You lost my business
I've spent thousands of dollars on appliances at Lowe's in the past. The one time that we needed credit, they wouldn't approve us. Walked into John Deer store and walked out with a 15,000 credit limit. Your loss Lowe's.... Pretty sure I won't be spending my money there again.

I'm done with Lowes. One of the worst companies in the USA. They do not honor warranty.

Bought extended warranty on riding mower. When the mower broke, they wouldn't honor warranty. Been a customer since 1986, the worst customer service in the business. Will never go to a Lowes store again. Talked to Eric Harmon in customer service. What a waste of my time. He made sure my mower did not get fixed. I asked for second opinion, he refused. Asked to take it back to store to show manager, he again refused.

Unprofessional Service
I had requested a bid on a carpet install..the Representative came and measured, left and would get back with me with a bid. I never recieved a call. After numerous calls requesting my bid. After 2 weeks I was given a bid. At which time I was assured my representative would be there. To no avail they were not there at the time they said the would be. I called voicing my opinion on their unprofessionalism and was assured someone would be there at the alloted time agreed on. Again no show after waiting an hour and the Manager trying to contact said employee. After leaving I was called by employee apoligizing once again and began to tell me he would reduce the quoted purchase which I angrly refused. I have been a loyal patron of Lowes but from here on out I will never purchase or recommend to anyone to shop at your stores.

Lowes credit card
Purchased $4000 worth of windows and doors, was talked into a guaranteed $4000 credit line to save 5%, so i applied and only qualified for $2000. No big deal, paid remaining $2000 in cash, payed bal owed the following week well before due date. Purchased $8000 for subfloor(building new home) , charged $2000 (Lowes credit) payed the rest in cash, great right, payed it off the following week again well before due date. Had the Lowes credit card for about 2 to 3 months, all payments in full prior to due date. I needed 1 more window so went into lowes to purchase on the credit card and declined, turns out Lowes lowered my limit to $300 with no notice to me which just that lowered my credit score almost 100 points on my credit score. From 700 to 600 in a blink. Called customer service and of course they are very sorry BUT due to periodic reviews there is nothing they can do for me and so much for the letter they sent somewhere explaining why it sucks to be me. Home depot and Blevins here i come, appliances, flooring, lumber, lighting, plumbing, kitchen cabinets, sinks ,vanities, toilets, fixtures, interior doors and locks, landscaping, and the list goes on, you do the math. Sure hope this qualifies for a law suit, bet your hiney im gunna find out, would be nice to build my house for free, then who would it suck to be!

Won't shop at Lowe's again
4/14/2018 - Lowes has been our go-to place for remodels and repairs for over 30 years. Saturday we spent over an hour shopping for materials for our bathroom remodel. When we finally found someone to wait on us, we felt that we were a bother to him and that he was not interested in helping us. He was not able to answer simple questions about in stock items and ordering, and didn't make an attempt to check the computer. He eventually whipped out some 3x5 cards that he had in his pocket and seemed to look through them searching for something. When we finally told him we would go elsewhere he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. After asking an employee at the front of the store to call a manager, we waited over 20 minutes without success. Menards was pretty happy to help us with our bathroom remodel and even happier when we spent a ton of money. I will continue to attempt to talk to someone in a management position at Lowe's but not holding my breath.

Washing machine bought 2016 won’t spin just keeps washing called Lowe’s repair service man came out said unfixible but didn’t put that in computer said Lowe’s would call me on what to do never called I called them all they did was make me angry put me on hold couldn’t get any answers now going to send another repair man out

Worse Experience Ever!!!
We purchased a generator and install from Lowes. They came out to our place and looked at everything before we signed the contract and paid for it. They told us where the generator would go and that it should cost around $300 for the install from the gas company to hook it up. They said that they knew how to do it but couldn't because of regulations. Once the generator was delivered, they were going to put it on the other side of our townhouse by our neighbors, but then finally contacted the fire department to see where to put it. It was nowhere near where they'd told us it would be. Then when we contacted the gas company to hook it up, the bill was going to be for over $3000. The local store couldn't do anything since it was the project department that did the install. We want a full refund and they refuse to give it to us saying they fulfilled their part of the contract. The people who can make a decision on this wouldn't listen to us, were extremely arrogant, and didn't call back. They only way we heard anything was because the local store kept contacting them. They'll do the uninstall, but won't refund us for anything else. They sold us a contract without fully giving us the all the information. We're out over $3500 and they don't care about integrity or customer satisfaction. I will never shop at a Lowes again!!!

