Purchased floor tile job. Job not completed. Since I was charged labor for materials sold I want a refund for what was not installed. Cant get it. Been over six weeks. Poor job. Tiled in range plug. Installed quarter round when cabinets were not complete. Job was not completed. Mastic on closet doors front door and mat. It has been over six weeks and hours on the phone with no customer service. I have had three people from the executive complaint department and still no help. I keep telling the same story with the same results nothing. I may have to go file charges of theft by deception to get my money back.

It’s mid-August, my fence installation job started in June. After 4 days of work and installing a gate that doesn’t even open (among other issues), it’s been 2 months since someone has been back to fix and finish the installation. I’ve called numerous times, asked for managers, visited my local store.. not one time has a single person, a manager, coordinator or my salesman, returned my call or gave just a courtesy call to provide a status update and act like they care. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache of dealing with Lowe’s.

I am having a similar experience here in Virginia over fencing materials and installation!!! Very frustrating... I will NEVER step foot in another #Lowes store!!!

This is because the contractor they hired to do your job found out he was going to make 40% of what he would doing his own jobs and quit on them. Happens every day.

My paper statement was misplaced, I'm at work knowing soon the balance is due to avoid being charge interest. , I log on to Lowes Payment Portal from work to view m current account details, When is the Statement due Date? , view when the remaining balance is due. I spend 25 minutes searching for the pdf current statement,. Nothing there ! but a prompt to enroll in E-mail Statements and discontinue paper Statement. . Getting more frustrated to only Read " NO Payment is Due... and a balance of $88.87. The system is deliberately concealing, 1) the Due Date, 2) States "No Statement is available to review, and pay by What date to avoid any late fee, or unnecessary High Interest charges. My Home Depot , Visa, Amex, etc all provide on line payment Portals containing viewable/printable pdf of current and past statements. The DUE DATE is prominently displayed, along with balance to avoid any interest fee's. Lowes deceptively states NO Payment is due... in order to charge me, and millions of other consumers usury rate interest by confusing the consumer, withholding important accounting details so we , A) miss the due date and get hit with a $38.00 Late Fee + enormous interest... This failure to prevent the consumer from viewing important key payment details is by design . I will no longer use my Lowes card, and only Amex for future Lowes Purchases. Furthermore, the Agent hung up on me when I called to complain and ask when is the Due Date for my Statement, he kept urging me to sign on for E-mail future bills that would discontinue my paper statement. I will never go to this method . Lowes system deliberately leaves due date so they built in missed payment and huge interests fee's to increase the bottom line on the backs of the unsuspecting consumers by the millions... This is obvious..

If you have deferred payment, double check when the time is up. Mine was April but showed up on March statement that deferral was over. We had a deck built, my balance was a bit over 2,000, my interest was 2300.

synchrony bank manages lowe's cards. two times they either failed to send a bill, or it came late.

each time i was charged more in fees than i had ever saved with their 5% discount. same thing happened with my murphy USA card.

now both cards are cut up in fine pieces in the trash. never happens with other cards and they also offer discounts.

By the way... Lowe’s doesn’t get the interest due on the cridit card, Syncronicity bank does.

Besides... the due date was disclosed in the paper statement the OP received.

Lowes has nothing to do with the account. Call the company that issued the card.

If you know your payment is due soon why don't you just make a payment?.

You must share part of the blame. They sent you a bill that you couldn't keep track of.

Do not use Lowe’s for any projects you may need. I went to Lowe’s because I was sent a coupon from them from the US Postal service because I recently moved. The coupon was an extra 10% off new shades and 9 shades installed for $99(see attached picture). I setup a survey which I paid $35 for to have someone come to measure. I go to the local store in Piscataway NJ a few days later and am told the person who does blinds is not in now that I should come back tomorrow. I come back tomorrow and the rep I see recommended he send someone out to the house again to take measurements for an “outside” mount installation because there are more choices. The 2nd surveyor comes a few days later and I go that night to the store and an associate helps me. My wife and I are there for almost 3 hours and then suddenly on the associate’s computer it comes up almost $900 for installation and he doesn’t know why it’s coming up. He calls a manager on the phone (who never came over) and gets no help or information. He’s grabbing associates from plumbing and flooring departments to help him and no one can figure it out. The store was closing at this point and he says I will get a call back the next morning which I never did. Two days later I call Lowe’s corporate and explain the situation to a manager there and again I’m promised a call back from “senior management” within 24 hours and no one calls. DO NOT USE LOWES FOR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES OR YOU’LL BE WASTING YOUR TIME.

NE San Antonio IH35 Lowes - I simply cannot understand why they let dogs in the store. This isn't a kennel or dog park. They *** and crap everywhere. Fix your insecurity issues and leave them at home. Lowes employees, says something. If you don't mind cleaning up the mess, then power to you. But shopping there spending real money and I shouldn't have to see or smell this crap. To top it off, most of the time they are not even on a leash. To the Lowes manager: Get your head out of your *** and say something. Get out of your office and actually walk your store. You don't interact and you hate confrontation. How you became a manager is simple a mystery to me and to your employees.

Can't say that I have seen a poorly behaved dog in a store. You will see far more children making more of a mess and behaving poorly in stores. Perhaps it's intolerant people that need to be banned from stores rather than well behaved pets.

I contacted Lowes to redo my 10x 6.5 galley kitchen last March. They came out, planned the work, supplied the materials and charged me approximately $18k for the job, that I had to pay upfront. The work began the second week in July. The workman were neither licensed nor insured. The y demoed the kitchen, and began working on the remodel. They screwed up the plumbing and the electrical, which I had redone ($2200). After weeks of watching their workers plod through he job, I had Lowe's come out to my house and dismissed the subcontractor. Another week has passed by with nothing being done. Lowe's assures me that they will make it right, but after 5 months I can't say that I believe anything they say. There are many things left to do and surely there must be a carpenter in Michigan who can finish this project. I am now actively searching for a local carpenter. I would give Lowe's zero stars for this work. I would give their sub contractor -5 stars. Lowe's advertises license and insure quality professionals, I say B S. I would never go back to Lowe's. I can only offer up this warning to would be customers.

Charged 7k dollars in kitchen cabinets got to checkout asked for the 24mo. No interest on my card left the store 1month later found out they gave me the 5% back had to take my receipt and go back to store even though i bought it on my lowes credit card had to do return rebill process nightmare by the way. Then find out after doing my audits they only gave me 6mo. No interest called lowes credit card company told t9 call stpre manager store manager called lowes was told nothing could be done. Long story short i paid my balance of my card and closed my account with them. They are crooks and liars and even though i have spent over 50k in that store in 1 year its strictly principal. I will never do business with this company again.

I just cancelled my account. They blame the third party credit company that handles their customers, but they cannot see how is affecting their reputation. Not very good at costumers services.
