Lousy web service

Re: Don't let your Lowe's cart expire! Could not complete purchase because it would not accept submit just set there. Tried not using app but would not let me choose the correct store. Went to the store and items were not located were the web site said they were when I could even get a signal to view what was in my cart. Not a good day for shopping at Lowes. Tried to contact support and it would not go through either. Robbie Adams Frustrated shopper should have waited until Monday when locally owned hardware store was opened or went to Ace. Crap.

I'm sick of the crap that Lowes sells. The standard screws (non-deck) strip out easily. Lighting is cheaply made. Everything seems to cater to the contract builder who is looking to cut cost. What about the person that wants to buy quality for the existing house. My advice, redirect your purchasing agent's focus on price.

If you want quality, go to a private yard and shop there. Lowe’s is a cheap big box retailer. You can’t get cheap and quality.

Patio doors

Web ad was false. The store didn't have the door nor had they ever had. False advertising. The patio door was advertised for 329$ in stock. When we got to the store, they told me I'd have to take it up with corporate.

Extended warranty

I bought a new Maytag washer in July of 2020 with a 3 year extended warranty. The machine stopped working and I called Lowes and had to wait 2 weeks for a repairman to come to my house to repair the washing machine. He said it was not fixable and left. So here I am without a washing machine, which is a real problem for me. I am undergoing chemo therapy and my clothes need washed everyday to avoid hurting anyone who lives with me due to the caustic chemotherapy drugs. So here I am in limbo waiting for Lowes to make this right. I'm desperate for a new washer. And have to wait on Lowes to make it right.

User's recommendation: Do not take an extended warranty it only adds to your frustration.

I call an ask why I could not returns over 100.00 dollars in materials that I bought during the last three months they told me it was there policy.. I brought over 11,000 dollars at you store using your Lowes card. That really sucks. I will not be buying anything again...

Trying to get service repair on my washer I've been calling since October 13

Nothing has happened thats the point my washer still broken they cannot find anyone to fix it I have called several times October 13 October 18 October 21 October 27 and this problem has not been resolved . And they cant find someone to repair or service my washing machine they keep telling me itll be solved within 48 hours today is October 29, And I have not yet received a call or a email from your service repair department

Checking account balance & not r3ceiving a bill

There was no option. Offered to speak with someone about my Lowe's card balance to avoid any late payments. The online info dud not help me at all.

I'm pissed

I have been living out of my bedroom since August 13th because of a washer malfunction. I have been waiting on cabinets.They were supposed to install on oct 26. Downstream logistics is fubar. They called and said they were scheduling for Oct 29.I said I would pick them up to meet install date. So she called and said on 28th come get them. I said why would I do that if your delivering them on 29th. She cancelled that. I said just get a truck and bring them. Now I have to wait till the 5th of Nov. Because their stupid. Won't be buying anymore from Lowes if it not in the store.

User's recommendation: Don't depend on their shipping for contracts to be fullfilled.

I have made numerous attempts to correct the wrong carport delivered on the 1st

customer care was supposed to call back in 48 hours .Payment still was charged 2 days latter.The boxed carport came with a big green label over the dimension specs.

Carrie was my customer service agent. During these Covid times, I have found customer service in most venues to be sorely lacking. However today with Carrie at Lowes in customer service for an online order that I placed Carrie was most kind, patient and professional in every sense of the word. She should be commended and rewarded for her diligence and willingness to give the customer her very best. Thank you Carrie!!!!!
