them, ever, it's as bad putting your credit/debit card into that fuel guzzler called a petrol station, £50 holding charge. I'd much rather walk that 30/40 meters to pay over the counter much much cheaper than paying £95.00 for £45 fuel bill

There are many reasons you weren't approved. What is your credit score, how much do you owe on other cards, what is your income.

If you have your credit locked with the credit bureaus to protect you from fraud you won't get approved.

If you have asked not to be mailed credit offers you can be blocked from being approved for instant credit but may get a card in the mail in a few weeks. Typically you will get a letter explaining why you weren't approved in a few weeks.

Poor customer service

Lowes - Poor customer service
Refrigerator purchased 9/1/2020 quit working on 5/27/2021. Called Hisense regarding repair, still under mfg warranty per Lowes. Came out on 3 separate occasions, still no repair by June 30, 2021. Repaired but not working properly. Hisense offered us a return to store for credit, work with Lowes Joplin MO store. Called this store spoke to Manager, said we would have to load it and bring it in. They could not do it, too busy. We are senior citizens, hurt arm &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; back. Pictures taken. I had ordered a stove on the 12th which was a Sunday. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday.

I waited at 4:00 I called and they said I have to call and set up a time because I was not on the schedule. So I called the number that Lowes gave me sand set it up for Wednesday. Wednesday came and still didnt get it delivered. I called again and they said again I was not on the schedule and that someone will call with a day and time.So on Saturday I received a call and they said between 2:00 and 6:00.

Again, they never came.

So on Sunday I called again and this time they said the someone had canceled the order. So I finally went to the store and talked to the salesman that sold me the stove and he finally got things straightened out and I finally got my stove on the day it was scheduled for.