Worst customer service at Timonium store
Needed 30 inch, slide in, stainless steel and self clean stove for remodeled kitchen done by Lowes at White Marsh. Found exact match on web site. Went to Timonium store, I live in T, to pay for microwave and stove. Stove delivered but installation delayed b/c of counter top problem. Became aware that stove had steam clean not self clean. Tried it and learned it was worthless feature. Called GE and tech said working as it should. Asked Lowe’s to exchange for one w self clean feature. Refused request. Told manager I had kitchen and bathroom remodeled and had custom window treatments done at Lowe’s and expected more consideration. Answer was that I was beyond 30 day period for returns. Feel like I was deceived by description on web site. Chose White Marsh store for kitchen remodeling since I heard “horror” stories about Timonium and I have only lived in Timonium less than a year. Have spent hours on phone w different Lowe’s depts.and I was always needed to be transferred to someone else. Given up on Lowe’s and referred to Attorney General’s office of Md.

Don't waste your time!!!
Our lowes store is a total mess if you place an online order. We ordered an upright freezer last month. We received a delivery date and everything. The day came and we got no delivery. i called the next day and they had no record of our order. Turns out they cancelled our order because they said they were out of stock and never notified us. All they do on the phone is give you the run around. It took me going to the store to get it resolved. Because i didnt learn the first time two weeks ago we placed another online order for an area rug. It was supposed to be at the store for pickup on April 3. Well i called about it and they told me they don't know where it is. They deal with a third party distributor and they can't track the order i placed 2 weeks ago. They have no clue where it is or when it would even get here. So i ended up cancelling this order and I'll go elsewhere. I called the customer service line at corporate tonight. The man i talked to was very arrogant which just ticked me off more. I said well because of your stores incompetence you just lost a sale and all future business from us. His reply was ok we wont miss your business we have plenty of customers. Really thats a great way to treat a now former customer.

The worst customer service ever
The girl working at customer service was rude and she even curse me because she thought I would not understand because of English. Her coworkers heard her and they supported her and they all turned against me til the manager came and told her to return my item. I purchased some 400 pieces of bricks on sale, I picked up 200 and said I will come back later. The lady at check out was like it is cool just give them your phone number that is all. I was like are you sure don’t I need a special receipt or confirmation number. She was like no we do this all the time. So I left when I came back to do so. She acted like I am lying and said they have to check the camera and everything I was like okay. Let is do that. Then she throw the receipt at me and said wait till the manager comes. The she look at the coworker said look at this clown. I return and said what did you say to me? She was like nothing. But the coworker and her were giggling.

Lowe’s in meridian ms. Has the worst service in American. Manager is the problem. People walking around not working,and no clue what to do about anything. They have no knowledge of any products. They have to call someone else and they usually can’t help you. I’m done. They suck.

The most horrible service for credit cards. I cannot descrie how awful they treated me and they just do not respect their clients. Horrible all around -do yourself a favor and simply use their competitors. You will save yourself hours of aggravation.

I texted lowes coperate to see if locations would cut a key fob I purchased online through a vendor. After multiple bot responses thenext day I was told all locations could cut the key I purchased else where. I go to my local store employee has no idea tries to get a manager on phone, then goes to physically find a manager. Who then says they can not do it. I tell and show them my correspondance with coperate. She calls someone then again says they wont do it. I leave call complaint line 30 minutes mainly on hold to then get told someone has misinformation and the company will work on it. So hour spent one day and uncut keys still.

Lowe's Has Damaged my roof, cracked my front walk, covered my car in stones, and caused water damage in my home from roof leaks and has even failed city inspections and I currently have an open permit on my home. I signed my first contract with them on august 2, 2017 it is now march 21st 2018. I paid Lowes in full and there subcontractor placed a lien on my home because lowe's did not pay them because of there failure to install the roof in a good workmanlike manner. The subcontractor exaggerated the lien a committed a 3rd degree felony. (And all of that just scratches the surface). I have been on News Channel 9 wftv/ abc. (https://www.wftv.com/news/action-9/action-9-investigates-home-improvement-chain-contractor-complaints/69547****) This company is hurting hundreds if not thousands of people they need to be stopped and held accountable

Why are you mad at Lowes? They don't offer credit.
There is an independent credit company that offers a card that can be used at Lowes.
Lowes has nothing to do with whether they will grant you credit or not other than the fact that the application for the account is available at Lowes. Your compliant, valid or not, should be with the credit company.
