lowes charges $250.00 foe installation that wasen't done they call it block pricing.My floor was over measured by 250 sq.ft. I returned most of extra material but lowes would not refund for non installation they said they charge block pricing how can that be.I pay for something I dont get so how much can they over charge.

Lowes - Ordered a Kitchen Aid on 8-12-19 and paid in advance for product, 5 year service contract; and for installation. The total advance payment was $1,000. As of today 9/30/19 we are still waiting .

Upset with customer service at Lowes

Your complaint should be with Whirlpool (they make Kitchen Aid). If you are ordering a product they usually ship from the manufacturers warehouse and normally arrive within 2 weeks.

If the warehouse is out of stock they have to wait for more product to be built. Unfortunately the manufacturers don't communicate very well with the stores. The store won't find out the warehouse is out of stock until the truck shows up with a packing slip marked backordered.

This process will repeat week after week until the product actually arrives. Not much Lowes can do as they don't manufacture appliances.

Lowes in Jonesboro, Georgia - Lawnmower scam

Details
I took my lawn mower in to be repaired. I was given a warranty balance of 120.00. Anything more than that, I'd have to pay myself. Lowes claimed it cost $210 to repair, so i owed $90. However, if it was less than 120.00 then i STILL had to pay for the transportation costs to the manufacturer, which was $90. And the transportation costs isn't in writing. It's customer service telling you this, but nothing about that in the contract. This is a major scam and i need to get someone with some authority to fix this.

We were trying to find a refrigerator at your Republic store in Missouri, when one of your employees named Lonnie came to our aid and told us how we could get the color that we wanted on line, and how to get it. He was very helpful and very courteous. He gave us a home town store feeling that you don't get very often these days. Just wanted you guys to know how thoughtful and pleasant he was. Lowes - Installation of a fence

The Project Coordinator never returned calls and customer service is horrible. I haven't heard from anyone regarding this, and it's been almost over a month. Lowes has definitely lost any of my business in the distant future.

Lowes in Crestview, Florida - Local Lowe's store is a total joke

The store employees are unknowledgeable, grumpboxes. The store has downsized so they no longer carry supplies for the DIY person, only to contractors. I recently ordered two major appliances, having them sent to the store for me to pick up, and was able to obtain information on shipment and delivery that the store could, or would not acknowledge. Almost making it appear as though accepting the delivery meant that they had to "go to work". They did not want me to pick them up for another 5 days after delivery. Really? Does it take that long to unload the truck and log them into the system?
